Two Words: Snackin' Bacon. I use this dunkin's drive through a lot, since they're on the way to most places. I've never had an order botched. They're very friendly when you chat with them and I always leave a tip. read more

I have never experienced such terrible service in my entire life. I came to this Dunkin for an iced chia with cookie butter cold foam, and I asked for the cold foam on it when I received a drink because I didn't see it on there and she gave me the worst attitude ever she said that I have to order it and it doesn't just automatically come on it and I tried to explain to her that I did order it, and I have the receipt to show that I ordered it and she just shut the window on me I don't know who hired this person, but you guys are definitely going to be losing some customers over her attitude read more

Title: Charged Extra for No Ice? Double-Charged for One Drink? Unacceptable. I visited this Dunkin' before April 1st, 2025--and no, sadly, this isn't some twisted April Fools' prank. I was charged extra for requesting no ice in my drink, and then charged twice for the same drink. When I politely asked the staff, they explained that the general manager, Kim, has a policy of charging employees for water and ice. Let me repeat that--employees must pay to stay hydrated while working. That's not just petty--it's inhumane. The staff were incredibly kind and professional, which makes it even more disturbing to hear they're being treated like this. These kinds of policies don't just show poor leadership--they border on discriminatory, especially for individuals with health conditions or disabilities. This Dunkin' in Tarpon Springs, a corporate location, is being reported to the Department of Labor and other regulatory agencies for unfair labor practices and possible ADA violations. To the owner of this franchise: You will be receiving a certified letter in the mail and should prepare for a proper investigation. I strongly urge you to educate your general manager, Ms. Kim, on U.S. Labor Laws and disability accommodations. Ms. Kim--shame on you. This is not how a national brand should be represented. Your behaviour creates a hostile work environment, and it will be brought to light. Fix it. Or face it. read more

Management is the worst they bought new kiosks that everyone MUST USE or you will get yelled at by Iris that you must do their job and place your order yourself if you are using a card I got a thousand dollars says sales for this month alone from me not spending so much there will definitely be down as I was not hired at Dunkin to be a cashier and take orders so I'm NOT using their POS Kiosk Management don't care if you drive to the US 19 store so you don't have you use their Junk they would much rather loose the sale then take your order read more

This is my go-to place for coffee and a donut when I am out running errands. Staff is polite, coffee is always great (black, no sugar), and the donuts are fresh. Don't know what all of the complaining is about on this site. I seriously dig this place. read more

Store is clean. Arrows on the floor direct customers around the store. Social distancing is encouraged. Masks are worn by the staff, who are quick, friendly and efficient. This is my 3rd visit this year, and each time was good. I used drive through first two times. This time, I walked in. Masks are for sale at the counter, by the way, if you need one. Sign on the door requests customers to be masked. I like this store and its staff! I especially enjoyed today's visit: free birthday drink for Husband. Love the perks! read more

Incredibly rude and nasty staff. Staff looks young, under 20, so their behavior seemed normal. But the manager, wide short lady, seemed to be flirting with her young staff and making fun of customers in their drive thru while I was in the store. I used their restroom and while I was walking to their restroom, I could hear the manager giggling and making side comments about me, probably trying to impress her young coworkers who probably just want a raise. Very very weird woman... but all in all. Staff acts as if they're all still in highschool. Maybe they were losers in highschool so they're making up for it now, working at Dunkin' Donuts acting like mean girls at 20-45 years old. Manager way too old to be acting like that... embarrassing. Wouldn't recommend unless you want to be belittled by such horrid looking people haha. Id recommend the dunkin by winndixie. read more

Came here with my 2 kids, my toddler was screaming for a pink donut my teenager didn't know what he wanted, I had no idea how to order a coffee (I don't usually get coffee outside my home) Selena was so sweet & patient. I asked for prices for everything and she helped me order & created a perfect coffee order for me. She wasn't rude or rushing me, and answered all my questions. Great customer service read more

The employees here openly spoke down about a customer earlier today, sweet old lady talking about her 70th birthday, stating "i don't know what's wrong with that lady she is so weird" As i went to order i asked for FOUR donuts and a ice vanilla latte, she proceeds to give me only 2 donuts, and then walks away then comes back and asks if i asked for a drink, i said yes and she gave me some gross a** drink, glad this isn't my local dunkin, and let's not forget the cashier was practically mumbling under his breath, if you're going to work just to work and not serve your customers with proper attitude you might as well quit so you don't make a buisness look bad. read more

over 10 bucks for a coffee a sausage egg and cheese bagel and a hash brown? your food isn't that good to be over 10 bucks, you just lost a 7 day a week customer because you are greedy. bagel taste like cardboard, egg taste freezer burned and the hash test like garbage. not to mention you have 2 dudes that wear nail polish to work. one has glitter blue and the other guy has his all different colors. fast food has gotten too expensive and y'all are going to price yourself out of business. read more

