Went thru drive thru this morning and placed our order. When we received our drink, my wife commented that the iced mocha coffee didn't look right (as she always orders that) and we looked at the receipt and it was only an iced coffee. Mentioned it to the cashier and she told me I didn't order it mocha. I told her I did and she grabbed it , scoffed and retreated (shaking her head) to remake it. When is it OK to argue with a customer and how rude to act in that manner? How about, "my apologies, I'm happy to remake it"? Same result and way less drama..... read more

I have visited numerous times, including on September 5, 2020. My experiences have ranged from horrible to poor. The drive-thru literally just took us 20 minutes to get a few refreshments and a bagel, and the server had a bad attitude. They are also often out of items, as today they had no pumpkin muffins, and I visited mid-afternoon. I acknowledge that I am being harsh, but this is the fourth time that I had a very negative experience at this establishment. This Dunkin is awful! Terrible customer service. I ordered 2 pup cups a small tiny side of whipped cream that is always free when I order other stuff at any other Dunkin. They wanted to charge 3 dollars I said I have always had them free which we love and appreciate and he threw them away. I thought that was sad and crappy. Stopped here on my way to visit my mom who is in the hospital. Ordered my coffee with 1 cream, 2 sugars as I frequent Dunkin so I know how to order my coffee. My coffee was made light & sweet so I very nicely asked the woman behind the counter to remake it. She proceeded to tell me that they make all the coffees with 3 cream 3 sugar. She then got all sorts of nasty & rude so i clapped back. Then the what seemed to be Manager came at me for clapping back. So rude and unprofessional. I didnt get the coffee i paid for but there was no way i would've trusted that woman to not spit in it. Plenty of better places to get coffee. Passive aggressive staff, while I waited 20 minutes for order I witnessed a man wait at the counter for over 5 minutes to have his order taken, but when he finally figured out they were not going to take his order and started to walk out the door the employee said "have a nice day sir" in a very sarcistic manner. There were never more than 3 customers in the store at any time. I was then "punished" for asking the status of my order by being further ignored. They were obviously moving very slowly to prove a point. They were obviously having a bad day and they decided they would make customers pay for it. Unfortunate the state of affairs today. read more

I had never been to this Dunkin, but found myself in the area and will not be coming back again. My order was made incorrectly and when correcting her mistake the employee was very rude and tried to offer giving me the wrong drink. I also ordered donuts, and after getting the right drink she quickly handed it to me and said "have a nice day you can pull forward" completely failing to give me donuts I paid for. I waited and she slammed the drive through window open asking what I was still doing there, then I informed her of my missing donuts she grabbed a bag of donuts and shoved it in my car window. HORRIBLE ! what can I say...it's not the workers but it's the lack thereof. owner will not hire and 1 person cannot run the show efficiently. very long wait time and people can be seen leaving the line and getting out of there frustrated. The place is good for coffee and fresh donuts in the morning. As the day goes on and in the evening time, you can tell the donuts are no longer fresh and stale. They are most busy in the morning and because of that they have messed up our order a few times. If you get an ice coffee from there I recommend not getting sugar. They use real sugar rather than syrup and you can end up sucking up a giant ball of sugar granules. Other than that, a decent donut place. read more

I am a commercial driver and also travel extensively in our rv when on vacation. I have been to so many DD's across the country and for the 1st time EVER, they refused to fill my personal Tervis travel mug because it was not an overpriced Dunkin Travel Mug. I also found staff to to be a little rude. I noticed while standing in line, there were no smiles from anyone, no pleasant greetings. This Dunkin Donuts is consistent with rudeness from one of the morning workers. She interrupts you as your ordering telling you to "pull up to the window" before you're done ordering, doesn't ask if that completes your order, say thank you or anything a polite human being says. I've actually stopped coming to DD and switched to Starbucks because at 6am in the morning someone being polite is exactly what I need. read more

I will never return to this location again. On Friday February 3rd I went through the drive thru, when I got to the window I realized I forgot to order my coworker her coffee. So I asked the woman who took my order if I could get a hot coffee, she promptly rolled her eyes at me, sighed, and very rudely responded asking me what I wanted. Dumb founded, I asked her if she was okay, to which she once again, rudely responded asking me what I wanted. I told her never mind that I would just take the coffee I'd originally ordered. When she was handing me my coffee, I asked for her name to which she responded "I don't have a name" whilst closing the window. Luckily, her name was on the receipt (Christianna, if you're curious), so I called the 800 number to complain (because when I called the store the manager wasn't there, shocker right?), the woman I spoke to informed me that someone from that store would be contacting me, and here we are two weeks later with no trial of contacting me. If this is how the "manager" deals with customer complaints, then the last place I'd ever want to give my money to would be Dunkin. I'd rather spend the extra money at another coffee shop. read more
