The owner, John, told me to bring the vehicle on Thursday morning at 8:00 am and to leave it and they would work it in. When I called to say that I would be dropping the vehicle at 8 but would need to be dropped off nearby, he could not remember anything from my visit and said that his first appointment was the following Tuesday. He forgot that I was not from Elko and that I would not be in Elko on Tuesday.

I have never been disappointed or dissatisfied by their customer service or the work that they have done NEW OWNERs but I didn't know when in Late March I took my little pickup in for a new windshield All was good until the next time I drove my truck and someone passed me kicking up rocks and gravel and one chipped my windshield. Less than a mile and the crack had spread almost to the top. I flipped a bitch at the hospital and went back to the glass place where they filled the chip and assured me that I would still get many miles out of it. In May, sitting in the warm sun, the chip cracked down this time. They refused me any type of compensation for that Cheap ass piece of glass that they threw in my truck I will never ever recommend Elko Glass to anyone again. SAFELITE SUCKS
