As a student fan of Dunkin', the closure of campus for the COVID-19 epidemic has left me longing. The campus location is tough to beat, but I needed to scratch the itch. The scathing reviews here on Yelp, made me reluctant, but I figured I'd give it a try anyway. I ordered at the drive-through, and the speaker service was good--she was quick, and repeated my order back to me perfectly: iced coffee with caramel + cream + sugar, a beyond sausage sandwich, and hash browns. Had to wait a hot minute to move forward, but I think that's just because the person two cars ahead of me had a weird order--I'll give 'em the benefit of the doubt. Once I got up to the window, they told me that they were out of eggs because they were frozen. Thought this was pretty stupid as eggs are a critical breakfast item, but I was ok with getting an eggless sandwich. To make up for it, she gave me a blueberry donut on the house, which I very much appreciated, as I'm sure that's a much higher value than what was warranted. The food itself was just fine. Coffee was the weakest, as all the sweet stuff was sitting at the bottom, not properly stirred; hash browns were nice and crispy and flavorful, just like you'd expect 'em; and the eggless beyond sausage sandwich was a-ok. Best of all, I have a good snack waiting for when my sweet tooth starts calling later. Overall, definitely not on par with the campus location, but not as pathetic as the reviews here make it sound. read more

I was trying to get my car shipped off back home this morning so the truck that it was on was parked right outside of this location. It was raining a good amount and I was getting pretty wet so I decided to go into the store and wait until my boyfriend picked me up. Workers knew it was raining and proceeded to ask me if I was buying anything obviously I said no and they kicked me out. I had no car so I couldn't go anywhere and had to stand outside in the rain. Don't be cheap and treat your customers better Dunkin we are human beings too!! read more

Came to talk about piecing girl but saw she already got a #feature in another review. I'm pretty sure customer service is about being nice and helping your customers. Also, I have never had a bad Dunkin matcha, literally couldn't even fathom it but there is a first time for everything! Idek if I can consider it matcha honestly because it was 99% ice and probably 0 matcha powder. Also out of every single form of bread but croissants and no refunds even when you ask which I think you're supposed to do, could be wrong though. read more

Ordered breakfast from this establishment and was very disappointed with what was served. Ordered avocado spread for a bagel and it was left without. The coffee tasted burnt and lacked any flavor not following the instructions on the cup. Multiple stands of hair were found in my friends sandwich that were not her hair color which was very repulsive. The donuts were unshapely and looked as though they were sat on before being served. Upon taking a bite of the jelly munchkin it looked as though they forgot the jelly and instead inserted hair. If I could give this restaurant a 0 I would. I go by Dunkin to get myself a treat occasionally. The ladies working are always very nice, and my butter pecan iced coffee always tastes just the way I like. Their donuts aren't the best in the world and the location/parking is definitely iffy, but hey they are sugary and satisfy the sweet tooth so what more can you really ask for from Dunkin? read more

In a nutshell, this location seems like it's still figuring out how to smoothly operate the franchise. The young lady who took my order seemed confused about what was available on the menu when I ordered from the drive thru. I stopped by this location to order a to-go order of that consisted of an Iced Mocha Latte with skim milk, Croissant with egg whites and veggies, and a 25 count of mixed Munchkins with blueberry, chocolate, and original glazed donuts. Once I finally headed out after a moderate wait, I decided to give my coffee a try to discover it had entirely too much syrup. At least a third of the latte consisted of dissolved mocha syrup at the bottom of the cup. I attempted to drink it but gave up after having to pull my straw halfway up to avoid slurping syrup rather than coffee. Other than the terribly prepared coffee, everything else was pretty fresh and good. Hopefully, this location works out the kinks in service preparation and knowledge with time. read more

