They delivered 2 days before my event per my request which was so helpful because of work I could only do a little decorating at a time. Prices were also very reasonable! The lady is super rude and does not do what she says she will. I've hired her for a couple of events because she has really cheap prices, but believe me when I say, you get what you pay for. She does not pick up the tables and chairs until about 3 days later. I recently had a death in the family so I had to cancel a big event and she took about 2 weeks to refund my deposit. Odd, rude, unprofessional and a complete disaster. Here's why: I called to place a pick up order, everything seemed fine and we arranged a time. Showed up no one was there. I called, texted multiple times and nothing. Finally got a hold of them way later and no apology other than you can come now. I was busy so asked if they can deliver but they wanted to charge. So we set a new time for pick up instead and again they were not there! I called and they told me it's because they're too busy somewhere else WTH?! I demanded they deliver for free and they finally agreed. Showed up at my house like 10:30 pm. After the party I was in no rush to return the chairs after all the issues but planned to return by end of week. The lady suddenly starts blowing up my phone. I finally answer and instead of saying hello she yells at me and saying when are u going to return the chairs?! Mind you she never told me when they were due back. So I said I can take them later today and she says no I'll send someone to pick them up now. Guy shows up like in 3 mins. So this man was on his way to pickup from my house without even knowing if I was home. SMH read more

You know that old saying, "Well, you get what you pay for"? Well, it's true and I can certainly attest to that with Party Solutions. It was the worst poor customer service I have ever received. For 2 months I had been in contact with Irene regarding the event. All by phone or texting. I guess she doesn't like to meet with customers. With all the phone calls and texting, NEVER once did she EVER suggest or desire for me to come by her place of business to finalize my order. Which I was happy to do and even suggested a deposit. What rental place wouldn't want a deposit to confirm an order is being placed?? Two weeks before the event I became nervous, since I still don't have anything in writing. I wanted to receive a written confirmation order and that I would be happy to give a deposit. She agreed to meet with me at her place of business and even a set time. I arrive at the set time, as agreed. Party Solutions has moved! Fortunately, there was an address of the new location but what business owner doesn't mention this to a past customer?!?! I get to the new location and she's not there!! There is one person at the store, Luisa, who was very helpful and wrote me an invoice, including the deposit I gave. Three days before the event I call Irene (apparently there is no one else to speak with, she's a control freak) to tell her that we have the gardener arriving in the morning and if they can deliver the tent between 12 noon and 3:00 pm - not very difficult, right? She agreed and said the driver will call prior to their arrival - great, as that is what I am expecting. Keep in mind, event starts at 9:00 am the following day! * They arrive just after 9:30 am to install the tent! No phone calls, just showed up. * 2 hours later they deliver tables & chairs (ordered 30, only 24 are delivered). Other major missing items are the runners & most importantly missing is the helium tank that I paid $85.00. * By 3:30 I am in panic mode because we still can't setup the centerpieces because the runners have not been delivered! * I call her at 3:38 pm - she says, she is waiting for the driver. By 5:00 PM I begin calling and texting. By this time she is no longer responding to my calls or to my text messages. My daughter decides to make a call from her mobile, Irene takes her call (of course it might be new business). Tells my daughter that the driver will arrive at 7:00 PM, drivers arrives before 8:00 PM. * Only 1 helium tank is used, not 2, only 1. * Day of the event, TENT IS LEAKING! (Unable to use). Our patio is full of guests and it's tight, but who wants to be in a wet tent. Needless to say - they pick up the next day. We ask for a discount due to non-use of one helium tank and tent is leaking. She has the audacity to say no discount - and to make matters worse the actual invoice changes from x amount of dollars to an extra 6.00. Why, I have no idea and no one from their group can tell me why! I clearly will NEVER hire this company again; UNPROFESSIONAL, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, A MISMATCH OF ANSWERS, QUALITY OF PRODUCTS - POOR, AND COMPLETELY UNORGANIZED! Consumers BEWARE!! read more

