Here is the complicated request I made to the person behind the counter: A hot medium-size coffee, light with half & half, no sugar. Also, 10 munchkins of assorted flavors from the four munchkin bins. That's it. First thing he does is get the munchkins. I'm watching as he takes 10 pieces from one bin and puts them in the bag. I asked him why he didn't do as requested and mix the flavors, so he went back and substituted 5 from one other bin. I decided not to pursue that any further. When he gave it to me I removed the lid and was greeted by coffee with literally a few drops of cream. I called him back over and reminded him nicely that I had asked for a light coffee with half & half. He took it back, and when he returned he gave me a cup which was about 2/3 full. I asked where is the rest of the coffee? I finally got what I ordered. I sat down at a table and opened the bag of munchkins. The glazed ones were fine, but the chocolate ones were about the size of marbles! It was like they were snatched from the munchkin baby nursery. I certainly wasn't going to go back to the counter, but at least now my experience here was complete. Having a coffee and doughnut is supposed to be relaxing. I will never again go to this location.
