Truth moment: I went inside Dunkin because we needed a restroom break in a road trip. It's right off the highway and all of the gas stations on this exit look like the bathroom situation is a little sketchy. So when I saw there was a DD attached to the gas station, I opt d to take the children inside DD rather than to hope for the best inside the gas station. Anyhoo, since we were there using up resources, I felt obligated to make a purchase. It was late afternoon when we went in, so a slower time for donut shops and the cashier was just waiting for interaction. He was friendly and engaging and answered all of my questions with a smile even tho I'm not confident in all of his answers. I ended up ordering a coffee roll and a dozen munchkins. The e cashier was kind enough to heat up the coffee roll for me. Once heated, it was placed in a box, which really took the presentation to a higher level. Anyhoo, it was delicious and the children enjoyed the munchkins. The bathroom (it's one single-use restroom for all) was clean enough. i don't even make reviews i downloaded this app to make one, every-time i go i always ask for oatmilk because i can't drink regular milk or 2%milk . Also it's a color difference when they use oatmilk and regular milk they continue to use regular milk and lie and say it's oatmilk which you can taste the difference i allowed my wife to try it she even confirmed that it wasn't oatmilk. On an early 5am Easter morning and with 300 miles yet to drive, this place was a welcome site. The coffee was classic Dunkin Donut coffee, steaming hot, fresh, and just what I needed. I also ordered a blueberry cake and a chocolate iced cake donut. The donuts were very good and Unfortunately I had downed them both before realizing I had not taken any photos of them (blaming it on the early time, ha). First, we ordered simple things. A medium black coffee and a medium coffee with cream and sugar. They handed us two large black coffees. They said we could keep it if we wanted. I said we would keep one, but I'd like the cream and sugar one. She took one large back and handed us the cream and sugar one and another medium black coffee. We just kept it. My coffee was basically cream with a drop of coffee and a thousand tablespoons of sugar. It was so gross. I didn't feel like waiting in line to get it corrected, so I just threw it away. Worst Dunkin' I've ever visited. I ordered my favorite frozen coffee with cake batter syrup. Frozen coffee comes with cream automatically but not at this Dunkin'! They gave me a black frozen coffee with whip cream and sprinkles! I didn't ask for whip or sprinkles but got it anyway. Not my first visit to the store but both times have sucked completely. Let me start by saying.... I know its super extra and dramatic to be leaving a review for a Dunkin. But I only really leave reviews if something is exceptionally bad, or I think an employee deserves recognition. I am giving this Dunkin 4 stars only for one specific employee. My food and drinks seem to only be done correctly while she's working. I tried to ask her name before driving off, but she was taking someone else's order right as I was about to do so. She is a younger woman, works the drive-through window in the mornings, and always repeats your order back to you before confirming the price. I think she only works mornings because if I roll in closer to 10:30 or 11, that's when I notice she's not working or maybe just isn't at the window, I don't know. I worked in customer service for about 6 years. Customers often are terrible and it's a thankless job, I'm well aware. Nobody likes to go to work let's not kid ourselves. This employee however is so professional and pleasant. The reason I find it important to note all of this is because she's the ONLY employee at this location that I can say this about. It's not like she's fake or super over the top, she's just nice/normal and does her job well and doesn't make me feel like a burden for coming to her store. My roommate and I frequent this location, and we literally cross our fingers that she's working when we roll up to save us the headache of having to awkwardly tell the person at the window they got our order wrong or handed us the wrong food. Hopefully, she sticks around, she's the one thing keeping us from driving 5 miles out of our way to the next Dunking or SB. read more

My avocado toast with bacon had so much grease on the bacon that it was literally pooling on top of the avocado spread. completely uneditable.. then I ordered a large Americano with an extra shot and almond milk. We moved to the area 4 months ago. Have tried this Dunkin' 5 times; service is ok but the workers do not know (or choose to not to follow proper steps) of making the coffees correctly. I have taken back our coffees 2 of the 4 visits and asked for them to be remade. Coffee-to-sweetness ratio was waaaayy off. During our visit this morning, we watched as the "barista" poured espresso from a tall cup- espresso he had previously made and put in this cup for holding- into our drinks. Not fresh espresso. Poured from a cup. Not measured, so my husbands drink was too strong and mine was weak. Franchisee- please train your people. Give them bonuses to keep them engaged. Ask them to taste the drinks they make. Challenge them to give proper service. This is the closest coffee place to our house and we would love to frequent it, but will not when corners are cut and we pay $10 for coffee with espresso prepared previously and poured into our cups. read more
