I went to get a wash today because the front of my car was covered in bugs. In the past, the workers at the beginning of the wash did an energetic brush/spray of the front and back of the car. But today - not so much - a half-hearted spray of the front and a second little spray when I explained there were a lot of bugs but no brushing and no attention or caring to the condition of my car. Probably won't be using them again if they are this inconsistent in quality of the workers. read more

Horrible service. The attendants do the bare minimum. I bought the 29.99 package and got duped. I have gone through wash twice in a row and my car still comes out dirty. Tire shine??? Was that supposed to be included in my monthly plan? Yes it was but I never got it. Every time I go through the wash I see 5 more scratches on my SUV. The back is never clean. They send your car through so fast it barely gets wet. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Of course they do not answer phone ...they know your calling to cancel your plan. JERKS read more

We just went to Big Blue Carwash and purchased their best monthly membership package. $39.99 We assumed memberships run 30 days from purchase. Not the case. On our receipt we were charged a prorated $16. Had there had been some signage or info before purchasing membership we would have waited, being there is only 1day left in the month. So instead we were hoodwinked into paying for a full price wash. Not good business. As far as wash quality goes... The pre wash attendants didn't pre wash much. Sprayed a little water over the vehicle and grabbed brush to spend 5 seconds on each tire. For the automated part our vehicle was pretty clean to begin with. It was cleaner when we left and fairly dry exiting. Oddly the tire shine only took place on 1 side of the vehicle. We will be contacting management on Tuesday, as attendant informed us that was when they will be on site. Depending on outcome of speaking with management and quality of next wash we will adjust our 1 star rating. For now BUYER BEWARE on purchasing membership at end of month. read more

What a good car wash should be. Mostly. This car wash is of the hybrid worker pre-wash / automated tunnel style. When you first pull in, an automated payment station either scans an RFID tag if your a member, or collects payment for the wash you choose. The prices are fairly average. After queuing up, when you pull into the entrance, a worker does a pre-wash of your vehicle to get the spots the automated equipment has trouble with. This is the "mostly" part. Depending on what worker is running the show, sometimes the worker will simply go through the motions and take less than 20 seconds, other times they will take a good 2-3 minutes to scrub various spots. I've noticed which employee is working makes a huge difference in quality. I prefer going when the wash is not busy. Then the equipment rolls your car down the tunnel into the various equipment. At the end, an extremely powerful air dry system blow-drys your car. Be wary, more than once the high pressure from either the water jets or air dry has loosened trim on my vehicle. If your car is newish, you should be fine, but if your car is a bit beat up, you may want to wash it somewhere else. They also offer two dirt-cheap monthly unlimited packages (~$30 or $40) that let go go in pretty much whenever you want. It's controlled by a small RFID tag they stick to the inside of your windshield. All in all, a decent place to get your car washed. My only complaint is that they're only open til 6pm, but for a car wash, that's to be expected. read more

AWFUL. Paid $16 for the deluxe car wash and every single window is disgustingly dirty still. Water marks so bad that I had to redo them all. Why would I pay for a car wash when I have to redo it myself? I called to speak with someone about either getting my money back or a do over and the first guy I talked to said I would have to come in and talk to the manager. When I called again to see if the manager was there, they had apparently closed two hours early, so I left a detailed message. Haven't heard from them since. Save yourself the money and go somewhere else or do it yourself. Worst customer service ever as well as a subpar car wash. NOT worth the money and will NEVER be back. Edit: went back today and they let me (begrudgingly) go through the wash again. Came out better this time. read more

If you like having to wash your car after washing your car, this is the place for you! When I pulled my vehicle out of the car wash it was still full of soap. By the time I got back home to rinse off their mess, the soap had already started to get stuck on my car. My car honestly looked the same coming out as it did going in. My little hose at home was able to rinse away so much light dirt on the car and bugs came off with water and a little pressure. "Tire shine" was non existent and to me it seems your car is rushed through the wash as quick as possible. Not worth the $19 for their best wash, take your business elsewhere. read more

I was so happy when this car wash opened up near me, as my spot before this was in Somerset. The unlimited monthly washes was definitely something that caught my attention, especially in the winter time. It's a blessing. There's 2 things about this place that lose a star for me. It's that there is no self-service wash booths and that the wheel cleaner I think is too powerful and after a few washes my ABS light would come on after going through. read more

Its not your average drive through car wash! I love that they have a machine where you can pay right there before going through the car wash! I hate having to drag my lazy ass out of the car walk to the counter and pay! Maybe some of you other rude people honk and expect the employee to come out and take your cash! RUDE. I saw that the other day at another car wash, unreal! Anyway, this place gives me the chance to just sit in the driver seat and cruz! Plus one of the employees came out to check and make sure I knew how the machine worked! Awesome people there! read more

As for the car wash part it does what it's supposed to do. The attendant that it cleaning out the trash barrels, should learn how to speak to people in a professional manner. I brought a trash bag with me to clean out my SUV, (medium trash bag) I have children and they make a mess, figuring it would make it easier. Once I threw it away he decided to very loudly blame me for bringing house trash to throw away here. When all he had to do was ask me and I would have explained it to him. read more

I currently live in Middletown. I signed up for their monthly package $27 per month with unlimited washes. Their upholstery cleaner hose is so filthy that it puts more dirt/grease/oil on my light beige seats. They are the money expensive vacuums and upholstery cleaners in the area. Their vacuums don't have great suction and in my first month, they have closed early twice. 5-10 min early. I tip well and e expect them to keep their hours. The website says they close at 6:00 but phone message say 6:30. Anyways, they should stay open until 6 pm I found this blue wave car wash. They have clean hoses, they are only $1 and you can vacuum the whole car for $1. The suction is excellent and their upholstery cleaner is $2. I was able to vacuum, clean upholstery and vacuum wetness for $3 opposed to $20+ in Middletown. Although Fall River is a ways for me, I prevent to drive to a good car wash. Love it!!! read more

If I could rate ZERO stars I would. Their change machines are CONSTANTLY broken or taped up. The vacuums either have NO suction or the attachment falls off while you are vacuuming. The trashes are ALWAYS overflowing, the detailing hut employees haunt you to get your car detailed, I tell the kid "no thanks, that's why I'm vacuuming and cleaning it out myself" and the kid says "I can do much better than that." It's a disgusting car wash and the owner should be ashamed. He has absolutely no pride in his business because it shows all over the place. I'll definitely be using the car wash down the street since they take pride in their company and property. read more

Worst car wash ever. The inside of my wheel wells was very dirty. The guy at the start of the wash just kind of sprayed anywhere, not really looking for where the dirt was. After the was , the wheel well were still dirty as were the running boards on my truck. I paid the extra 5 bucks to have the "Express detail service" hand towel dry and vacuum the inside. Express is not the word I would use to describe this. Towel dry was done haphazardly. The kid doing the drying asked me a couple of questions which I had to have him repeat because of the high volumeof the hip hop music playing. Never again. read more

Go to their wash weekly now. It's frigging awesome. I like Clint. Megan. And Ken. But the detail Bay is where it's at. It's like they make your car look new. Really and for cheap. It think it was the owner but he detailed my two trucks and my wife car. I kept going back . We love it. I go in weekly for a number three . It's like a detail. Good for the money.
