In the medical world, it seems like the whole process is normally just a headache, especially when it comes to recovery. Dr. James and Leigh and the rest of the staff are just phenomenal. Dr. James is so well informed and great at what he does. I don't have a lot of experience with chiropractors but the service here is such top notch, I'm not interested in going to anyone else! He is so helpful with suggestions about other resources for my health and recovery, and is so attentive to my needs at any given time. They're so efficient with referrals and billing. To add, they're just friendly in general - good people. Amidst COVID and weird schedule changes in my life, they are so accommodating. Cant say enough good things about them.

I am fortunate enough to have Dr Heather Davids for my pain specialist. She takes all the time I…read moreneed and listens, intently, when I explain my pain. She reviews labs, X-rays, and my MRI to see, exactly, what is involved and what is causing my pain. She is very knowledgable about different modalities of treatment and presents them with understanding and precision. I, recently, went to her office, but on the way, google maps took to the wrong place. I had parked my car and after walking 3 blocks, I realized I was in the wrong place. I was 10 minutes away from my appointment time. Walking is painful for me, (part of the reason I see Dr Davids) so it took me awhile to get back to my car. By that time I was 2 minutes late. I called the office to let them I was close and that I would be there soon. They told me they would see me soon. Through 2 or 3 more unfortunate actions on my part, I found my self looking for the wrong office number and was instructed by a worked to go to the next building. To make a very long story no longer, I called the office at 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment, crying, and Sandra answered the phone. She had me describe to her where I was, asked what I was wearing and said she would come get me. Soon Sandra was walking me to the office. She reassured me that everything was ok and that Dr Davids would see me soon. That was 30 minutes after my appointment time. They had accommodated my lateness by seeing patients that were already there so I could be seen when I finally arrived. She brought me water, and reassured me everything was ok. When Dr Davids came in she was so kind and gentle and she told me it had worked out and that she was glad to see me. We had a wonderful conversation and she was very through in her assessment of my needs. I felt cared for and it was such a positive experience-one I will never forget. Being an RN that has worked in the medical field, for 35 years, I know a good quality healthcare provider whan I experience one. Dr Davids and her staff are the best! Thank you, Dr Davids and Sandra and the staff for making this very stressful event so much better than it started out to be.

The turn over rate is extremely high. The Dr's have their moments. Dr. Bonus I feel is the best for me. He is who I started with but like most was moved to Dr. Diya. Dr. Bonis has to fly up from SOCal and isn't always timely. Lippmann I don't see often. No complaints. I'm a pump patient so am seen every 4 months for a fill. No one ever gets back to you, messages are not relayed, if additional information is needed it doesn't get taken care of and most likely you'll have to wait till your next appointment (a month later) to go over it again and wait some more. I would never recommend anyone to come here. For 2 years I've suffered from a botched Radiofrequency Ablation treatment that caused nerve damage to my entire right leg. Nerve damage like this was worse than any pinched nerves I've ever had and its still not normal. Not enough staff to handle the paperwork here. He did not rush my questions about the injection and I felt he would've taken as much time as it took for me to get the answers I needed.
