The drive-through usually has a line, and many people pre-order their drinks. And it doesn't help when someone's order includes a complex drink like this: Venti Iced White Mocha with: * 5 pumps white mocha * sweet cream instead of milk * vanilla sweet cream cold foam * extra caramel drizzle * extra crunch topping * light ice * blonde ristretto shots * line the cup with caramel * add 2 pumps cinnamon dolce * double blended And only 1,000 calories or so! I happened to stop in and order my nonfat grande latte at the counter one day and didn't get my order for 15 minutes. Typically, I only have to wait a few minutes. Why don't I pre-order?
