This Dunkin is efficient. I've ordered donuts for the kids and a box of Joe as an office treat and each time they've been efficient. Not sure what people are complaining about, they're always nice and quick to get my order. Every time I come with my kids they always throw in extra munchkins and are super patient while my kids eye ball every donut. Worst Dunkin' I've ever been to. Gave me the wrong order. Explained this was not my order. They then proceeded to charge me for the other order which was way more than mine. When I asked for a refund they could not put it back on my card only cash. Gave me a random amount of money back not including any change that I paid. After leaving paying way more than I should have I check my food and my order was wrong. Will never return again. Do not come here unless you want a mystery box for a meal. read more

Yikes. I went through the drive thru to grab a few munchkins for my son. While waiting I was enticed by the advertisement for the new mint brownie donut that they were highlighting. Chocolate filling, cookie crumbles on the top and some minty flavoring...how could you go wrong? Well, it sort of did. I'm pretty sure that this donut was stale and maybe sitting around for a few days. It had a hard outside. The flavor was good, but it would have been great if it wasn't stale. The munchkins were what they always are...prepackaged in a drink cup. No surprises here. I should probably just stop going to Dunkin' Donuts because there are plenty of other places in town to get fresh donuts...but I keep getting gift card from my students at my job. Such rude, unfriendly employees. Drive thru line is fast. However you'll never get a thank you. A smile? Forget about it. When I'm have my order, I'm the one saying thanks; no response at all from employee. This has consistently been the case over 4 years, so no rushing to judgment on my part. I ordered a frozen cappuccino I went up to the window they gave me an ice coffee I told him that I wanted a frozen cappuccino all he did was take it to the back and pretty much put more ice. I drove away and called them and he keeps telling me I'm wrong and that I didn't order a frozen cappuccino that I said iced. Basically telling me that I'm wrong. not ever going back to that place horrible service. They always mess up my order when I get it delivered. Let me start off by saying I drink coffee EVERYDAY. And regardless of what flavor, I order it the SAME way. Today I decided to purchase from this location since it was a little closer to my designation (typically I always go to Starbucks or if it's Dunkin it is the location down the street off of Hamilton they are WONDERFUL). Anyways, I ordered my usual large pumpkin iced coffee no sugar just cream. I received my order (which looked very light) so I proceeded to pull over to taste. It was HORRIBLE. Overloaded on sugar, cream, and flavor. Idk about you guys but I'm paying for COFFEE not the additives. So I proceeded back through the drive through requested my order to be fixed. I get to the window and it seems to have a little more color this time so I put my faith that the adjusted it accordingly. I take my first sip a few minutes away... again HORRIBLE. Minimum coffee snd this time overloaded on pumpkin. I'm sure I'm not the first customer with this horrible experience. But word of advice to this location, your biggest competition is down the street, two at that. And you sure have lost my service! read more

Let me first start off by saying, "the world is full of excuses"... With that being said, I frequent this Dunkin Donuts daily because I work very close. Apparently this Dunkin Donuts has a problem understanding extra, extra cream or very light cream only. I drink one cup of coffee a day, but some reason they feel I owe them and I'm the customer. I will never give them my business anymore due to the fact that they can never get my order right. It can be very frustrating. My family had a coffee establishment for many, many years. We never had this many orders wrong for one person. 6/25/16 - Heading into work to stop for my favorite coffee and ordered it like I always do. I get to work ready to enjoy my first of anything this morning...and to my surprise it tastes like a cup of sugar was in this coffee. I NEVER order sugar in my coffee. This is the second time they do this to me on a Saturday morning. I work just as hard as they do and I DO NOT have money to waste like this, not like its cheap. So, I went back and complained about the coffee and asked for another one and the one guy says these things sometimes happen. Seriously I understand things happen, but they happen most of the time. Horrible way to treat a good customer. I take what I thought was the right coffee and come back to work, and to my surprise this is the same cup I brought back to him. It still tastes like it has a cup of sugar, and definitely not what I ordered or paid for. This is so disappointing, its like someone pissing literally in your coffee. Thank you Dunkin Donuts in 6366 Hamilton Boulevard, Trexlertown, PA for ruining my one thing I look forward to in my morning. Thank God I'm not diabetic. They need to listen and do their job. The lines here are crazy every am you would think they would have more than three people working such a busy location. Coffee is normally wrong and they need to make it a second time. If it wasn't the only one next to my job down here I would go to another location. read more

Don't order the jelly donuts if you expect more than 1/2 a teaspoon of jelly. That is what I got in each one. Other types of donuts were fine. Sorry jelly donuts with a speck of jelly just doesn't cut it. read more
