Wow! This place just opened about a week ago... I was so excited to go in and check it out. Everything is new and clean. The fluorescent flags greet you in the front letting you know is the grand opening. Young girl behind the counter was not extremely knowledgeable... But she is still training. Next time I will try the drive-through and see how smoothly that runs. Only downside is that it's difficult to turn left out of this complex.

Love the extra wide drive through, super easy to navigate and get your java fix fast. I have been on a vanilla chi kick lately... yum. Staff is friendly and accurate (always a plus). One small issue, tried to get a latte around 6ish and they said the machine was down for cleaning and apparently it takes 20 minutes to clean the latte machine, I love that they are keeping things clean... but timing wasn't great. Still great drinks and service.

Mocha swirl Latte... yum!

Recently opened Dunkin Donuts location on W Henrietta Rd next to Tony Pepperoni. Very nice, clean and bright location. This location doesn't have as much of the merchandise as some others do which is fine with me. Now everyone knows Dunkin Donuts and everyone has their favorite coffee stop and this location isn't going to change you from a Starbucks lover to a Dunkin Lover. I am generally a Dunkin Lover for Espresso drinks mainly. I love their hot and cold espresso drinks. Their Dunkin perks deals/rewards make it so much more affordable than Starbucks. This month they had Medium Lattes (Iced/Hot) for $1.99 after Noon - which is awesome. Their iced coffee can often taste very watered down even if I get cream and not skim milk, but about 1/2 the time its pretty good. I love their sugar free syrups as well as the Mocha swirl. Upcoming deal is $1.29 Medium Hot/Iced coffee in the afternoon which is worth the risk of possible watered down flavor. The dark roast isn't my favorite and I can't exactly place my finger on why - I generally get decaf iced coffee and espresso drinks. I rarely get any food items from Dunkin Donuts - the sandwiches like Starbucks are just microwaved and never really appeal to me. The donuts often have minimal filling and stale type texture. I did try a Croissant donut from this location and it was same as others - tough, dry and stale texture and overpriced at $2.49. Where this Dunkin gets all the stars is their staff and ability to make a tastier drink. The staff here are always so friendly and helpful. They don't skimp on the syrup as some other locations do but when I want a specific flavor combo or less syrup my order is correct too. I feel like the staff here go out of their way to be nice and "real" people not like a machine, hating their job at the window. They must have wonderful management and I appreciate it. I drive out of the way in some cases and really mainly go to this location now. I guess I'm running on Dunkin :)

these people hand me a leaking mess of a coffee cup almost everyday.

why can't these people attach a lid without crushing the lip of the cup and coffee leaking all over me and my car? they need to go back to Styrofoam cups until they get proper training to attach a lid to a paper cup.

Genuinely so happy this is so close to me (but dangerous for my wallet, as I have to resist the urge to come here everyday). The atmosphere is lovely and there's plenty of seating. The tables and chairs are comfy and inviting, and I have never seen a single thing out of place. I challenge you to find a spec of dust. Definitely stop by here and see for yourself, and grab something tasty, too!

During this visit, I ordered a hot pistachio latte, a small iced caramel latte with cold foam, and a slice of tiramisu. The presentation was beautiful, but the food and drinks didn't quite live up to the appearance. The iced caramel latte tasted a bit watery, which has been my experience on more than one visit, and the hot pistachio latte was just okay. The biggest disappointment was the tiramisu. It was overly soaked in coffee, didn't taste very fresh, and wasn't what I expected. One thing I really appreciated was the service. The cashier was incredibly kind and accommodating. Since I'm currently pregnant and can only have decaf coffee, she made sure my order was clearly communicated to the team, which I was very grateful for. The café itself is aesthetically beautiful, although we did have to wipe down our table because there were crumbs left from the previous guests. The seating is nice, but the chairs could be more comfortable if you plan to stay for an extended period. My only other suggestion would be to improve customer engagement at the register. On a few visits, it has felt like employees finished conversations with coworkers before helping customers. Overall, I enjoy coming to Layali because the ambiance is one of the best in Rochester. While I think the coffee and desserts could be more consistent, I'd still return to enjoy the atmosphere and give more of the menu a try.

Would be a great location to hunker down with a book or journal while enjoying your drink of choice. We visited on a Saturday afternoon and it was packed. We took our drink to go. Parking was easy. There is a parking lot located conveniently behind the building. The seasonal drink choices were fun. I chose the lake breeze. I was able to remove the coconut. They were happy to do this and just let me know it might take a moment longer to make. The wait was not long at all and the drink was delicious. The dried yuzu was a nice touch. If you have the opportunity, try the breakfast focaccia -- it's delicious. The one available when we went was egg, cheese and sausage, and it was wonderfully yeasty. It's a big slice, so it's definitely shareable. The coffee drinks are inventive and really interesting flavor-wise. My only wish is that they were available in a larger 18-20 oz. size! They also have some outdoor seating in the back for warmer weather. I came in through the back this time, so I assume they have seating in the front as well. Last time I was here, the weather was cold. Parking is available on the street or in the lot in the back. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area!

When I got there, the line was out the door. The line moved pretty fast and the wait for the food wasn't too long. Even though it was very busy, they had ample seating that was decently spaced-out. They also had a lot of natural light which made for a very nice environment. The baked goods selection was amazing, and I already know that I'm going to return many times to try more. I'm especially excited to try one of their soft pretzels in the future, as there isn't really a good soft pretzel place in Rochester. They also had some pies and other local goods to buy including dog treats. This time, I got a cinnamon roll, the cinnamon bun latte, and a BLT. All were delicious!
