I took a chance with a minor job with Ricochet. I am assuming this business is under new ownership / management. I had inherited a custom rifle in a wildcat cartridge, and I needed a chamber cast to verify the chamber dimensions. I dropped the rifle off last summer and was told it would be about 6 weeks for them to get at it. Sure enough, the job was done in the specified time. I was even given a Veterans discount. Why only a 4 star rating? This job was fairly straightforward and simple, nothing to bring out the "Wow Factor". But I would be comfortable returning with a more in depth job in the future, such as a rifle build.

After describing the problem he offered a number of probable causes. One of which was super simple and something I could do myself. Something I never would have thought of on my own. THAT turned out to be the problem! He could have come to my home, fiddled with a number of things - including the simple fix - and charged me a hefty bill. And I wouldn't have been the wiser. The fact that he freely shared this simple knowledge speaks well of his character and integrity. I will certainly use Conner Small Engine Repair in the future and recommend him to family and friends as well. Thanks Jon!
