Before I could even get to the speaker, the lady was just yelling "GOODMORNING" over and over again and I had to tell her to wait so I could get to the speaker. Once at the speaker, she REPEATEDLY interrupted me after everything I said to ask if there was anything else and if I was done. Didn't let me speak at all. Edit: they gave me only one bagel bite instead of the 2 it's supposed to come with. Place is a mess read more

First Dunkin' review for me, now having visited over a dozen times over the past 6 months. I think it's been unfairly maligned! Fastest and kindest drive-through service I've had. Really consistently solid cold brew, something not all spots achieve. Ample parking. Bravo to management, as keeping all these components running smoothly is rarely achieved in 2025. read more

This is best Dunkin I have ever been too in my life. The drive through is so fast that my roommate and I have had conversations thinking about how it's even possible for them to get people through so quickly. Go to this Dunkin you won't regret it read more

Fast service! I ordered a walk in pick up through my app as I was walking over and the order was all set for pick up when I got there! Another time through drive thru, they nicely went through the munchkin flavors. Appreciate the service! read more

Stay away, the drive thru of this place is in the habit of short changing $1, in one month I have been shorted 3 times by $1 each after giving a $10 or $20 bill. Use exact amount or count your change. Thieves read more

Fastest Dunkin ever. Line of at least 15 cars, took me a total of maybe 3 minutes to get my coffee and get out.

Got delivery from Dunkin' and it was a great experience. I ordered the night before through yelp so that I didn't have to think about it in the morning. The delivery was early and exactly as I had ordered it. Thanks for making it easy for an out of towner friends! read more

Dunkin' - Love the dunkin delivery while on vacation. So easy to use! Just need a piece of fruit to feel better about myself - Donuts Near Me - South Boston, Massachusetts

Hi I'm wondering if I can get ahold of John jr. I'm sure you know my quest. I can just never get ahold of you . I know your busy and I don't know where your office is . If you could email me iamkerrid@icloud.com . Thank you Happy new year read more

Great Dunks! The staff is awesome - the line moves SO fast. I can be the 20th car in line and am on my way with a coffee within minutes! The drive through line always has a smile and friendly greeting. read more

Worst DD in Boston. I went there is morning to order my usual iced coffee and I'm a regular DD drinker so I have my cup that I bring and have it filled. (If you buy one of their cups the refills are only $1.50) Well the lady at the counter rings it up wrong, I ask her to correct the price, she makes a scene and lowers the price but still has it wrong. I am needing to go so I don't say anything but she then starts making rude remarks about it. I won't be returning. read more

Puts cream in the coffee instead of milk. Told us it's jelly in the special donut, when it was cream. Get your ish together.

This is the fastest Dunkin Donuts drive-thru in the world. The afternoon staff seems to be a bit slower-moving than the morning staff, but even then they're just as good as any other DD. And the morning staff. They are amazing. Line of 10+ cars in the drive-thru? You'll have your coffee within 4 minutes, guaranteed. I was skeptical my first time, too. Try it; you won't be disappointed! They also have a small parking lot, which is a rarity for local DDs! read more

This is my first and last time I'll stop at this location. The drive through employee sounded as if taking my order was a huge inconvenience for her. "Anything else? Anything else? Drive around!" was her reply. My medium vanilla chai wasn't filled all the way. If you're not satisfied with a career in the food and beverage industry, then don't take it out on the customers. There's days it seems like they do everything perfect but there's days they seem to get it all wrong. Just this morning, I asked for a sausage and cheese on an everything bagel and they gave me a sesame bagel. My husband numerous times has been asked if he wants whip cream on his frozen coffee and they don't do it (same goes for when he asks for it). I've been given the wrong coffee, and sometimes they just don't put the amount of cream and sugar I ask for. Sometimes I ask for a bagel with cream cheese and they just stick the cream cheese right through the bagel hole or days they just put very little cream cheese. Makes me wonder, if their just busy, or if their just too lazy to give it some effort. And unfortunately there's days I can see them just playing around through the drive thru window, like the other night they had music playing and were dancing around. I don't hate this Dunkin' Donuts, but I wish they would put more effort into what they give others. And plus, their the only drive thru Dunkin's around here in South Boston, they should go all out! read more

Gets my order wrong every single time I don't know how. Even when I order on the mobile app they somehow manage to mess up my order. Earlier I ordered on the mobile app 2 ham egg and cheese I got only one with ham and I had a donut they didn't even add the donut. I used the drive thru and was in a hurry so I was gone by the time I noticed. read more

COUNT YOUR CHANGE at the Drive-thru - the new girl at the window, Delena, has been skimming money off the top from me consistently for 2 weeks now. It's deliberate. I called her out on it and she is still skimming (but not as much). Joke's on her though - I normally tip $1. She's only skimming 5-20 cents from me daily. Still though...it's a high volume Dunks -so she's probably making a good chunk of money when she closes out at the end of day! She should be fired immediately! read more