If you want to have the worst drive thru experience of your life come here. There is a second entrance to the drive thru that cuts right by the menu and is way shorter. These people will cut you off and practice aggressive driving tactics if you don't let them cut in front of you in the line you've been waiting in for thirty minutes. This place deserves a zero. Went to this location because my daughter wanted a donut and it was on the way. She wanted chocolate iced with sprinkles. The man said they didn't have any. So we asked for strawberry iced with sprinkles. They didn't have any of those. So we asked what they did have. He told us basically vanilla iced was all they had. Then we decided to just get one of their frozen chocolate drinks and of course they couldn't make it because their machine was "broken". So we just left. What is the point of having a donut store if they don't have any donuts. Sounds like lazy employees. This place needs new management and employees before it gets ran into the ground. I've not ever been to this establishment and received what I ordered. My order is always wrong. No joke. If I order coffee, they will give me a latte. If I order a latte, they give me coffee. If I order a large, they give me a small. If I order a small, they give me a large. It's ridiculous! Maybe the staff needs more training? Maybe they need the mic on their drive thru repaired? I love DD. Repeat, I love DD. Just not this location. Wow. I had never been to such a horrible DD, but this one takes the cake! I understand it is new, heck, I was there for the first day of opening! However, the kinks should be figured out now. In moments of desperation, I visit this location. It has a convenient location which sometimes, makes it irresistible. I regret my decision every time. When ordering from the drive-thru, you have to shout your order for the barista to hear order. Every. Time. I have never had a time where they heard my full and complete order. Please fix the microphone. Furthermore, my drinks always come out covered in an amalgamation of caramel, milk and unnamed stickiness. If I am paying $4 for a drink, please at least make sure it is clean when I receive it. Also, one time, the lid on my latte had broke and unknowingly, I sipped my drink; only to have latte all over myself and brand new car. My other qualm of this location is that they burn their bagels. Every time. I know this is not New York City, but please be cognizant of the oven's temperature. I hope these kinks are smoothed, as I have mentioned, the location is great. I'm in town for the weekend and on Saturday and Sunday I visited this location. Both days, I had to wait an extended period of time for my coffee and there were no doughnuts. To their credit, they didn't charge me for my coffee on Saturday because I had to wait. Btw, I was the only one in the restaurant but the worker was very apologetic. On Sunday, the doors were still locked 15 minutes after the open and the worker made me go through the drive through. She did not have a customer friendly attitude. read more

I go to the same Dunkin daily and my drink order is typically hit or miss depending on who's preparing it. But today it was PERFECT!! Not only my drink but the other 4 drinks were mixed perfectly. It may seem trivial to you but considering the fact each of the drinks were somewhat complicated because we all have such specific taste like no liquid sugar, soy milk, 3 pumps of caramel swirl not caramel shots LOL you'd understand why it's such a big deal to us. I have gone to this Dunkin on many occasions, despite the poor service, but this morning was my last straw. After ordering two flavored iced coffees, one with espresso, the girl taking the drive thru order could not seem to grasp the concept and didn't confirm my total before I went to the window- where I learned that they had just decided to ignore the shot of espresso part. When asked to rectify it, the girl at the window kept the window open and complained about us TO OUR FACES because we were making it take too long and her timer was going up. If she had gotten the order correct in the first place, it wouldn't have been an issue. Then, after getting straws too small for our cups, I discovered they didn't put the flavoring in my drink. This isn't the first time this has happened, and again: my last straw. I called the store and asked to talk with a manager because I could not believe how rude the girl at the window was, and was merely told "he's not here." After much prodding I finally got that he would be in tomorrow, and I plan to address the issue with him. On top of the issues today, this location has a history of closing down nearly an hour earlier than they are supposed to, and a general air of laziness about the employees. read more

Dunkin Donuts is what it is. When you get good donuts they are good. The problem is that this particular DD is just not a good one. Half the time you go there, the donuts will be very stale. They often get coffee orders wrong (ex. ordering a black coffee and getting a coffee with cream and sugar). This location was better when it first started but it has gotten steadily worse. read more

Not only were they patient while myself and my fiancé figured out our order, they also said they could give us any details about anything on the menu. They're rude to my boyfriend a lot he says, but that Dunkin' is close to his job so he puts up with their attitude problems because the location is convenient. My family and I walked in and were greeted immediately by the lady at the counter. Off to the side, was a gentleman who also asked how we were doing. He was overwhelmingly happy and pleasant.
