Ever since the remodel, something here changed. As Dunkins go, this one's alright. It's clean and the coffee and food are right on par with my expectations of a Dunkin' Donuts. I know some people here say the mostly younger staff was rude, but I didn't notice that. They're working in food service which is both demanding and not super well paying. Prior to The COVID pandemic, I would constantly read negative reviews for this location on Facebook for poor service, lack of product, inconsistent hours, etc. Today, my in-laws stopped at this location for coffees and a dozen donuts. When they got to our house, the coffees were cold, and the donuts looked like they were yesterday's leftovers. My mother-in-law had one and described it as disgusting. My wife tried the other half of the vanilla frosted in the picture, took a bite and threw it out. As for the service, my mother-in-law said three people walked in behind her. Two were wearing masks as required, but one wasn't. The girl behind the counter asked that person if they had a mask, which he didn't. She then said that it was ok this time, but he needed to have a mask next time. My mother-in-law and the other guys wearing masks looked at each other and then questioned the employees logic. Not really sure why the reviews are so bad for this location. I've been a handful of times since moving to the area and I've never had any issues. The drive thru always seems to move quick and the employees are very friendly. They always ask exactly how you want your coffee and repeat your order back which I like so you know they heard you correct. It's hard to review chain places because you pretty much know what your getting for the most part. The breakfast sandwiches I've had here have always been good. I have lived in WM for 17 years and only stepped foot in this store a handful of times. Today I decided to stop in and grab some items for the kids and it was definitely an awkward experience. I attempted to order a half dozen donut box but as I stood there picking which donuts I wanted in the box... another employee (Maybe one of the owners, a gentlemen in his early to mid-fourties) kept barking out corrections of the price, based on the donut that I just chose (ie: Add 25 cents, Add 50 cents, those are specialty donuts and aren't included with the half dozen box). I kept picking different donuts types and the guy kept barking. Then when I went to go pick up my cooked food at the other counter the same guy just dropped my sandwich on the counter in a bag without a word and walked away. So, I stood there waiting for a couple of minutes for my food until finally I asked if that bag was my food or someone elses... I was told it was mine. Annoyed as hell, I grabbed my food and left. This place has much to learn about customer service. The idea that, we are there to endure the staff and their moods is a failed business model. I think I'll give this Dunkin' Donuts a time out away from my money for a year or so and then try again... There are many options for sweets in the area. This has happened multiple times and I don't understand it. They're different colors. I always order skim milk and sugar and my coffee is always black and bitter. Usually it tastes like water. This place is so hit and miss, I hate going. They are constantly out of coffee, lemon, cups, and due to staffing problems, they constantly close their drive-through. This summer it was closed about 30 percent of the time I went. I was only going because my buddy prefers it because he is lazy and doesn't like getting out of his car. When they are out of coffee, they make a habit of making new coffee and then putting a cup directly under the drip, so one person gets strong coffee, and the next few people get weak coffee. This is particularly painful with the French Roast; if you are unlucky enough to get the first cup--it is so strong it is practically undrinkable. This happens frequently because the french press pot is mettle, and you can only see how much coffee is left, if you look inside. Pass! I try to go to the Exxon for a consistently good cup of coffee. The only minus is there is no drive through and you have to get out of your vehicle. The ladies are very nice and they give out mega-millions tickets for free on occasions. read more

Excellent coffee as usual for Dunkin Donuts, but this location leaves a lot to be desired. More times than not, their drive-thru speaker is broken. The drive-thru line backs up drastically because of this and the parking lot is awkward enough to make it difficult to get in and out of in order to park and go inside. This is the best dunkin around. I come here every morning just when it's becoming coffee rush hour and these guys are super efficient and quick. Thats not easy to do with a drive thru because there have been countless times at other drive thru dunkin's where I have gotten the wrong order or gotten a poorly made drink. Not these guys. It should be easy, coffee and donuts. Today I ordered two medium coffees with cream and sugar and 2 Boston cream donuts. This was a drive thru order. The two donuts were face down in the bag so the frosting is partnered with the paper bag. The coffee was missing the sugar in the actual coffee. You pull up, order, they repeat, you proceed, I ask again and either they tell you yes and you move on, only to discover you're not drinking YOUR chosen coffee selection.