Be warned! Read on before you decide to go here. Or, at least read the last 2 paragraphs...Do not try this place! Went here to order a piñata for my son's first birthday party. I ordered 2 weeks in advance and showed them exactly what I wanted. I wanted a special order piñata and specifically asked if they could make what I was looking for. They said they can custom make my piñata with the colors I needed and would have it ready in a week. I ordered the piñata Oct. 26. I called Friday (nov. 2), the week after I ordered my piñata and was told that they said Friday Nov. 9, and I misunderstood the date. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt and I was reassured that the piñata would be ready by Friday Nov. 9. Then came Friday (Nov. 9) and my piñata was not at the store! I called around 9am that morning! By this time I was quite upset because I counted on this piñata, and I did not have a back up one since it was being custom made. I called countless times and kept getting excuse after excuse about the lady that made it was running behind and was doing deliveries all day, but that my piñata would be at the store by the end of Friday. I never got a call that night for my piñata! They said she was only coming from LA so WHY would it not be delivered?!?! I called Saturday the MORNING OF my son's party, and I still did not have my piñata! I lived down the street so I told her I would be meeting her at 9:30 at the store to pick up my piñata that was supposed to arrive the night before. The lady told me she'd call me back and let me know. I never got a call! I arrived at 9:40 and there was still nobody at the store for me! I called twice and I got voicemail! They started ignoring my calls! So, I left and did NOT go back. I found another piñata that I had to make do with since I didn't get what I ordered. I did NOT put any money down for my piñata!! I got a phone call at 12pm THAT DAY (the day of my son's party) from the store telling me my piñata had arrived. Really??? You call me now at 12pm when my son's party is supposed to start in an hour and think I'm going to leave to go pick up a piñata that you didn't give me as promised?!!? I told them no thank you, I found another one and did not pay or pick up that piñata. I was so dissatisfied with their service! They're supposed to be a PROFESSIONAL business, yet they can't even provide their customers with their orders! When I went to pick up my tablecloths the lady even made sure they were ironed and ready to go on the spot. Communication is bad with this business. It almost seems like they're overwhelmed and can't seem to keep up. I haven't had a problem getting tables or chairs that I need as they seem to have them but when I call trying to get update on when they will deliver the tables/chairs no answer, she did call back but seemed to be bothered when I asked for a delivery time. I didn't get tables/chairs until day off and few hours before my event. When I asked when they will pick up they said Sunday. No pick up. Not very friendly customer service. I wish I could do ZERO stars, this place is a joke. I had rented from them before and didn't think too much of it. They made me come pick up my own tables and chairs in the past and this time that I rented linen from them, they were the worst. I showed up to pick it up and they told me it wasn't ready and should come back in 30 minutes. An hour later I showed up and without even acknowledging my presence was simply told they still weren't ready. They finally said they would drop them off that night. They showed up around 10:30pm to drop off. The next day when I was placing them on my tables every one of the linens that was dropped off was stained of grease and paint. I was extremely disappointed but had no choice but to use them at that point. Anyway dropped them off they couldn't find my ticket and Irene told me everything was good and I was done so I walked away. Two weeks later on a Saturday night without any previous calls her employee is at my door saying I owe a balance. I explained to him what Irene said and he insisted on me paying a balance. I don't appreciate having somebody show up at my door unannounced on a Saturday. Next time she has this guy show up at my door without any calls or any kind of notice I will make sure the police is called. If you can help it go somewhere else. Don't rent from them ever. There are plenty other party supply stores in the area that are professional and have a nice and clean showroom. This place is pretty gross. read more

Okay, no problem, I tell her my order and everything and ask if it's okay to pick it up then because the event is the next day and have no means of picking up items. I ordered from someone else because I couldn't get any response. The next day (day of the event) I have a missed call and a text saying to come pick up the order. She never said it was okay, she never gave me any indication that the order was placed because she simply stopped responding to me. I have been renting tables, chairs and jumpers here for several years now. Each year the service has gotten worse and worse. When I first started ordering a kind friendly gentleman in a van would come drop everything off and set up the jumper. The jumpers and tables were always clean and in good condition. It went on like this for a while and I never had a problem up until a year ago. Last year, a young girl I'd never seen before came to drop off what we had ordered. She was nice, but careless. The bouncer was not secured into place and this wasn't discovered until kids were in the jumper and it toppled over on the side. Some of the kids were slightly injured and it was difficult to get them out. This year I ordered what we usually do. I waited all morning on the day of our party for our items to be delivered. Our party was at 1PM, the items didn't come until 12:20. What was delivered was in poor condition. The bouncer was dirty and had holes, before everything was always clean and in good shape which is why we continued ordering from them for several years. The men set up the jumper in the wrong location and left everything laying on the lawn. The guys were gone before I even had a chance to see the jumper set up. I called Party Solutions to have the guys come back to finish setting up or to at the very least pop up the tables. The men eventually came back and fixed the location of the jumper and put up the tables. I unplugged the bouncer until it was needed, when I plugged it back in, there were sparks and their cord started smoking and smelled. I immediately unplugged it and didn't plug it back in. The kids were extremely disappointed to say the least. I notified them of the issues, but they didn't care. When the men returned the next day to collect their stuff, they were walking around the yard, asking about my cars, my home, who lived there, items on the property. It was clear that they were casing the house and up to no good. The men said they needed an outlet and told me they needed me to open the garage. I told them to use one of the exterior outlets and pointed them out, suddenly they didn't need an outlet. I told my brother what the guys were up to. He came outside while I waited for the men to finish collecting the tables and chairs. The two guys stopped talking and asking questions as soon as my brother came out and stood watch. The two shady men grabbed their stuff and left in a hurry. After last year's bouncer fiasco I should have stopped doing business with Party Solutions. I've now learned my lesson and will be taking my business elsewhere, which shouldn't be hard considering all of the other party rental places in the immediate area. Day before party we call to check on our pinata and they start giving us excuses. They then start ignoring our calls. Day of the party they call oh hey your pinata is done. We live close by to this location so we have given a try two times and both time the customer service is no good. We needed 12 chairs and one table, which wasn't much and should've been easy. Instead, just like our first rental we were given a time to pick up our stuff we arrived at that time and the lady who was there looked confused about our order, she then followed to say she knew nothing about it! We were told over the phone to pick our order at 1:30 because they needed to bring it from their storage, now when we arrived we were told to follow her co-worker to their storage in order to pick up or order. In addition to all of that, the lady who seemed like the owner was very rude she never once got up from her desk to help or made eye contact with us. They were able to accommodate my last minute, same day request during the busy holiday season which was great. The not so great part: delivery time was quoted at 11am and they didn't arrive until almost 1pm. Same thing happened with pick up time: we agreed for 10am pick up on Sunday, they didn't arrive until after 5pm with no call in between to notify of delays. I attempted to call them on the day of pick up but all my calls went unanswered. The chairs and table I ordered were in good condition and the delivery person was friendly and apologetic about the delays. But with a 7 hour delay for pick up, I feel like I was overcharged. Communication is key. If only I had received a phone call or even a text update regarding the delay I would have been much more satisfied with the service and overall experience. read more

