Dunkin' - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Paulsboro, New Jersey

This is the most consistent dunkin I have ever been to. The staff care about their regulars and they are always willing to make things right. Yesterday the oven was broke and they said come back tomorrow and I did and they made my egg and cheese, no questions asked. Love them so much!! read more

I ordered a macchiato with cold foam and the cashier was rude and told me why I would want to add cold foam she said it's gross. So I asked for a regular caramel macchiato and a matcha with cold foam. Ordered my bagels and a side of cream cheese. The gave me my order forgot to give me my side of cream cheese and then I told her she forgot my macchiato. She thought I was crazy but I literally ordered it cause I repeated it to her 3 times. She told me she never rang it up after waiting for 15minutes giving attitude saying "what". I paid for it and she proceeded to make my coffees with an attitude and her manager took over and proceeded to gave me attitude as well. The worst Dunkin I've ever been too, if you wanna go to a facility that gives you attitude and yells at you for their mistakes go here. read more

Going up one more notch here for a few reasons. Reason 1- Newer staff, a little more competent than previous. I had mentioned that they could mess up boiling water in my first review. It looks like they weeded out the ones who can't comprehend what hot and cold is. Reason 2 The drive thru portion of it has been smoother as of late. Zero mess ups , they keep the flow going in and out pretty fluid. Before you would be sitting there waiting for a good bit for a coffee. Good job in upgrading and losing out on that miniature nightmare you had going on previously. I am still going to go with the drive thru option though, no offense to those on the inside. read more

Worst service at drive thru ever....waited no one acknowledged we drove up, when i said hello, she answered "you've only been there for 25 sec....then silence...we asked if she was read to take order she said again " only 20 seconds....silence we asked are you ready to take our order she said " I'm Not taking your order....rudely.. then silence will never go back there DomG Gibbstown read more

Dunkin' - Dunkin Donuts - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Paulsboro, New Jersey

Went to the drive through this afternoon - didn't show the price under the window, didn't tell me what I owed, just swiped my gift card and threw the bag at me, no "thank you", just rude. read more

Absolutely one of the BEST dunkin donuts I have been to. Koki works behind the inside counter and basically runs the place. Sadly, I have moved to Texas where they do not know speed or accuracy but Koki had my order perfect every morning. She was a welcoming face and knew exactly what I ordered. Even when I visited after several months of not coming in she welcomed me back and even came and gave me a hug! Usually a pretty fast location, drive thru is never slow. I would give it 5 stars as I have never been to a more friendly and punctual dunkin. Thanks!!!! read more

I come through order something they give me the exact opposite order and the lady's gonna tell me that's what I ordered like I do not know what I ordered and then when I asked for my money back she's gonna tell me to watch myself that's a threat I am going to call the corporate of Dunkin' Donuts and have this place shut down for threatening me read more

Ugh I wish I can give it no star.... I'm not sure what going on, but this place is going down... past couple months on random days I order food or coffee and is just horrible... today I order ice coffee and it was straight up horrible.. I'll just go to the one next to my job for now on or the wawa down the street is way better! read more

There's always something wrong with my orders--they forgot donuts that I pay for. One time, they made me a bacon egg and cheese wrap when I asked for a bacon and cheese (ONLY) roll up. In my opinion, the worst Dunkin I've been to. read more

Rude staff. And they rip you off by counting your change wrong and/or ringing orders into computer wrong then"forgets" receipt. Great place if you want diabetes and attitude. read more

This Dunkin' Donuts goes above and beyond for their customers. The Manager, Raj, took it upon himself to priority ship my wallet to me in Virginia. I had been passing through on a road trip and left my wallet on the bathroom stall. I called, spoke to him, and he gladly took it to the post office and had it to me within 2 days. He did not ask for me to repay him the shipping costs, only asked that I stop by next time I'm up that way. These types of kind acts from complete strangers are what makes the world go 'round. I'm am so appreciative, as I had many important personal belongings and all of my access to money in that wallet. This Dunkin' Donuts is the BEST AROUND. read more

First, why are you reading a review of DD? They are an uber-chain and you get what you always get. Setting aside my snark, the folks at this DD were not very pleasant with the people in line in front of me and they were not very pleasant with me. Shocking. Sorry- 1,000 calories of donuts brings out my snark. read more

Has to be the worst DD on the east coast. Counter people fight and shout at each other in a foreign language while you stand there and wait to have anyone take your order. I dont think they ever got my order right once ! read more

Horrible service! I ordered just a decaf coffee and couldn't hear him clearly on the drive thru microphone and he yelled at me at the top of his lungs really nasty. He got so mad that I couldn't hear him. When I cancelled my order, because I refuse to give money to a company like this, he started screaming at me, "Yeah, you go, get out of here" and still screaming as I drove off. I could not believe my ears. This company should NOT be operating and should be under review. Crazy people! read more
