You can never go wrong with taro or ube flavors, they're absolutely my favorite. But the strawberry matcha drink I got for my sister didn't quite hit the mark, though it was still good. When I got there, I waited a bit for someone to help me, but when the staff member arrived, she was super nice and started making my drinks right away. They had a lot of dessert options that I would've loved to try if I hadn't already eaten a full meal. We stopped by just for the drinks this time. I'm sure the rest of the menu is great too.

The people working there were friendly. I could only find street parking. The shop is small with a couple of chairs; it seems to be mainly a takeout spot. Their main offerings are milk teas, boba teas, fruit teas, smoothies, bubble waffles rolls, and ice cream rolls. I had the Papa's milk tea and it was delicious; it had boba, jelly, and bs jelly. It was very tasty. I highly recommend if you're in the area and craving boba tea.

My wife had a side of sausage patties which apparently gave her gastrointestinal distress. When we went to pay, we discovered they take CASH or CHECK ONLY. Luckily I had enough cash because I rarely carry cash any more. Sad because we were looking for a local breakfast spot.

There's a small menu board up on the wall behind the counter that is pretty hard to read, we had better luck reading the hand written paper signs taped to the showcase. A Ham and Cheese and an Italy's Best (Genoa salami, Proscuitto, Cappicola, fresh mozzarella, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, roasted red peppers, hot cherry peppers, and oil and vinegar) were $8.50 each. As we waited for the sandwiches to be prepared I, walked around the store and checked out the aisles of canned goods, and groceries. We also saw a small freezer with raviolis, gnocchis and sausages My Italy's best was pretty good -great flavor with an average portion size of meats. Customer service was odd - neither sandwich was cut in half and I don't think I've ever had a sandwich on a hard roll that wasn't cut in half. We popped some cash into the tip jar and that was met with either silence or indifference, and that always grinds my gears.
