The receptionist, medical assistant, and Dr. Janet Soliman were all very kind and attentive. The nurse or medical assistant who took my blood out was able to do so on the first try and to me that's impressive because other places sometimes have a hard time getting a vein the first time. The place was clean, they are remodeling, they have lots of rooms. Parking was the only issue I had. There is only street parking, none of the back lots were for the clinic, and the front was all full and the residential area had street cleaning. It's on Tuesdays and Wednesday from 8am to 10 am I believe.

I like her and she's very knowledgeable. I assumed Dr. Roberts had retired, but her name is still in the portal. It would have been professional for Optum to let her patients know what's going on. I called to see about a possible same day appointment. I was usually able to get one or at least one for the next day. This was extremely helpful when something unexpected came up that wasn't an urgent care issue. If I went to urgent care, they would eventually say "see your primary ASAP." My appointment is three weeks away. I was shocked that I didn't talk to the office directly, but to someone at a call center somewhere. Optum, can I call the office directly?

But I was pleasantly surprised when I walked through those front doors the first time. Covid practices are strictly enforced. I cannot rave enough about how clean and well maintained - and downright brand-new-looking this facility is...it is truly a world unto itself, once you step inside. The doctors are savvy pros. I have been treated with kindness and respect by all of the staff and nurses that I've encountered here. The facility is part of the trusted PROVIDENCE HEALTH NETWORK and, with them, you have access to charts, blood work, progress updates, appointments, RX-refills and reminders...all at the tip of your fingers / online. I have huge respect for my doctor (Wenger) and think this facility is top notch. If your insurance aligns with Providence, you should consider this location.

If I needed antibiotics, for example. he wouldn't make me jump through hurdles to get it. His reply was that medicine is still good a few months after expiration. He then quickly followed that comment up by saying he would swap it out with a bottle that wasn't expired for us. If you know what you need, Lieu is good for getting what medication you want. If you want him to solve problems, he may not be as helpful.
