So I think the question we need to ask ourselves is over the many years. Has McDonald's changed…read morefrom a fast food restaurant to a fine dining restaurant? Because that would be the only excuse, I can think of In which it takes over 30 minutes to get my meal. But on second thought it doesn't take 30 minutes in a fine dining restaurant to get your meal more like 20 minutes. So what in the bejesus is going on in mcdonald's especially this location where every time I come over here it takes thirty plus minutes to get a big breakfast. It takes thirty plus minutes to get a big breakfast. It takes thirty plus minutes to get a sausage egg.Biscuit, like, what is really going on¿???? McDonald's is getting worse all over the country. But this particular location They need to have a serious retraining of their employees and put them on a thirty day probationary period after their retraining. And if they're still screwing up everything, they gotta go.And we need to get some people who aren't on substances who aren't mentally incapacitated, who don't have any type of emotional problems to work.In mcdonald's especially at this location. Because in the end of it, I think McDonald's is still classified as a fast food location. And I remember a time when I used to be able to go in a McDonald's and I would be in and out in 10 minutes or less. But now, it seems to be a mandatory 25 minute confinement in McDonald's. In order to get your order and oftentimes, they make it wrong. Have to recook it and you're in there for over an hour. But I only get a 30 minute break from work So that's bad for my business and bad for McDonald's business.!! I hope mcdonald's reads this review. And since the sends a corporate representative to this location and clean's house because mcdonald's is an american staple food.I've been eating mcdonald's since I was in the first grade.I used to get out of school with a group of friends and we will go across the street to mcdonald's get a big mac meal, a shake. And an extra large fry and we used to do it like it was a religion meaning on a daily basis. It's just so d*** sad. That customer service. And the quality of work from people just goes down a little bit more every year. Probably in the next 25 years. All businesses will be out of business Because the employees don't give a " F " In answer to your question on this app, it says, oh no! what What can we improve? I think the response would be?You need to improve everything from the ground to the ceiling.

Not surprised that this place had bad reviews. I ordered a mobile order for a medium Diet Coke and…read moremedium fries. The fries were cold and unsalted as what it tasted like. While on a longer trip, we decided to try this place we had heard about. Although off the…read moreinterstate a bit, it was easy to find with a large sign on the front of the building. Located on the end of a strip mall, parking is plentiful. There are spaces adjacent to the building as well as across a traffic lane. I did not notice a specific handicapped space but since we were there later in the morning we were able to find a space near the front door. There is a step up to get onto the sidewalk as you enter. As you walk in, the display case is right in front. We had heard they sell out quickly, and the case was only half full when we got there. Still, the selection was large and had a good variety. The workers were very friendly and made several suggestions when we told them it was our first time there. Even a customer who came in after we started ordering gave a couple suggestions of her favorites. They have a good selection of gourmet donuts, with items like berries and custard, banana pudding, Oreo, German chocolate, etc. It would be impossible to not find something that piqued your curiosity. One thing I found unique and very appreciated was they fill your jelly donuts when you order them. That way they don't get soggy and break apart after sitting for a while. These are gourmet donuts done right. This will most likely become a regular stop for us as we travel through the area as they are definitely worth a side trip.
