So I was there this morning went thur the drive thur at 6:25. I have called the store several times and the phone keeps just ringing. So I could talk to someone, but instead I'm leaving a review :) I had ask the lady if they had oat milk instead of regular milk cause I'm allergic. She said yes we do. Slowest drive thru service in Rockford! Every morning i go there is always a wait no matter if there is five cars or two cars ahead. Today, was the topping on the cherry for me! I'll never be back to that location. The manager "Bri" was rude and unprofessional. Instead of apologizing to me for the wait and asking me what drink I would like as replacement form another day that they messed up my coffee, she got an attitude and I got one back at her too. For three months, I ordered a coffee for mobile pick up in store and was able to pick it up at 6:30 am inside. On a random Monday they decided to tell me after I already paid that I could only pick it up in the drive-through. Considering I only Had an alloted amount of time because I always pick it up in store, I had to leave the drink. It would be one thing if these hours were consistent, or there was a notice of this change, but there was not. This location is absolutely disgusting...This morning I went in to grab a cup coffee and there was a customer who was just leaving who was dressed up considering it's Halloween as they left several employees behind the counter were continuing to make disgusting vulgar comments calling her a freak of nature weirdo as well as many other disgusting remarks which I will not post on here. The whole time the employees were doing this my phone was in my hand in which employees saw and just didn't seem to care and continued to make fun of the customer.aa if it was okay. So after leaving I chose to try and do the appropriate thing and call the store to speak with the manager which is when I spoke with the stores general manager Andrea whom after explaining the situation chose to argue with me on whether or not I was calling the correct store and telling me her employees would never do such a thing. They charged me $15 for an order that was not mine, I called spoke to Sierra the manager on 2/24, I was given the snobbiest attitude, her commentary was almost accusing me of wanting a refund on food I did not want, we NEVER ordered that food. She didn't apologize for THEIR error, she was just dismissive, rude. Definitely should not be managing anything but I mean given the environment I would see why she is ghetto. Nice newer Dunkin but the coffee isn't as good as what it was years ago. Disappointing because it use to be my favorite hot coffee, not so much anymore. It's still a step up from McDonald's but I can get a better cup of coffee at Mary's market. This was however convenient. I was originally going to a different place until I saw there wasn't a line. You usually go here for there coffee, bagels​ or doughnuts. I wanted to try something different since it was during my lunch so I got the chicken chiabatta sandwich which was really good by the way for a doughnut shop. It was actually a real piece of chicken that was deep fried and juicy. The price was about $4 so it did not break the bank. I would go there again for a quick fix chicken sandwich. read more

I've been going to this Dunkin Donuts location every Friday for a couple of years now. It's normally a great experience, but today, I had the worst drive-thru employee of my life. She was rude, rolled her eyes and was shaking her head as I drove to the pickup window. I explained to her that I am hearing impaired and that she should slow down while speaking into the speaker. Seems that only made her more upset. She gave the excuse of there only being two people working......sorry, that doesn't give you the right to be rude and nasty!
