Solid spot with friendly service. My smoothie was a bit watered down, and the white chocolate chai could've used a bit more white chocolate flavor--but overall, still enjoyable. Service was great, and I really appreciated how hard the team was working, especially with how busy it was. read more

While I have been a loyalist to the other big coffee guy for years, Dutch Bros has caught my attention and captivated my coffee taste buds in recent months! I am lucky to live near the two newest locations on the east side of the city, so I have been pinging back and forth for my beloved Iced White Mocha. This location sits on Trinity, just off of 65 and is a stellar add to the area that is in the midst of revitalization. I swing in here most days when I am either dropping off or picking up my pup from nearby Peace, Love and Paws. Dutch Bros is set up to be a pick-up or drive thru spot. While you can walk up to the window and then sit on the tables, most of their business comes from the drive thru. Something different with these guys is you always order with a live person, whether it be them coming car to car, or ordering at the window. As mentioned above, my go to is the Iced White Chocolate Mocha with oat milk. It ALWAYS hits the spot and sometimes, when I am craving a bit more substance, I will add a chocolate chip muffin top to "top" off my visit! Service is always phenomenal and cheerful. Overall, Dutch Bros is doing their thing in Nashville and I am for it! read more

I didn't want to do this review as it's negative. I go here five days during the week, and this week including this afternoon five separate times, I've had people drive into the adjacent lane next to me and the person working there is oblivious to what's happening and the person that just drove up after I waited 10 minutes in line Has now just cut me off. And because it happened again this afternoon this is the fifth time this week. It's annoying, it's rude, I've complained and they won't do anything so here's my rant. Here's my review, if they don't fix the problem I'm sure Starbucks would love to see me, because that would mean I would not be going to Dutch Bros any longer. Get organized, solve this problem! read more

Short and sweet review for the friendly folks that keep my caffeinated when I'm on the go! I grew up going to Dutch in the Phoenix area, and love that this location is so close to my home. Depending on what time of day you visit, you may run into a short drive-thru line. That said, I've never waited more than 10 minutes for my drink. Their menu is expansive (with several "secret" options), so I usually get something different every time. Most recently, I've been enjoying their Candy Cane Mocha with an extra shot of espresso. If you have a dog, Dutch Bros has the best "pup cups" in town. They fill up a special "doggie size" cup with whipped cream, and top it with a Milkbone. My dogs know when we're in the drive-thru line that they're going to get their favorite treat, and they get so excited about it! I also highly recommend downloading the Dutch Bros app. You earn points for every order, and can get a free drink with every 250 points! It also makes paying for your order easy - since you can link a card directly to the app. Thank you the great coffee and even better customer service, Dutch team! I'll definitely see y'all again soon. read more

No line at the drive through at 10am with very fast and friendly service! There's just one window for ordering, paying, and receiving. I don't think you can go inside. Drive through only. The coffee was good but nothing out of this world. It's a good fast-food coffee at a great value. I got a small iced annihilator (a small is actually very big) and it was about $4. In comparisons I paid over $7 for a coffee half this size at a different coffee shop last week and this one tasted better read more

So when I spotted one in the Donelson neighborhood of Nashville during a work trip, I didn't hesitate to pull in. Fun fact: despite the name, Dutch Bros isn't from the Netherlands. It's an American coffee company founded in Grants Pass, Oregon, by brothers Dane and Travis Boersma. That Pacific Northwest coffee culture definitely shines through. It was exactly what I remembered--friendly people, fast service, fair prices, and consistently great coffee. If you're new to Dutch Bros, do yourself a favor and order the Golden Eagle. It's rich, creamy, perfectly balanced, and one of those drinks you find yourself craving long after you've finished it. They also have plenty of creative drinks if you're looking for something different, and they don't skimp on the espresso. If you need a caffeine boost before hitting the road, they've got you covered. What really keeps me coming back, though, is the people. Every Dutch Bros I've visited has been genuinely welcoming. The staff always seems happy to be there, and that positive energy makes a quick coffee stop feel a little brighter. Whenever I see a Dutch Bros on a road trip, I make it a point to swing through the drive-thru. It's become one of my favorite travel traditions. It goes a long way towards making me want to come back. -They've finally added matcha lattes to the menu (!!) -The pricing is really good compared to other places in the Nashville metro area! Cons: -There are times when it's empty, other times (like at this current moment when I'm sitting here) when it's full. There is one employee working. That seems to be a bit of an oversight by whoever is making decisions about that. -There used to be good I could order. It seems they've taken it away. That's pretty disappointing. -I was told they took away a lot of the syrups? I'm fully on board with seasonal drinks but.. taking away regular inventory? Overall.... amazing place. I would 100% give this 10 stars but whatever the higher ups are doing is a little questionable with their choices. The amount of people I've talked to in the area that have no idea this place exists.... a teeny bit of instagram marketing could go a long way I think! Again... there's literally nothing like this in the area. You have to go towards Nashville to get anything somewhat similar and honestly, I don't like the next closest place. So hopefully the owners figure out how to run it better. I REALLY don't want to see it go under.

Their bacon cheddar scone is to die for! It is the perfect crumbly texture and feels like a meal in itself. I really love how fresh everything tastes. This particular location is one of the best for working, in my opinion. It's spacious and lets a lot of light in.

There's free parking in the lot next door, and plenty of space to spread out inside, whether you're planning to work remotely or just looking to catch up with friends. Their food menu is good too - I've had their breakfast sandwiches and some of their overnight oats, both of which were tasty! Most recently, I tried their seasonal "Denim Jacket" latte, which is like a warm autumnal hug. The maple syrup flavor really shines through, as do the fall spices. I got it iced, but I'd come back and try it hot as the weather cools down!
