You'd think the third time would be a charm but not so much. I've been here twice before, but the doors were locked before their posted closing and when I attempted the drive through, they didn't have enough donuts to make a dozen. This time I visited mid day Saturday and was surprised the door was open. They did have enough donuts for a dozen, but you'd think mid day on a Saturday, there would be a better selection!! Only one section of the case had donuts in it. The icing on the cake (or donut), when I got home and opened the box there was only 11 donuts and not the dozen I paid for! I'll try the call brew coffee for the first time and it was great. They were actually out they couldn't fill my cup and I forgot to tell him no ice so they gotta be fresh coffee with no ice and it was cold. It was delicious you gave me everything I needed to go on a road trip to Lake Geneva and the cashier was very friendly and engage me in conversation and it made me feel welcome and happy that I had stopped there rather than Starbucks or any other place so thank you.!!! Went yesterday, everything was good and normal- coffee and cold brew were normal. Today I came in, ordered the same thing, and noticed the color was off (like a watered down iced tea) went in and the employees kindly apologized and told me their manager was watering down the batches of cold brew. After looking around i noticed the doughnut frosting wasn't the right color -they were all translucent. The impression i'm getting is that managers are cutting corners to recover costs, however this is making their quality suffer. I feel bad for the employees as they're the ones who will have to deal with the unhappy customers. Managers do better read more

Food - 3/10 Service - 4/10 It actually frustrates me that I felt the need to take time to make a post on here, as I would rather be enjoying my Dunkin' instead. However, after months of the same "song and dance" at this Dunkin' I can only hope this review sheds light on how unnecessarily poor the quality of food/service and attention to detail at this Dunkin' is. I love Dunkin' and love the convenience it offers... but, can someone please explain to me how this location in Rochelle, IL can have 1 customer in the DT line and still take 10 minutes to complete an order and still make things wrong and give out cold food? I will say that the service has gone up from the prior 1/10... but, this isn't rocket science... you read the order, keep a standard of food quality, and you get the customer on their way timely... also, when there is only 1 person in the store you probably shouldn't have to ask them the name for their order multiple times. Overall, this place is a corporate store with standards to uphold and as much as I like Dunkin', after today, I don't think I can keep giving this location my money. I don't expect a lot, but I do expect warm and reasonably par level quality food, and employees who can handle 1-3 customers a hour or a rush of 5 customers at a time. I went to dunkin and the lady made berry burst refreshers but my friend is severely allergic to it and refused to make the peach lychee ones because she already made those ones. They did not taste that great either and i had to pay another five dollars to get the peach one because she wouldn't make a new one. read more

Tried to order 2 different holiday lattes... they were out of both. Settled for a french vanilla coffee with cream and sugar and a donut... out of ALL donuts. Husband tries to order a different latte, was told the hot latte maker was down. Get my french vanilla coffee, and they did not add the cream and sugar. read more

If your business is open At 5 AM you should be prepared prior to that time to take your first customer at exactly 5 AM. I was in drive-through this morning and waited but there was no response. Not even I will be with you shortly. Once I pulled off that's when they decided to unlock the front doors by that time I'm already behind schedule I needed to leave. They get an alert whenever theres someone in drive-through so the professional thing to do is let your customer know that you'll be with them shortly. I even had to call them and let them know I was in drive-through waiting but there was still no response. If you don't want serve your customers at 5 AM then you probably should find another day job That starts later in the day read more

On a trip back from WI on a holiday, we swung by this DD to wake up w some hot coffee and treats for the kids. The 2 working there were pleasant even though they were working later on a holiday:) My kids said they made the best frozen hot chocolates. One of them even gave us free donuts and donut holes bc they were close to closing and were going to pitch them anyway. We wound up w a box of holes and a big bag of donuts. I had an extremely easy order - 2 wraps with ham & a ice coffee. Period, that was it. What I got was 2 BURNT wraps with BACON. Didn't open it until I was down the road expecting it to be fine. Extremely disappointed in this DD. Won't be back again. read more

When this store opened it was awesome. Since then it has severely went downhill. And I dont believe it has anything to do with covid. Coffee is terrible. The service is terrible. They are constantly out of everything. Now I can understand being out of something during this time but tell the person they are out of something when the order it and not at the window. I ordered the snackin' bacon and it was completely cold. There is zero excuses for this! If you guys are so worried about covid then your employees should wear masks. They have the on their chins. Was driving from Milwaukee to St. Louis and was looking for a quick coffee and sandwich stop off the highway. This Dunkin' fulfilled all of our morning requests. Friendly staff that greeted us immediately upon walking in, coffee was served in a quick fashion and food shortly behind! Bathrooms were clean and parking was easy, even has a drive thru if you don't want to get out of your car. Overall would recommend for a quick and easy stop right off the highway. read more

Zero customer service. I am driving a high roof cargo van and will not fit through the drive-thru. All other Dunkin' Donuts I have been to will go out of their way to be helpful and to serve me. I went two miles off the interstate just to go to Dunkin' Donuts. The workers saw me out front but wouldn't even come to the door. Horrible horrible customer service.
