First order wrong, replaced with glazed chocolate where they forgot to glaze 1 donut and only half of the other. Consequently, VERY dry. 3. White frosted with sprinkles made with Grey frosting. Who would find that appetizing. 4. Raised glazed donuts only had a small drizzle of frosting on the top, not dunked in thin glaze like every other glazed donut on earth, this made them VERY dry as well. Quality control at all? Updated: I was excited to finally have a coffee and ice cream place nearby, but unfortunately the quality here is not good. The coffee is inconsistent and they don't have items that are shown on the menu (and seem confused if you ask about them). They are also often out of ice cream flavors. I kept visiting hoping it would improve, but it hasn't. I still like their donuts and munchkins, but we don't eat donuts often enough to warrant visiting often. This location is a Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins in one store, both of which fill a huge demand in this area. Both are available in-store, as well as via the drive thru, which is a nice convenience. I've ordered from both stores in-store and through the drive thru multiple times. The service, overall, has been impressive considering how new it is. There have been issues, particularly with the drive thru (it was broken down for a day and you cannot use it when they are receiving deliveries due to the noise), but a learning curve is expected with any new business. The few times there have been issues, the employees were friendly and accommodating. The Dunkin Donuts has a great selection of coffee options, and the quality is good as far as chains go. We also love their munchkins (donut holes). You can buy any number you want for 35 cents each, and they have a huge selection of flavors. I love that I can buy just one or two, because it's perfect for our toddler or when I want something sweet but don't want a whole donut. The Baskin Robbins has lots of flavor and cup/cone options and they also have cakes, which you can buy off the shelf or order and customize. I ordered one for my dad's birthdayeveryone was impressed by how great the flavor was. The decorations were average, but fine for a simple birthday cake. The combination of Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins is pure genius. You can have coffee and donuts in the morning, then swing back by for some ice cream in the afternoon! It's a perfect location with close proximity to many great neighborhoods. Both Dunkin and BR have been great. BR has amazing flavors! I love the strawberry cheesecake ice cream. We've been getting that for awhile, but for the past 2 months, they have stopped ordering it. I'm not sure why because it is such a popular flavor! Paige is the assistant manager and she actually called us a liar and said we're moochers looking for free food. Our pancakes were cold and hard and she actually said " it must your fault you waited to long to eat them" I'm like we opened them immediately in the box and we tried to call right away but no answer and she said we were to busy to answer the phone. She said if your looking for quality food don't come to Dunkin' Donuts. She's awful and she had me in tears and I'm a pretty tough person. Horrible customer service. They like to ignore waiting customers. A guy was helping another customer, but the girl who clearly saw me continued to ignore me and stack cups. Establishment was dirty. This place has gone downhill ever since they opened. This isn't how you keep customers coming back. We tried to go into the the 168th Street location around 8:30 pm today. My daughter went in since nobody came on the drive thru after we sat there for several minutes. There was one party in front of her. They left and the 2 employees basically ignored her for several minutes. When they finally acknowledged her (10 minutes after entering) they told her they wouldn't make any lattes. She left without buying anything. I understand if we came in right at 9, but it was only 8:30. Horrible service. We will not return. read more

Location is convenient; morning service was horrible. Visited on a weekday morning at 7:45. There were 5 employees, no one in the drive through lane and 1 customer in the store ahead of us. All 5 employees, some with headsets on saw us but ignored us to continue standing around chatting. Employee at the inside counter did not ask another employee to assist us.
