Let me start by saying that the service was great and I have no complaints about that. The food however is much is what I came here for left a lot to be desired. I ordered two donuts with one being the French crueller. When I pulled it out of the bag there were all of these little brown dots on it. It was pretty nasty and if you order a donut and that normally has a white or clear glaze on it there should be nothing but that on the donut. Not sure if I will go back here honestly. read more

The manager is horrible. There is always something out of stock, the coworkers are not friendly and make you feel worthless.

This location is the worst D&D. Every single time I go here they NEVER have what I want. They are always out of the good donuts and almost never have any munchkins. And i order with the app, and then i get there and they have this say sorry we're out with the "not my problem" attitude because the app is run by a 3rd party. So sick of D&D now. read more

I don't leave reviews especially if the service amid horrible but this place needs an overhaul in employees. I went there the other day and before o could even finish my drink order I'm asked if there is something else I need. I said that I wasn't done ordering my drink and that's when things shifted. The lady was so condescending and got an attitude so quickly. o matched her energy and disrespect. I get to the window and a young girl takes over (they take an extra long time to make mine and my nieces drink) she comes to the window and I asked what the attitude problem was with the other lady. this girl has the audacity to say that I got an attitude first. My niece and I looked at each other like this cannot be for real. I told her that her and that other lady need to get out of customer service if they are going to talk to people on such a way. The other lady is apparently the assistant manager and they said her name is Swatty or Swaddy, not sure but she is an older Indian woman. Someone else tried to diffuse the situation but you could tell she didn't give af. I think she thought I didn't want to pay but obviously I did pay, I just wanted to make them aware that the attitude needs to be checked. Went there yesterday for my parents. The drive thru was backed up so I went inside. Apparently, the workers shifts were ending, but there wasn't anyone coming in for the next shift. The one girl was on her phone with whom I suppose was the manager, yelling about how she has a life and was refusing to serve anyone else. Garbage. Guy behind the counter was more into the conversation with the current costumer than moving the line along. Made some sort of custom coffee or what not and went back twice to make sure it was topped off after tastes. Food came at a reasonable time, but was burnt. Still edible, but dried out. I went to the drive thru. I ordered a hot tea and my friend ordered an ice hot cocoa. I paid for my order and pulled away. I took a sip, only to discover it was coffee, not tea. I went back to the drive thru. The man made my tea again with no comment. I handed him back the coffee. He would not take it I explained that i do not like coffee. I only wanted the tea I ordered. He said, "you drank it. I can't take it back" I replied, yes I took a sip and discovered it was coffee. He said, "i can't take that from you" I asked him to please throw it out then. He said "i can't take it from you" I explained that i have no where to put a full cup of coffee. I only have two cup holders. He said ,"I cannot take it" I said, i have nowhere to put it and I don't see a trash can. The man was not friendly and did not apologize for making the wrong order, and did say why he would not take the full cup of coffee back. When I pulled away. I discovered. He made the tea wrong and my friends ice cocoa was wrong as well. We did not go back. Customer service good a long way. I'm so tired of most people that work there. I ordered a unsweetened green tea and it came as a black tea I said to the lady that made it this isn't green tea she said this is the green tea the company gave them. It's black tea and the lady just didn't want to make a new one... the food is always soggy, my mobile orders are missing things 9 out of 10 times. I can no longer go to this Dunkin'. The last two times I went there and ordered my blueberry muffins the muffins were terrible. I don't know if they changed the recipe or the help but the muffins were definitely not up to par. First time around it seemed like the muffins were under baked and the second time around when I bought them yesterday and I had one for breakfast today I swear the muffin was either not blueberry or it was a diet muffin, either way I can no longer do business there anymore. Maybe they don't care now because their summer business is great because of their location being on the way to the shore but it's the locals that keep them in business all year round. Oh, and it's not only the muffins, their donuts aren't up to par either. Sorry to say, I will no longer buy there. read more

My experience here is so bad every time. I ordered an iced matcha (which isn't hard to make, it requires milk and matcha powder) and they did y put enough matcha powder so it tasted like I was drinking a cup of straight milk. They also hardly mixed it so my drink had chunks in it. On top of the poorly made drinks, the AWFUL attitude the employee had that was taking my order was seriously unprofessional and unnecessary. She forgot whipped cream on top of my drink so I politely asked if she could put some on top. She took my cup out of my hand I'm an aggressive manner, rolled her eyes and sighed as she walked away. As if I was the one in the wrong? I spend my own hard earned money there and all I asked for in return was drink that is made the right way. The old woman came back and I took my cup from her hand and she mumbled something under her breath and rolled her eyes AGAIN. I am a very kind person so I assumed she was having a bad day so I didn't say anything and just walked out, but I have been back two more times and every time is just so disappointing. The only person there that was pleasant was a young girl working there. She was the first nice person I had experienced. I went to this location on my way to New Egypt. (I live nearly an hour away) I asked for large iced Americana DECAF coffee w/an extra shot of decaf, cream, & SF toasted almond and a large glass of ice water. They first put too much cream in my coffee and added an extra shot to make it darker. On my drive home my heart was beating irregularly. I had to take my med to slow my heart down as I have an electrical problem with my heart and can only have decaf. I called the store to let them know that they DIDN''T give me decaf and the receipt and label said original, not decaf. The man on the phone said he didn't know what yo tell me and hung up. Then a week later I was coming back from New Egypt and went in and explained that I came in the Sun. Prior with my receipt and asked a man with blonde and pink hair if he could remake it correctly this time. He said ok and asked me for money. I said I wanted it made right like it should have been the first time and was told NO! I asked to speak to the owner and was told they would be in the next morning and I could come in then. I told him I lived 1 hour away and he said I could call then. I asked his maje so I could let the owner know who I spoke to and was told they are NOT giving their name. Extremely rude and still on meds for 2 more days due to this error. I could not get over how the staff are allowed to treat the customers. I called the manager the next day and he was very nice. He is going to see how they can make it up to me being I got ill from their mistake. Waiting to hear back. I'll write a follow up when I hear back. But I'll never be going back to this store. I have NEVER been treated so rudely and with a smug attitude. read more

The staff is generally nice but the service is slow and my orders never how I asked them to make them. Last week, I asked for a coffee with cream and sweetener and they gave me no cream an lots of sweetener. Today, I asked for a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. Took them 8 minutes to make it and it it didn't have cheese on it. I'll probably keep going, but it's frustrating when they are consistently inaccurate and slow. read more

Be Careful here. Ordered sesame seed bagel with salmon cream cheese, onion bagel, and blueberry muffin. When I got home no onion bagel. I looked in the bag for receipt and no reciept. Be sure they give you a receipt to prove if you don't get all you ordered. I also think they might had short changed me. Would not recommend. read more
