I would not recommend this place because of its poor customer service. They could have had a very regular customer in me if they would have thought outside the box a little. I asked for extra sweet seasoning on the snackin bacon that they sell and I even offered to pay $.50 for it. Now I know this can be done because the Dunkin Donuts in Tracey and Parkville both do it but this store could not wrap their brains around the concept. Needless to say, I will not be back and I will not recommend this store to anyone. So I ordered a frozen hot chocolate, and what I got wasn't that I've gotten the same thing at a Dunkin' Donuts in Topeka I ordered the same and it looked completely and tasted completely different than the one in Saint Joseph. The Topeka one actually tasted like a frozen got chocolate. The one from Saint Joseph looked and tasted like they blended all the ingredients together and threw it in the cup I mean it it had no distinct taste just like if everything was blended together and was bland. Very frustrating to go through the line and then find out that they're not serving their sandwiches. I realize their main product are donuts and drinks but when I spend 25 minutes to get a bacon egg and cheese English muffin and they don't apologize they just let me know their station is being cleaned at 8:30 in the morning it is very unnerving. The selections are typically good but the donuts...not always so fresh. Picked up some mediocre ones tonight. They sure looked good! But they had the typical taste of day old donuts. I am very disappointed with my Dunkin visit today. We ordered an Americano and a frozen chocolate and three kolaches. The drinks were fine. Kolaches brunt the fist time around because the they were gossiping. I spent almost 20 minutes in the drive thru that wasn't busy at 4:30 am. I was trying it out for my new breakfast work ritual. But I think this is a never again situation because talking about nonsense is more important than the customer that is contributing to some of they're paychecks. Also to point out they redone the kolaches and they were still burnt. I had to spend more money to get something different and I was also late for work. I go take a coffee from this place every night, and I like their coffee, it is affordable and taste ok. But i have a little complaint over some staff's training. I understand that they take 10s or 100s of orders every day, that's what they choose to do, they rather do it with a smile on the face and a welcoming phrases instead of "give me a sec" " go ahead" etc... And what got me these last couple of days is the person who took my order and grabbed the led with his thumb out and rest of his fingers inside the led!!! This happened few times. I don't know if he is doing it in purpose or it is due to lack of training. I'm not trying to cause anybody to lose their job other than to have a good service for the few minutes that I'm there. Absolutely the worst DD.Every time I come here I vow it will be the last time. From completely wrong orders ... why would a diabetic want sugar in their coffee unless they were having a drop ?! Why does it take 15 minutes to go through the drive through whether there is 20 cars or 2? Why is everyone so slow .... I like Dunkin Doughnuts for their variety and clean comfortable store. What I Dont like is I normally go in the early afternoon and the doughnuts are always very stale. They keep the uncovered on the shelf all day and they get stale they need to do something to cover the doughnuts to keep them fresh. No way should they be selling stale doughnuts full price they should be pitched. They are too stale to even be given away for free. read more

We've been there a few times now, and every time I leave there I'm asking myself why do I continue coming here! And it's usually at the same time of night and weekends! We go to order through the drive thru and typically there always out of something we want! We asked if they have any maple long johns, they said they had 1 left! And asked how many would we like, well I'm guessing your last 1! They had advertised on there menu, ice cream flavored coffee! I asked if it was like a frappe! She said yes, I'll take a small! Love the St. Joe Dunkin! I have never had bad service here and I frequently visit for iced coffee! Always greeted with a friendly staff no matter if I go inside or drive-thru. I would say they have the friendliest, happiest staff of any drive-thru in town which makes it worth the wait in line on busy mornings! They even suggested a new flavor combination to re-create my all time favorite (Rocky Road) flavor that was discontinued! I work in KC and frequently go to Dunkin locations down there and never receive as good of service as I get at this one. Keep up the good work guys! read more

Taste of Dunkin's coffee is better than Starbuck's~ the Iced Macchiato is fantastic as well as customization of your Iced Coffee beverage:) the price, you just can not beat. Good place for donuts, even in the mornings! The staff is also very polite too! But there is one thing that grinds my gears about this place... the parking lot. By around 9:00am, everybody, their cat, and their moms are at Dunkin Donuts. So if you're driving and wanting to get in to order donuts, good luck doing that. The line of cars can stick out to the street. The parking isn't that great either and everything feels squeezed in. I'd like this place more if they wouldn't have chosen a poor spot and didn't have a tiny parking lot. read more

This is usually my go to stop for coffee when I'm in St. Joe but lately it doesn't come up to par, I have stopped there twice in the last week to grab an iced coffee and the first time the drink tasted off but I just took it and drank it anyway, the second time I stopped I went inside to order think that a face to face interaction would be better but the guy behind the counter asked me what I wanted and I had to repeat myself multiple times as to what I wanted and how I wanted it made, (the drink was an iced mocha latte), when I pulled my app out to pay for it he looked at me like I didn't know what I was doing but then realized and allowed me to pay for my drink. I finally got my drink after waiting and the drink doesn't even taste or look like what it should. I'm just not satisfied with the service or the quality here lately. Also, when I was trying to leave I couldn't because the lot isn't large enough at the end of the building to pull two cars around, especially when there are large trucks parked at the end.
