Jessica is pleasant, took the particulars and had a technician in the area and asked if homeowner available between 10am-12pm. I got bids on Yelp with people charging the the most, with the most reviews, and have the least valuable services if you look deep enough. It's good to replace both springs and potentially end plate bearings each time. Door Dummies will be honest if you need those replaced. Average spring life is about 7-10 years. It's worth contacting Door Dummies to check these out if you are in that age range. Getting stuck in your garage when they snap is dangerous.