Order to ask for a special time for drop off I had to make with their time because they deal with large orders and my small order would be left last. That was really rude I know my order was only 50 chairs and some tables a long with balloons but there was no need to be rude, I wasn't demanding I was asking so I could be ready for the drop off. So i had a last minute situation come up where i needed white chairs for my baby shower. I called various places and party solutions rentals is exactly what their name stands for. A solution to my issue. Anyways, i payed to have the chairs picked up and delivered in which they were over an hour late to deliver. The following day which is today Monday, i had called and confirmed a pick up time which was at 4pm. Again, late. I called them various times and messaged and no response. I loaded the chairs into my car and came to the store that is currently closed with chairs outside in plain sight. Now im waiting here for them to come back because apparently she answered another customer that is also her to drop off chairs waiting and told him they were almost here. After 30min of waiting i decided to leave and come back at a later time. Would i rent again? Maybe. If i need something last minute, sure. read more

When we went back to the shop to try to remedy the situation, they didn't have what we needed. They were accommodating, but we were left feeling disappointed. I needed 30 chairs and 1 table for a party on Sunday. I called Friday to reserved them and she told me to text her the information, along with my address and that delivery would be from 9-11am Sunday. I texted the phone number provided and I never got a response back with my confirmation. I then verified the order Saturday to make sure everything was set to be delivered and she responded with yes. Sunday I waited between 9-11am with no call, text or anything. I had to call at 11:30am to see where they were at; she said that she never got the order and I had to tell her that I called Friday and I texted her Saturday and she codnfirmed it would be delivered. The chairs and tables weren't delivered until 12pm. She never once told me that there was a $15 delivery fee if I would have known that I would have picked them up myself and saved the time and money especially since they were late. I asked the delivery man what time he would pick them up and he said the next morning, I agreed. I had someone wait all day and no one showed up. She finally responded back to my text messages several hours later saying they would be there sometime after 7pm to pick them up. I would not recommend this place, yes the prices are cheap but you get what you pay for and they do not tell you about any other fees until they drop off the items. I would rate this place 1/2 a star but I can't, this is the worst experience I've ever had with any company. I do not recommend this place at all, very unprofessional. *I tried calling at 8pm, no one answered and the voicemail was full. I placed rental order 2 weeks prior to event, the day of pick up I called at 10am to confirm my 15-120" black round table cloths were ready. She states they wouldn't be ready until 11. I arrived at 1:48pm as the owner I guess with two of her staff scramble looking thru bags for my table cloths. Which baffles me because they were supposed to be ironed, why would they be taped up in trash bags!? Then she states oh these are new the vendor just dropped off and said they were ironed. They weren't. So she then says they'll drop them at my home between 3-4pm, I agreed. 4:30 rolls around and still no delivery, I call as she shouts at me that her driver is there knocking at my door. I was literally standing on the curb her driver wAs no where to be seen. She call him on another line on speaker. He's yelling at her and she in turn continues to yell at me asking for my address(which I've confirmed 3x's). I then wave down the street where I see a raggedy white van.
