Top notch customer service and a good quality wash. I have a gift pack of Works washes that I'm…read morefinishing up using. The service is the same high quality you would expect provided to a brand new customer paying cash. The automatic wash gets the exterior as clean as you would want and there is a team of workers who wipe the car down by hand afterwards. They offer a scent with the service, though I declined that as I already have a freshener. In addition to the hand drying, which was thorough, they do a quick vacuum job on the interior. The actual price of the washes is fairly high, but not unreasonable in comparison to other places. You may find a spot for a few bucks cheaper, but you won't get the hand drying, vacuuming, air freshener and overall quality of the wash - so unless you're someone who gets a car wash every few weeks (I'm not), I consider the few extra dollars worth the perks and overall level of customer service. The staff are friendly, from wash line to counter, and helpful. I made an inquiry about detailing and was looking to get a light swirl removed, which I assumed would need to be part of a detailing job of at least the hood. Instead, the associate buffed out the swirl at no charge on the spot while quoting me prices for the full job should I elect to come back for it. While I wouldn't expect that generally (it was well outside peak hours), it speaks to the effort and willingness to go the extra mile of the staff there. Very pleased with the experience, start to finish, and can attest it's typical of the service I receive every time I'm there.
