Customer service deserves 5 stars ! I went Friday night 2/6/26 close to closing to pick up a custom…read morepiñata . I was so disappointed when they brought it out . It looked as if it was made last min AND with no effort . I went almost two weeks early to place an order and provided the picture of what we wanted which was directly off their instagram page . It doesn't even look like iron man and the eye was already coming off. Not to mention the random marker marks on the face no clue what they are . It was very disappointing for the price point . The customer service was amazing . The young lady helping me contacted someone and they offered a free small Piñata which was truly appreciated . So customer service 5 stars. They were very understanding and helpful . However the custom piñata was -1 star . No effort and not close to the picture I showed them . Which was a piñata they made in the past so I wasn't sure how we got such a different and low effort " iron man " when they have provided quality "iron man " piñata in the past . Especially since the person who took our order took a picture of the first iron I wanted to send to whoever was going to make it maybe not sure who it went to . Just very disappointed in the quality of the custom piñatas .

Very very surprised at the service here. I was throwing a Rio2 themed birthday for my kids joint…read moreparty and since this movie is on the older side a lot of the decorations were very hard to find, especially a piñata. I called about 20 places before reaching out here and when I did they didn't shoot me down right away like most people did. The girl I spoke with asked me what I was looking for and when I needed it by. I gave her all the info and she advised me to come in as soon as possible to provide a picture so she could show her boss to see if it could be done in the two week period. I rushed over that same day, showed her the inspiration picture and paid for it the same day. Overall I was very happy with the craftsmanship. It was a very sturdy piñata and took adults cutting into it to break it. We paid $120 for this piñata (see pictures) and while this is extremely expensive I wanted it so badly for my kids. Overall the staff was very nice and willing to help. Only down side would be that they literally waited until the day before to call me for the piñata. I was panicking thinking they were gonna have it. The candy there is decent. I am not sure if because we went on a Sunday, but they were very low on stock of Candy. Candy was also extremely overpriced. It was a 40 pound bag of candy for 50 something dollars. Overall, if you're planning to come here, they have a great selection of all types of party planning supplies however they are on the pricey-er side, but but if you are someone like me who really needed a specific item, they are definitely your go to one stop shop. I will definitely be coming back here for any custom items.
