Being a first responder, I have worked with many Dr's, Intensivist, Infectious disease specialist etc for over a decade. I know we are not the easiest patients because of our experience but Dr. khan is by far one of the best Dr's I have ever dealt with. He is kind, takes the time to listen to you and tries and find the best solution for your specific needs. In fact the entire office staff is amazing! They make you feel like family. They not only care about your health care needs, they care about you as a whole. When was the last time a Dr yet alone his staff made you feel like that? I would highly recommend him to anyone. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thank you and your staff for always taking such good care of me for over last 15 years. He has seen me at my best and at my worst. It's because of their care and help that I am able to have a life today... I still have not found a Dr that comes close to him or his office staff. If I could still see him I would. I came here to get a medical exam for the immigration. Everything that needs to be done, was done. But what i dont like about this clinic are the staff. This particular lady was very very rude! Kind of blaming me that I didnt fill out the papers correctly, when in fact, they misspelled some of the words. read more

I was trying to find a new PCP and Aetna recommended me this doctor with 5-star reviews. I called in to schedule an appointment at 12:10 PM, and the person who answered was polite, but the call was getting cut off by someone next to her yelling, "WE'RE ON LUNCH BREAK, CALL BACK." Very unprofessional service and condescending staff 1. My test results were given to me over a short phone call simply as positive/negative and my follow up questions weren't answered and I wasn't given a copy of my results until I kept calling and asking for them for months. The doctor is very casual and unprofessional. 2. I was told by the staff that my insurance covered a test the clinic drew blood for but then after the test, I was charged $423 dollars because they said the test wasn't covered anymore. I called to inquire and they were very rude and wouldn't even listen and said that there is nothing they can do about it and I have to pay the fee read more

Perfection at it finest!!!!! I've been coming to this practice since the first day Dr. Khan took over. It's been a wonderful 15 years and hands the the best medical office in the South Bay. I've lived in the valley for 8 years and "still" go see Dr. Khan and my wonderful Ms.Kathy (I love her to death) I drive 26 miles but they're totally worth it each visit. Khan's bedside manner is top notch you feel like your talking to your dad. The office staff is beyond kind, informative and super funny they really welcome you & make you feel super at ease. The only reason I'm doing this is because I just plain old like the man. Dr. Khan makes something I'm not wild about doing - going to the doctor, a good experience. I don't even know how long it's been; probably better than 15 years. They are just good people. Kathy is a mainstay, always at her post, and always very helpful and knowledgeable. Other staff members are great too. My interactions with Dr. Khan are consistently good, no matter the circumstance. Like I said, not a fan of poking and prodding. But I'm glad Dr. Khan and his staff are there for me when I need them. read more

Dr. Khan has been my doctor since I was 18 years old (I'm now 33) and because of an illness I have I have to see him once a month. His staff treats me like I'm part of their staff too! Joke with me and always very helpful when I have to reschedule an apt. Or if I have an emergency and have to be seen immediately. They always find a spot for me to be seen that same day! Dr. Khan is very friendly and even though he is just one of my many different doctors and specialist, he is my favorite one. Just left this doctors office crying. He made me feel so uncomfortable and violated. He turned my back against him and wrapped his arms around me to touch my lower abdomen, pushing me toward his scrotum "to see if I felt any pain." Doctors are supposed to make a person feel better. I told him I did not want to take medication for my depressive symptoms, that I would rather try talking to a psychologist. He completely ignored what I told him and prescribed 2 different meds. he didn't even refer me to a psychiatrist, which is who he said I should talk to because they would know if I'm "lying about my symptoms." He finally hugged me and said to not worry, they will "get me back to normal" This doctor should NOT be around patients. Ladies beware! read more

All I can say is WOW! I have never seen a doctor like Dr. Khan! Not only is he a very compassionate doctor, his staff are very nice! Dr. Khan really loves his patients and takes his time with explaining what is going on with you and does not rush you out like other doctors I've seen in the past.
