Loved this place. I've been searching for some good menudo and they came through. It was delicious. No hominy but good flavors. The eggs benny was also very good the sauce amazing. Large order of enchiladas also. The service was outstanding and we will be back. So many menu choices to choose from mad they all peeled food. They call it the "Mexican Denny's" but it's a lot better than that. The prices are good that's where that comes from cause the food is so much better.

We came to experience a new place to have Breakfast and since you get in the smell it's so delicious, the plates on the menu looks amazing and so hard to decide what to choose, Liz gave us the best suggestions and she make our experience more easy great service and ambience! Definitely back again! Thanks Liz :)

Service here is friendly and attentive. All around good burger with quality meat. Ten burger styles to choose from. There's sure to be one that appeals to your taste buds. Choose from a Super Combo Burger, South Carolina Burger, Chicken Burger, Green Chile Burger, Hamburger, Alex's Sunrise, Onion Burger, California Burger, and College Burger. Drinks are the usual sodas plus a root beer float and milkshakes. If you're not a burger fan but your friends are, choose buffalo wings. Tucked away south of Home Depot parking lot, so look for it after your third trip to HD when your soul needs soothing.

Sever always ther on their phone,

Still ... worse service ever 10 min to get a drink, server are taking and standing by the kitchen, I order my food certainly way and I had to repeat it 3 times, I asked a chilaquiles with extra sauce an the side , and after the 3 rd time my " server brought to green salsas cold so had to ask someone else if they would of ear chilaquiles with that cold sauce so disappointed... food is good but service it's a joke... like you get food for free.

Soooo...finally I got to try you guys out You guys now moved to the westside of Las Vegas. Don't know who came first Casa de Desayuno or Elys??? I'm sure it's easy to find out but I am too stuffed...lol. Anyways yes I've heard of this restaurant but it a bit too far and today I discovered you guys just opened in October. First sight yes very nice clean and busy. Very large restaurant with Bar(I'll come back to the bar) and outside sitting. Anyways sat down and man this menu looks epic Mexican American breakfast restaurant. Soooooo much to see and I want to try it all. But I only got one stomach. So the battle of menudo and casa wins by K.O Unfortunately it looked a bit overcooked maybe that's the way it's supposed to be Anyways taste a bit chewy and taste a bit lacking. But I fixed it with side ingredients and condiments that little bastard chili oil it was good caution!!!...lol Ok second course chilaquiles bowl topped with carne asada...delicious that green sauce awesome and love the tangy side of it. I'll go for the Ribey next time and to top off a breakfast meal some sweet stuff...I was half and half on it... Abuelita chocolate pancakes. My opinion needs more chocolate ..maybe put some Hershey kisses bits hey Mexican American I'm i correct the pancake seemed a bit lacking in Abuelita taste also some lechera and dusted with Abuelita chocolate on top would have a homerun my opinion. Now service was excellent mostly by Belen and multiple other servers...my cafe de olla was never empty. Overall great must try more...getting back to bar would love to catch some Raider games here with that hamburger wings asada fries combos... anyways again between Casa de Desayuno and Elys both are great Mexican American breakfast spots but whoever gets to Summerlin wins...lol Gracias

I'm back! This is the 4th time I've been here. Lol the food is so good. This is the shrimp rancheros. I stopped short of licking the plate clean.

I went to Ely's this morning for my sister's birthday breakfast. This place was beautiful inside and the have an adorable patio area. The food was absolutely incredible! They have this Mexican coffee... WOW! I had never tasted anything like this coffee before. The service was quick and everyone was attentive to our needs. You have to try the coconut waffle pancakes. They were incredible! The servers name was Jennifer and she was awesome!

We love this location, we come here every other week. Service is always excellent and food is on point. Usually come for the menudo or chilaquiles, as well as the cafe de olla. Kim was great, very cheerful and attentive to our needs. Love the music and decor.

I was excited to try the new location, but I was disappointed in the quality of the food. The restaurant was nearly empty and the food was not fresh. Food was also missing some flavor. Sadly, the food tasted like it had been cooked hours ago. Great location and ambience, but the customer service we received was just ok, lack of attention to detail and pride. I would give it another try, maybe during busier hours, but I might just go back to the location in East Vegas, now that location was delicious!

Incredible! The food is always delicious, cooked to perfection. My favorite is the chilaquiles with the steak. I always order green. They have just the right amount of crisp around the edges to the bite. They have their own in house Cafe de olla, dip your pancakes, you'll love it I enjoy this place every time. Today they celebrated their 10 year anniversary by giving out free breakfast Thank you for your service, amazing staff and delish food. . Kudos to them and many more years to flourish!

Some of the worst Mexican food I've ever ate it had no spice nor flavor and the service was horrible. Unbelievable never again.!!!!!!

