Just $20 for an all day pass and access to classes, rock walk, indoor water park with slides and lap pools, splash pad outside... really great facility. We brought our own towels because it's a $1 rental and we had some in our car (a summer staple!). Best part was no sunscreen! Coming from Arizona and staying at Purgatory for the week to enjoy cooler weather, the no sunscreen part is pretty exciting. My kids rave about this place (now 11 and 13 years old). The rock wall is no joke, either! Unlimited access during open hours (special hours for rock wall, but generally closed after 4pm). Kayaks in the pool at 6pm on Wednesdays for a $5 rental? We stayed at a condo at the Tamarron Lodge, near the Glacier Club. We were very excited to find out…read morethere was a restaurant right there that we could walk to. The Mineshaft Restaurant in the Glacier Club had a nice menu selection. We walked over earlier in the day and spoke with a very nice young lady, who told us we could come by and eat, in the restaurant, or take food to go, and it would probably be about a 20 minute wait, for to go. Later, I called about a reservation and was told reservations were for members only. So, I placed an order to pick up. When she said it would be "at least 20 minutes if not longer" I assumed they were busy. No problem. She was not as friendly as the young girl we had spoken to earlier. We went to pick up the food after 20 minutes had passed. The restaurant was nearly empty and the person I had spoken to on the phone asked if we would like to be seated. I told her I was picking up my order, which was sitting on the hostess station. She took my card and handed the receipt and card back saying, "no need to sign." Well...I saw why there was no need to sign; she had added a 20% tip. Really? She could have asked how much I wanted to tip and we picked up. Who knows. Maybe I would have said 20%, but she could have asked. And...I would have regretted it, because we walked back to our condo took out our food and there was no salad dressing, so I had to call and walk back to get the dressing. No apology. The Goat Cheese "spread" appetizer was disappointing. Spread says to me you can easily spread the goat cheese. It was a log of hard goat cheese. The Thai Beef Salad had a small piece of beef with it and it had way too much black pepper on it. I assume they treat their "members" with better service.

Huh, are you kidding me? Just ONE Yelp review on this awesome little shop?…read more I'll tell you this right now - this shop's service is outstanding and should not go unrewarded! If I had any complaint about this place I would say that it cost a bit more than I had planned on and parking is a bit of a nightmare, but the service is top notch. I had a flat on my mountain bike. I patched it three times and it still found a way to go flat so I took it here before hitting the trail. They offered to fix it right then and there but I told them to take an hour and I went for lunch. When I got back it was done. If that were everything I likely wouldn't have written this review. I needed a bike bag and their selection was pretty thin and quite expensive but went with one that THEY make themselves. They even took the time to install it and size it up and trim the excess at no charge. While they were doing that they mentioned that they though my ride would be improved if I flattened my seat, I agreed and the did that for free. They also mentioned that I might be happier if my handlebars were raised up a bit, I mentioned that it was uncomfortable bending over that much so they raised it for free. While at it they went through and checked and tightened every single screw they could find on the bike for free. This was almost like a full tune up at no charge. I expected to pay about $20 for a tire but throw in a spare tube, the kind of pricey bag, a couple cheap patch kits and a cheap spare pair of gloves and it was $120 - but that is on me, not them. They are outstanding and you can bet you bottom dollar that if I'm anywhere near Durango and need anything for my bike that Velorution is where I'll go, period. So why not 5 stars? The only reason is because parking is non existent. You can park in the hospital lot and risk getting towed or your can park in the tiny trail lot if you can find the space. When I returned for my bike I had to simply park in front of their driveway.
