One of my favorite places to get a drink and a breakfast sandwich. A little on the pricier side of you ask me. The croissant sandwiches are my fav. Iced matcha latte with blueberry shots and liquid sugar are my go to everytime. Nothing ever changes ahah. read more

Yes I was just at the same Mary's Dunkin donuts and whether she's a manager or assistant manager she was a royal unfriendly person and I would use a different word for her but I have respect her name though was Charlie I believe she bluntly said to me and she's literally telling me how to do something and then telling me if I want it done I am too leave the premises go back onto the highway and come back through the line again if I want them to put it through the oven again. Are you for real right now. Never in my life have I ever when I worked at a Dunkin and I worked at Duncan's for over 20 years ever treated a customer that way or allowed an employee to talk to a customer in my store that I ran that is insane it's not right.what I should have did is when I went back around in line again I should have told her I wanted my damn money back but because I respect the owners of Dunkin but technically I should have just stayed at the window and not left the premises and went around but I love how she was being nasty telling me what to do and then she says don't argue with her I'm not arguing with her I know how an oven at Dunkin works I just asked nicely if they can run it through the oven twice and she didn't even do that the first time she gave it to me and it was cold so I asked for it to go back in the only thing that was hot were the egg sandwiches no wonder why they can't keep employees at that store and you always see job offers out there well that is one time I am done all it takes is one time for me to not go back to a Dunkin and from here on in they will get nothing but crappy reviews from me because they suck and I've never complained about anything and I've gotten wrong stuff there before I've gotten horrible drinks I've got in wrong people's orders and you know what I never got it treated the way I got treated today and that's what it takes for me to say screw you I'm done I'm calling corporate she should not be working in a food service place that deals with customers everyday if she's going to be a grouch or disrespectful employee and you know what then keeping her working for them makes them look bad because she's making them look bad and they're allowing it that's the sad part so I will continue to drive out of my way to Clearfield or to dubois store if I want anything again. But I will tell you if I am ever told to leave the line and go on to off the premises and on to the highway and back on the premises again. What she should have done was respectful asked me to either move up or if I could pull over and they would run it out to me I understand they have times that they have to get people through duh I work there I know and I don't think this girl believe me when I said I'm texting the district manager there's a reason I keep phone numbers and I've never once complained to this man about an employee until today and I texted him at 6:30 this morning and you better believe I am calling corporate at 9:00 a.m. because that girl will not be working there much longer I don't care and if they have her working there I'll keep calling corporate because someone like her should not be working there she needs to be more apologetic and listen when you are at the drive-thru and you make your order and you tell them you want it burnt so that means burn it obviously if you're saying you want it extremely well done you're going to take the order the way they give it to you especially when you order it four times out of the week at the same store to be honest I want my money back for my entire order and I don't want an apology from her because why I get an apology from somebody who wouldn't mean it in the first place she should not have been rude and disrespectful like she was. So don't apologize because your boss tells you to you should have never have acted that way in the first place. Maybe you need to send her to hospitality School. All my years never came across unemployed this rude ever. Good luck to everybody who goes there I'm sure she'll have people try to give nice reviews about her to make her look good but there's nothing good about that girl and she showed her colors today and talking to some people I'm not the only one that she has been rude to I'm told she's like this all the time so yeah I'm calling corporate. I rate this zero Stars but it's making me give some star but I don't even give it the star I have to give it. Oh and by the way to her when you said putting it back in the oven doesn't burn it sweetheart I think you need to try it again because when you gave it to me after putting it through the oven twice like I asked you to it made it well done so I think you need to go back through training. So if you would have listened to what I said when I placed my order and ran it through the other two times instead of making excuses it would have came out proper and there wouldn't have been an issue but instead you had to act like a child who didn't get a toy at the store and this is the outcome read more

I want to enjoy breakfast here. Asking for lightly toasted doesn't appear to work. Guess it's time to find a new place for a breakfast sandwich. No excuse for giving out a muffin that's so hard, I can't take a bite and have to throw it away. Too expensive and now I have to waste it. Why can't they toast it without burning it? The turkey sausage and egg taste good, cheese is melted on the brick yh er u call an English Muffin. read more

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I ordered a large pumpkin spice latte and received a medium. I asked for them to fix it and they told me to pull up to the door. When I recieved my "large" latte. It was really light. Come to find out they just poured the medium in the large cup and filled it with cool whip. Which is really shitty since Im lactose intolerant which is why I ordered it with oat milk. So I paid 6 bucks for a medium poured into a large cup that I couldn't even drink. Thanks for the bloat read more
