Their food and drinks seemed good quality too me, at least I know the donuts were fresh in morning and afternoon (to be fair, it's better quality than the stale donuts I've received from the dunkin near my current location) There was a time I ordered donuts in the morning through drive-thru because my grandma wanted me to get donuts for her and the blonde woman there working day-shift gave me an attitude because of how many I ordered. She told me "next time, go inside if you're going to order that many donuts". Well, they weren't for me anyway and it's not like you're cooking them fresh so it shouldn't take much longer to prepare the order. No one told me I had to go inside after a certain amount of donuts was ordered, I don't even know what the exact donut-threshold would be!! it's not like I was ordering the whole store! But her bad attitude was as if I was! I think they mainly need to improve on customer service in day-shift.
