Al Pastor Taco with Guacamole
Vera L.

I just wanted a quick snack before lunch and stopped by for one al pastor taco. It was actually really really good and satisfying ! It definitely hit the spot. There's also a self-serve bar, that also includes salsa, onions and cilantro so I was able to add more to my taco. I also added guac which was a great topping and made my taco even more delicious. Yum!

All the food was made fresh to order and was very tasty! Service is fairly quick and friendly. Be sure to check out the daily specials. Queso Birria Tacos -- 5/5 * Excellent tacos! The birria meat was super tender and flavorful and the tortilla was crisp and deliciously coated in the birria juices. Quite generous with the meat and cheese inside the taco, and comes with consommé, beans, rice, some pico de gallo/lettuce, and a few tortilla chips. A great value and nice and filling meal! These were some of the better birria tacos I've had in town! Al pastor street tacos -- 4/5 * Meat was a little dry but was quite flavorful! I got them for on a Tuesday for the $2 taco special and the meat portion was pretty generous, so not much to complain about! A little salsa on top made it perfect. Chile Relleno -- 3.5/5 * Overall pretty good. A little bready and could use a little more sauce but the plate comes with beans, rice, pico de gallo/lettuce, a couple tortilla chips, and a few fresh warm tortillas so it was a good meal overall. This is one of several locations and a great stop to curb your Mexican food cravings. It's what you expect for this type of Mexican restaurant but slightly better than some of the other similar chains in town. Overall the food seemed pretty fresh and comes out super hot off the grill. However the salsa from the self-serve salsa bar I got seemed to go bad fairly quickly, by the next day when I had my leftovers. The employee/cashier was very nice and he helped to explain the menu and specials to me. Overall I'll recommend and will be back!

If you're craving Mexican food near the Vegas Strip - Durango taco shop has a satisfying selection of tacos, burritos and plates. There is a small dining area for small groups or just a solo lunch! The service was fast and also the staff was bilingual. Today we tried the bean and cheese burrito which was full of taste and melty cheese! Their green salsa tastes great, but it heats up the more you eat! They had toppings like cabbage, chilis, pickles carrots and salsas that were available for self serve. My group was stuffed at the end of our meal, we will definitely be back!

It wasn't crowded at that moment, it was mostly empty, but it started filling up as we were leaving around 2pm. Golden Child, hot | It was earthy along with warms spices, such as ginger. Even though it's still hot outside, this seems better served hot than iced. Smoked Salmon Benny, add side of chicken | The slices of salmon were average as expected. The spinach artichoke dip seemed like a nice addition to the dish, but it ended up overpowering everything, especially the hollandaise sauce, which is one of the main features of a classic eggs Benedict. Toasted and well-seasoned house potatoes were the standout, delicious part. Grilled chicken on the side was necessary for extra protein lol, they were soft and juicy! Menu: The menu had typical breakfast food, but did not have enough variety. There were more beverage varieties though. Service: The employee taking the order on the counter was knowledgeable about each menu item and the server was attentive. Orders came out quick. Parking: Most of us parked just behind the restaurant in the empty parking lot. It's $4 per hour (as of August 2026).

My fiancée ordered the chicken and waffles! Their chicken and waffles are his favorite cause they are kimchi waffles, however not too spicy so good for breakfast after a night out. The service was friendly but not helpful and the restaurant is small but cozy. I would not return based on the food, service and value.

A friend recommended we stop here for breakfast or lunch on our way to Zion, Utah. We always make a…read morestop in Vegas to stock up on groceries and grab brunch before heading to Zion for camping. The food here is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious - but they really need to step up their dishwashing and make sure the food is served hot. There's nothing worse than ordering coffee and seeing purple lipstick on the rim of your cup. It makes you want to leave right away. Then comes the inner debate - do you say something and risk being that customer, or just wipe it off and move on? On top of that, getting food that's supposed to be hot but arrives cold is frustrating. You sit there wishing you were at home where you could just microwave it - because the food is that good and would taste even better at the right temperature. Our experience wasn't helped by our waiter, who seemed disinterested after the lipstick incident (same guy mentioned in previous reviews that comes off rude AF/ agreed!). We didn't feel like asking for much after that. On the bright side, one of the waitresses was amazing - she looked like she was carrying the whole place. The chef clearly knows what she's doing because the food coming out of the kitchen was fantastic. That said, attention needs to be paid to cleanliness and serving hot food. There's no excuse for that. Despite these issues, I gave it five stars because the problems are fixable and don't take away from how incredible the food is. For reference, we visited on Friday, January 3rd, in the morning. There was a nearby parking structure and no wait time. The decor is a mix of farm-to-table and modern bistro - nothing overly exciting or disappointing. We were just looking for a good brunch spot, and this place is truly a hidden gem. Hopefully, they address the concerns we mentioned because it's worth coming back for! __________ To the Chef, Your food is incredible - truly Michelin-worthy. However, the staff is serving it cold and sometimes on dirty dishes. This isn't the first review mentioning these issues. Also, the tall white guy with grey hair was incredibly condescending and rude. Hospitality doesn't seem to be the right fit for him. It's disappointing to see someone like that representing the amazing work and love you pour into your dishes. On the flip side, the waitress with long brown hair was picking up the slack and holding the place together. She deserves recognition - maybe even a promotion. I hope you see this because if the team can consistently serve food hot and on clean dishware, this place could easily become the top brunch spot around. We appreciate your talent and hope this feedback is helpful! - Vee & Mike

It has a rustic, darker ambiance and not your usual bright and sunny brunch spots. The menu not too big, but offered enough varieties that we decided to try the biscuit and gravy as well as the corned bee hash. We also got house coffee and they were from mother ship coffee. Food came out quickly, but they were lukewarm and felt like it was already made and just put under a food light to be kept warm. The biscuit was good and soft, but the gravy was a little too salty. The corned beef came in a smaller portion than I expected, and the beef was diced too thin that they didn't have great texture and flavor. Coffee was good, but overall food was not as good as we'd expect. Service was average, the waitress was nice but didn't offer much service besides bringing out initial water and coffee over. No one really checked in on us after the food was served. I'd most likely not be back as there are many other brunch places in the downtown area to explore.

Bacon Nation slaps slices on just about everything but French toast, and even that can be topped with bacon butter and bacon-infused syrup. The build-your-own omelet is a worthy breakfast, stuffed with two veggies and two meats of your choice. Cheddar, diced onion, and two types of bacon inside three eggs was a winner. Be sure to get some thick bacon slices to go (mango habanero, maple glazed, honey-cured) - always nice to chew on during that nine hour Sunday evening drive back to SoCal. And unlike those anorexic slices that fast food places put on their burgers, you can actually taste this bacon. Open 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., they serve lunch too and if you're in 'growling stomach mode', try the Boarrito but be forewarned - this is a pork-fest of a monstrosity that's not designed for consumption by weight watchers or thoroughbred jockeys. A large tortilla filled with ham, sausage, bacon crumbles, pulled pork, guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo is then wrapped on the outside with countless slices of more bacon, smothered with cheese sauce and sour cream...now I need to take a nap just thinking about digesting it. It's a massive meal and I feel like the waitress could have positioned me on all fours in front of a feeding trough in order to graze on it. Bacon Nation is located on the D's second floor inside a very clean and bright dining room with lots of booths, a counter, and an ultra-pleasant hostess named Angel. In summary, a well-earned 5 oink review is deserving because their food is that darn good. "Everywhere there's lots of piggies, living piggy lives.
