First impressions are the shop is modern, clean, and bright. Steve (the barista) was knowledgeable and friendly. They had a number of bean choices at various roast levels for pour overs. He recommended the Tolima coffee from Colombia and I agreed. I had a seat in a luxurious armchair, so delightful! Moments later, the pour over was ready. I had been reading for a few minutes but one of the customers had been a coworker of Steve's and they were discussing their passion for coffee and travel. I ended up enjoying a really nice conversation with the customer. What wasn't lost on me during the lovely conversation in the delightful chair was that the coffee was outstanding! Smoothly roasted and perfectly brewed, I was tasting nuances that I'm not always capable of. Really great experience! I look forward to returning!
