I've been here 3 times this week because of iced coffee promos in the app that sucked me in. The iced coffee is great, the staff are super nice, and it's been very efficient. The parking lot is a mess at certain times because the drive through can back up onto Golf road, but even then the customers in line were being surprisingly nice and left a hole for me to be able to back out of. I haven't tried any of the food because there's not much I can eat as a strict vegetarian/mostly vegan, but the coffee is A+ read more

The new location is very nice, clean and spacious. They have several workers so if you are in a rush before work, your order comes out fairly quickly. The staff always gave smiles on their faces. I like the wide variety of drinks they offer especially their new zero sugar drinks. A few of my favorite things to order a the loaded hash browns(yum!) and the egg bites. They have a good five dollar meal deal, but if you want à la cart items, it's a bit expensive. read more

Okay, once again, I don't understand the bad reviews for this place, but I'm pretty sure it has something to do with some drama at the drive thru ;-) After running errands today with my hubby, we received a call from our kids at home requesting a donut run. We happened to remember this particular location, and it was so convenient and on the way home. We did not go through the drive thru and received the friendliest service from the employee behind the plexi wearing a mask. Everything was clean inside, and the donuts were fresh. I dont go to Dunkin' as often as some (one a week) and they are always consistently nice and quick. Their mocha coffee i swear is the same every time; which unfortunately is not consistent at other locations. I also really enjoy their refreshers (peach in particular). I was out with my girls, and we stopped at Dunkin to get Icecream. As we were waiting, and no one else in line, 6 employees standing around. Finally, when we got cones and sat, and my girls were talking... I overheard the shift manager (probably about 21 years old) asking others to take a chore. Clearly he was training a new blonde lady and taking orders, while the rest were a mess. No less than three times I heard the employees say, "No I'm not doing that." He asked someone to mop behind counters. "No." He asked someone to mop even outside as people enter. The employee said they'd "do inside but someone else would have to do outside because they weren't going to do it." And a third request, ignored and all I heard was "no." As a customer, and also as someone who has worked her ass off from ground zero to the top... $4.25 as a bagger, to $90k+ in my career, you don't ever tell your boss or direct supervisor that you're unwilling to do the work. If the floor needs to be cleaned, then you better Fing clean it. It's what you are paid to do, and what every business requires, especially in the food industry. I have gone to this location at least 10 times and I have yet to find a table that's without crumbs and smears on it. It's gross. 5/7/19 Much improved. They wiped tables. The music is calming. Clearly employees were doing chores 2/17/19 No hot fudge for a Sundae. This is the second time. Tables are cleaner though. read more

The drive thru is miserable. The order taker does not record orders correctly so if you keep to ordering items without changing them, they may come out reasonably proper. First visit was a week ago. None of the coffees came out as ordered and for some odd reason they couldn't understand or figure out which donut we were requesting. A yard sign next to the drive-thru depicted a powdered dulce de leche donut. Now, I am familiar with the term and its meaning. If their employees aren't, maybe the person that put the sign out there could show it to their staff and let them try the damn thing so that they remember it is an option. After the promotion ends, maybe remove the sign. That should help clear confusion. I hit their drive thru a second time a few days later. They are consistent at confusing orders. This time around I ordered without special instructions so my order was fine. But my car companions were bit****g. Also has anyone ever noticed how cold brew at DD's is not true cold brew? FFS. This is true at almost every location. Even when ordering a cold brew with sweet cream. The only component that is sweet is supposed to be the cream. BUT, employees often pump artificial sweeteners and add cream as if making their regular coffees. read more

2/3 of my small iced matcha latte was ice! This is unacceptable. Also the week before I ordered from the Dunkin' Donuts ap and they said they never got the order. I showed the woman at the window that my account was charged and she said I must have ordered from a different store. I went on to show her the receipt with the address of this location and after continuing to argue one of the other employees said they saw my order. Only reason they're not getting a 1 is the donuts we did get were fresh & good. 1st the woman trying to take my order doesn't understand & or speak English very good or even adequately. Sunday 22end at 4:40 pm.The place is extremely dirty; and I asked many times to clean it so I can sit and have my coffee and donut. I was ignored. Finally one of them cleaned very little and while I was asking, this lady was laughing all the time and asked me to ignore and look for another seat. This is a relatively new addition to Skokie commerce and I'm afraid if they don't clean up their act, it will soon be gone. Today, I went with a friend for coffee and a snack. Being that it was National Donut Day, may have contributed to the dirt and filth at the empty tables and on the floor since it was fairly crowded but there should have been an employee coming around to clean......but no. Usually don't go to this location even though it's very near my place. Ordered online for 2 large ice coffee and 1 large ice tea for drive thru, and the woman doesn't even put the drinks on a holder. I ask for one and she uses a single holder to put 3 large drinks and as she hands it to me, the holder bends dropping all 3 drinks into my car and into my lap. Doesn't even offer an apology. Training is a serious issue at this Dunkin. My (simple) order has been incorrect numerous times and to make matters worse, you get attitude on top of it all if and when the beverage is incorrect. If the place is busy? Forget about it. Bagels and/or croissants are a total mess, under cooked and rushed. This morning was my very last attempt at this location. The only thing this Dunkin delivers over the other local locations is their convenient drive thru. If you don't mind sacrificing service, common sense and courtesy than I would most definitely recommend this Dunkin. This location is by far the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. I usually ask for my egg sandwich to be double toasted and every time I have asked for that, they don't even toast it. My brother has gone a couple times and the same issue. I asked for the ice cream flavor of the month and their response was "we don't have that" I then asked for a sundae and the response was "we don't have that either" after that I asked for a donut and they didn't have that either. I just went over for a half dozen donuts and they didn't have any of the donuts requested. I asked for an iced pumpkin mocha and only got a pumpkin coffee. Terrible customer service. This Dunkin' Donuts has over charged me on so many occasions. Usually I'm in a hurry and I don't notice this until I've already reached my destination. This morning I realized that the price on my receipt did not honor the price on multiple signs. So I said something to the woman that was working there and she said "oh no, that's not the price anymore, they're about to change the sign." I suggested that they need to honor the price because it's what the sign says, and she could have let me know of the price change when I was ordering but she did not. And she did not honor the posted price. This is at least the fifth time something like this has happened to me personally. I refuse to give them business anymore.
