I have never come across a dentist who took the time to do this in such a methodical and compassionate manner. Both he and his daughter , Dr. Caitlin Chung,his daughter,( also a dentist) impressed me with the same level of kindness and personal attention. I felt bad about going to the dentist and by the time I met Dr. Wilson I had begun fearing dentistry. I couldn't be happier with the care that I receive here. Youll be greeted with a warm smile from the moment you enter. You can tell that the whole staff find their jobs to be a joy. Our hygienists have always been so gentle, not the dig until you're sore kind of cleaning. You'll laugh at the light hearted conversations that happen during your cleanings. And of course the free toothbrush & floss is the only reason I come. They even let you pick your color of toothbrush! When it's time to have major work done the doctors will talk to you about when it would be best to have the issue taken care of (is this an immediate concern or a "watch" that can be re-asseesd at your next cleaning). The work that they suggest I do has been done in a timely manner. If I have a filling done & don't get the fit just right (because it is hard to feel a new filling when your mouth is numb) they are so accommodating & fix the fit ASAP. I have gone from someone who fears the dentist to someone who loves to go to the dentist. I preach to anyone who will listen. Dr. Wilson and Gitelson are amazing! I felt no pain during the extractions and they also installed implants for the 1st stage after the extractions. Also, they made a bridge flipper for the front and side teeth so I have my smile back. I had pain for a few hours after the novacain wore off. The pain pills managed it and by evening I felt 90% good. No swelling either.