There was about a 10 minute wait to order, which we didn't mind given how crowded it was. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill when it was our turn. The staff member taking our order said, "do you know what you want?" in an unwelcoming tone. Even though, his tone turned me off, we still placed an order (...probably shouldn't have). We ordered the Freckled Redhead burger ($16) and the Chicken with Mac Waffle ($17). After ordering, we were given a number and waited outside. The food came out after about 20 minutes and we took it home to eat. A different staff member served our to-go order and she seemed nice. As much as we wanted to enjoy it, the food was just OK. The chicken was seasoned well but it seemed over fried, which made it dry. The waffle itself was decent but only had a small amount of mac and cheese inside. I had seen previous photos where mac and cheese was also served on the side, so that was disappointing. My boyfriend had the burger and said it was just OK as well...nothing special and not really worth the price. Overall, the staff member taking orders didn't seem very friendly or welcoming, and should probably take a break or work in the back. The food wasn't exciting like we hoped. We give it 2 stars. Even though we live nearby, we probably wouldn't return for the food. Maybe the coffee and drinks are better, but based on this experience, I cannot recommend this place.

A friend recommended we stop here for breakfast or lunch on our way to Zion, Utah. We always make a…read morestop in Vegas to stock up on groceries and grab brunch before heading to Zion for camping. The food here is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious - but they really need to step up their dishwashing and make sure the food is served hot. There's nothing worse than ordering coffee and seeing purple lipstick on the rim of your cup. It makes you want to leave right away. Then comes the inner debate - do you say something and risk being that customer, or just wipe it off and move on? On top of that, getting food that's supposed to be hot but arrives cold is frustrating. You sit there wishing you were at home where you could just microwave it - because the food is that good and would taste even better at the right temperature. Our experience wasn't helped by our waiter, who seemed disinterested after the lipstick incident (same guy mentioned in previous reviews that comes off rude AF/ agreed!). We didn't feel like asking for much after that. On the bright side, one of the waitresses was amazing - she looked like she was carrying the whole place. The chef clearly knows what she's doing because the food coming out of the kitchen was fantastic. That said, attention needs to be paid to cleanliness and serving hot food. There's no excuse for that. Despite these issues, I gave it five stars because the problems are fixable and don't take away from how incredible the food is. For reference, we visited on Friday, January 3rd, in the morning. There was a nearby parking structure and no wait time. The decor is a mix of farm-to-table and modern bistro - nothing overly exciting or disappointing. We were just looking for a good brunch spot, and this place is truly a hidden gem. Hopefully, they address the concerns we mentioned because it's worth coming back for! __________ To the Chef, Your food is incredible - truly Michelin-worthy. However, the staff is serving it cold and sometimes on dirty dishes. This isn't the first review mentioning these issues. Also, the tall white guy with grey hair was incredibly condescending and rude. Hospitality doesn't seem to be the right fit for him. It's disappointing to see someone like that representing the amazing work and love you pour into your dishes. On the flip side, the waitress with long brown hair was picking up the slack and holding the place together. She deserves recognition - maybe even a promotion. I hope you see this because if the team can consistently serve food hot and on clean dishware, this place could easily become the top brunch spot around. We appreciate your talent and hope this feedback is helpful! - Vee & Mike

It has a rustic, darker ambiance and not your usual bright and sunny brunch spots. The menu not too big, but offered enough varieties that we decided to try the biscuit and gravy as well as the corned bee hash. We also got house coffee and they were from mother ship coffee. Food came out quickly, but they were lukewarm and felt like it was already made and just put under a food light to be kept warm. The biscuit was good and soft, but the gravy was a little too salty. The corned beef came in a smaller portion than I expected, and the beef was diced too thin that they didn't have great texture and flavor. Coffee was good, but overall food was not as good as we'd expect. Service was average, the waitress was nice but didn't offer much service besides bringing out initial water and coffee over. No one really checked in on us after the food was served. I'd most likely not be back as there are many other brunch places in the downtown area to explore.

It is a Wed night at 8:30pm and it had several tables full but we were still able to be seated right away. The place is hard to find so heads up! Whomever curated this has incredible & varied music taste and it all works together! 90's R&B, Alternative, Grunge Rock, all of it so good! The menu has sections that you choose 2-4 items from and share with your table. We tried the Mushroom flatbread, the Pot Roast sandwich, the Beet Salad and the Grilled Oysters. The Grilled Oysters were not a favorite. However, I think that's just personal preference because of the style they are prepared in. We prefer our grilled oysters to be very charred and more of a buttery flavor. These are prepared in an Asian style and and more of a soft grill than a char. Our server very graciously had a second plate served up with more of a grill to the oyster which we appreciated. The rest of the dishes were delicious. We were so full that we passed on dessert, but would definitely be back because the options were inventive and looked so tasty. A doughnut bread pudding, a bourbon brownie; yes to both please!

The build-your-own omelet is a worthy breakfast, stuffed with two veggies and two meats of your choice. Cheddar, diced onion, and two types of bacon inside three eggs was a winner. Be sure to get some thick bacon slices to go (mango habanero, maple glazed, honey-cured) - always nice to chew on during that nine hour Sunday evening drive back to SoCal. And unlike those anorexic slices that fast food places put on their burgers, you can actually taste this bacon. Open 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., they serve lunch too and if you're in 'growling stomach mode', try the Boarrito but be forewarned - this is a pork-fest of a monstrosity that's not designed for consumption by weight watchers or thoroughbred jockeys. A large tortilla filled with ham, sausage, bacon crumbles, pulled pork, guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo is then wrapped on the outside with countless slices of more bacon, smothered with cheese sauce and sour cream...now I need to take a nap just thinking about digesting it.
