the dunkin donuts here is terrible and cheap. i would order my normal order twice a week, and add two large plastic cups of water with ice- which is FREE- it's tap water, and ice comes with every cold beverage. my first two times it was free, and then the second week they knew my face and order because they would see me and automatically get my water cups
ready - they started to charge me 10cents which was fine. After another week or two, they charged me 30cents per cup, and i said something and the manager in the dunkin said "oh plastic price has gone up for us we we have to charge more now" which this is clearly not the case or all plastic cups everywhere would increase in price, and if that happens all stores put a sign up saying "due to the increase in *item* our prices have increased, effective *date*" they were just pulling this out of thin air because they were being cheap, but i didn't mind it terribly at this point. another two weeks it became 60 cents per cup which is a little ridiculous now, and just today they tried to charge me $1.20 PER a plastic cup with ice and tap water FROM THE fountain. what? are they gonna charge me 2$,3$,10$ next?!? they are SO cheap. i don't mind paying 10/30 cents but to keep increasing the price for a plastic cup- 100-120% is disgusting -which the price of plastic cups in the past 2 months has not increased that dramatically. everywhere else it's either free or 10cents and it's a flat charge, no matter how often i go, i prefer water with ice than a cold bottle from the store, and because of this i was being charged ridiculously for it, they are so beyond cheap and disgusting to do that water, ice and a cup which is 90% free. i will never come here again,i was a regular customer twice a week for months. they're so cheap. don't go here. if i could give it 0 stars for their service i would. read more