I wish I could give zero stars. Hopefully management reads this. Your morning crew at 830 is SLOW AND LAZY Marge needs to be FIRED she is slow, rude and should not be in front of customers. I come as often as I can to get my 2 year old and his friends at the babysitter munchkins well this morning because she was literally slower than molasses, didn't take my order, was walking around like she had no idea where she even was, you were sold out because your drive through crew was actually doing their job. Customers who come into the store are COMPLETELY IGNORED. I have NEVER SEEN A WORSE RUN fast food place much less a dunkin. I will contact corporate as well something needs to be done customers who come into the store are just as important and if you're busy HIRE WORKERS WHO TAKE INITIATIVE AND HAVE SOME SENSE OF URGENCY!!!! My 2 year old cried the entire way due to Marge's lack of attention, customer service and sense of urgency!!! Just wanted to also add this is not my first dealing with MARGE, she needs to be fired! read more

Went inside late Saturday a.m. April 3rd (no line inside - drive thru typical number of cars waiting). Let's just say the employees hate their jobs, hate each other more, and hate the customers even more than they hate each other. While waiting for my food, the crew didn't hold back on their feelings in the least. They were f-bombing on the phone to an apparent employee calling in late, they called a girl that picked up her food via on-line ordering "tall skinny bitch" - and then announced they were out of f-ing wraps. There was a family eating the dining area, which got up and left. When my small food order was finally slapped on the counter - I didn't feel comfortable eating it. I left silently, dumped my food and will not be going back for a while in hopes the crew is replaced. read more

Awful customer service & burnt bagel sandwich! The woman who made my burnt sandwich was busy cracking up with another employee & once she gave me my bag of food she just kept laughing and looking at him. Never smiled at me, said "bye, have a great day" or ANYTHING. She just laughed with her friend and handed me the bag and closed the window. Very bizarre and unfriendly. I will not return and encourage others to stay away. read more

Accurate and friendly service is a must, and DD falls short in this category at most locations, but not here. The staff here always has a smile in their voice and on their face. Also, with the handful of times I've visited this spot, I've always received an accurate and fresh order. 11 PM at night and the Boston creams are never stale. Soft and fresh as if they were just made. read more

Dunkin' - a woman walking down a sidewalk at night - Donuts Near Me - Tarpon Springs, Florida

I had a terrible experience at my local Dunkin Donuts. And the sad part is that today was NOT the first time! To start, today, I was ordering my order and the cashier was not very friendly. I asked for a vanilla iced coffee. Of course they were out of vanilla, they always are. The cashier kept interrupting me, almost trying to "guess" what I wanted to order. Would not just listen to what I wanted! Next, when she told me my items were going to be at the other counter, I waited for about 10 minutes. The crew members realized I had been waiting still and asked, "what are you waiting for". When I told them my sandwich and hashbrowns, they started talking amongst themselves and told me they had given my food to the wrong person in the drive through. Then proceeded to LAUGH and JOKE about it! NOT FUNNY! Then the lady asked me what I was waiting for I told her a ham, egg, and cheese croissant and hashbrowns, she said "bacon egg and cheese?" I said no, ham egg and cheese. Then they kept laughing and talking amongst each other. Finally I received my food. When I got to work, guess what I had. BACON, egg, and cheese! And to top it off, my hashbrowns were hard as could be. Over cooked. I had a terrible experience and I will not be returning to my local Dunkin. This isn't the first problem I have had here... it was just the icing on the cake. I am so over the RUDE employees! They don't care about the customers! Plus they are always out of large straws in the holders and there is always a mess on the floors. I have had my drink thrown on the counter toward my direction, and landed on it's side at this same location because the employee had an attitude. It did not spill (thank GOD). But that is not the point. This Dunkin IS THE WORST! read more

Not a special day here. Usually it's great. Asked for coffee extra cream. Got what we call regular coffee. Oh well. Then watched the server handle the doorknobs. Handles register Scanner Paper bags. All with one pair of gloves on. And when he got out donuts. Did NOT use paper to get them. Kept on the same plastic gloves very unsanitary and actually gross. Not the usual service here read more

I am a huge Dunkin' fan but this one always messes up my food every time I go. I kept going because of the employee star makes my coffee perfect. The food is NEVER right. I called today to tell them they charged cream cheese and didn't put it on the bagel her response was "you can pull around and we will give you a side of cream cheese" I'm no longer in that area and didn't notice until I got to church that there was no cream cheese. Once I told her she said "oh uh I'm sorry about that" then the line was silent then nothing! It's worth the drive to just go to the alt 19 location WAY BETTER!!! great customer service with kind and helpful employees. read more