I gave a woman at the drive-up window a $20 bill and she gave me change for a $10 and refused to correct it. I'm positive it was a $20 and wonder if others have been victim to that scam. They seem to have a hard time hearing orders through the drive-through microphone. Aside from that, the coffee is good - assuming they got the order right. read more

The finest Dunks Drive Thru in Boston as far as I'm concerned. The food and drinks come out incredibly fast and are accurate every time. I tell my friends about this Dunks and I'm not afraid to do it because the line is always moving. Five stars. read more

Worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been in. Second time we've been in there and had an issue with the same girl and her nasty attitude not only has she been disrespectful to my husband once before she has done it again tonight to both of us. . We avoided going in there for a bit hoping she'd change her attitude but she's the same. Nothing but attitude and rude remarks. Not very good customer service at all not sure who does the hiring but you should probably do a better job before she runs your night time customers and regulars out the door she should not be a shift leader let alone someone working with customers with the rude remarks. I will be filing a complaint sick of being disrespected.listening to her tell my husband he should be lucky she didn't spit in his coffee is just degrading and disgusting. She has no morals or respect at all for your customers. read more

I don't often stop here because of the line that accumulates, but I have to say that this is the fastest moving drive through I've ever experienced and the line moves super fast. They never screw up my order when I do go and the food is always hot, unlike some other Dunkins that take 5 minutes to cook a wake up wrap and somehow it's still cold in the middle and sloppily put together... (ahem River Road Dunkin in Andover). read more

I went here yesterday afternoon to get a coffee. The line was long but moved fast. The young girl at the window was rude. Just told me my total and gave me my coffee. I said thank you and had asked for some napkins and she had her head down at the register not even acknowledging me. I just drove away. I never seen this girl in the afternoon before. They are always super nice and friendly in the afternoon. I won't be coming back if this is the service I will be getting now. read more

I hit this Dunkin every morning on my way to work. Yes, it causes some traffic trying to get to the drive-thru, but the staff keeps that line moving and they never screw up an order. Tip to other drivers: Keep it tight in the drive-thru lane. There are cars waiting behind you and sometimes get caught in the middle of the road and block traffic. That's no good for anyone. read more

I'm a huge fan of dunkins and this one in particular. I knew this was a good dunkins with fast service and accurate orders but after moving and trying a couple other dunks I had to write a review. Whoever manages this dunkins does a tremendous job as I've been going to a couple different ones since moving and have had some issues with orders. Dunks on old colony never messed up my order in 3 years and the drive-thru and always fast. Hats off to this dunks I will miss you. read more

Woah. The fastest fast food I've ever had. And the quality isn't sacrificed. Amazing service. Even if I see a line, I'm there because I know I'll be at the window in under a minute! Something magical going on in the kitchen at this Dunks locale. read more

Seriously? There is only one review of this Dunkin Donuts and it's bad? This is probably the best one in Southie... I've been to a million drive thrus and this is the fastest one. If that makes me lazy so be it. The coffee is always good here and they are really fast read more

It is the worst DD in history. I have complained to cocky Managers about the burnt coffee they give through the drive thru. And today I was in a rush and said well they did the building over lets see how it is. FORGET IT!!! I asked for a raisan bagel & they burnt it (shame on me 4 not checking it) and they gave me reduced fat cream cheese instead of regular. EVERY SINGLE TIME PLEASE GET NEW STAFF!! read more

I ordered a ham egg cheese croissant the 1st one was burnt i sent it back after the manager who barely spoke english gives me an attitude the 2nd one wasnt cooked. Wtf! Will NEVER GO BACK POS read more

I love Dunkin Donuts, if I had to choose between Starbucks or Dunkin' I would choose Dunkin'. This review is specifically for this Dunkin Donuts. They make the worst, most watery hot chocolate in the world. :(( Usually the hot chocolate is rich, but not here. I was coming here for a good 6 months before I switched to another one farther away because of this. I would come back every once in a while because of how close it is to my work and home and be disappointed once again. Every once in a while this happens in a Dunkin Donuts and I usually ask for them to remake it. This time and from now on I'm just going to walk away to a Dunkin Donuts that knows how to make hot chocolate. Shout out to the Dunkin's next to Andrew station and "the Pear" in Dorchester and all the ones along West Broadway in Southie. You still make good hot chocolate! P.s. Drive thru in the morning is brutal at this Dunkin due to it being on a busy street. Better off somewhere else. read more

the drive thru service @ this DD is appalling! the rude lady got our order wrong three times and was more lackadaisical and unprofessional than the sad looking team at boston market on morrissey blvd. after asking for the correct drink order for the fourth time, ms. rude pants took my iced tea out of view and returned with it saying, "enjoy your tea" with a tone and a cackle that convinced me she spit in it or something equivalent. while i like DD, i will never visit this franchise of poorly trained staff with attitudes again. drinker beware!! read more
