Horrible customer service experience. I visited on 05/13 around 10 a.m., and both employees working the drive-thru were rude and had unpleasant attitudes. I was trying to describe a donut I wanted but didn't know the exact name of it. I explained that I was looking for a chocolate cake-style donut, emphasizing that I wanted one with chocolate in it. Instead of listening carefully, the employee assumed I wanted something else and handed me two donuts that had no chocolate at all. When I politely explained the mistake and tried again to describe what I was looking for, the employee became impatient and kept repeatedly asking questions in a rude tone instead of helping me figure it out. I explained that I was unsure of the wording and just needed a little assistance, but the interaction felt dismissive and unhelpful the entire time. To make matters worse, the donuts tasted horrible, and my bagel was cold with an excessive amount of cream cheese on it. After having to replace the donuts, there was no apology or acknowledgment. The employee handed me the bag without saying anything, and I could hear yelling in the back about the drive-thru times taking too long, along with rude comments about not having chocolate frosting donuts available. It looks like this Dunkin' needs my defense again... I only visit this Dunkin' donuts because Jamarcus works here and he is the best at his job. Heck, I walk in and he practically starts making my drink because he's remembered my order by now. I've been coming here for 3 years. I love going here for Cookie Butter Cold Foam season the most. If Jamarcus isn't working that day, I usually continue and get a cold brew just because the drinks are made so well there. I recently went here and these two girls I'd never seen before were working. I'm always cautious when ordering my cold brew when with a different employee who hasn't made my drink before. I am always sure to go in and walk them through the process and make sure it goes the way I like it. The great thing about this Dunkin' is that it's on tap, so you can see what's going on and how the coffee is mixing together. Every drink I've ever had here has been mixed very well (compared to other Dunkin' Donuts like the Sharpsburg one which I do not ever visit even though I live so close to that one). This Dunkin' was added to the Newnan coffee landscape within the past few years and is attached to the BP on Bullsboro. Given the areas lack of quick service coffee spots, this Dunkin' has come in clutch for an iced coffee on several occasions. Time to time, I will toss in a donut or box of donut holes when the craving hits. I have never had much of an issue with the quality of drinks or donuts, but service here is inconsistent, with more times than not, being less than stellar. My latest stop in was via drive thru, and the barista seemed less than interested in assisting. I asked for a variety of milk and sugar free syrup, and was met with a slight attitude it seemed, which was weird. The store is in good condition and has been clean each time I have stopped in. Overall, this Dunkin' is convenient and has promise, but they need to get a bit more consistency in service. read more

This Dunkin Donuts is super clean, employees are super nice and the doughnuts are really fresh. I stopped by to pick up a coffee for my husband and some munchkins, for my grandkids. Today is Thanksgiving and the employees had to work. But the drive-thru was packed, so I went inside. The service is excellent. I'll definitely be back soon. :-) read more

Worst donut place I've ever been too. I've had day old donuts before. My first donut was DAYS old. My second was definitely a day old. Service sucked. Most donut places have a sign for what they have. Or the products are right behind the cashier. Not this place. Bakery items are to the left of the cashier in a glass case with zero signs or descriptions. Cashier asks me what I want. When I walked down to the display case to point out what I wanted she acted like I was bothering her. I'm not Paul Hollywood so I don't know the names of every item. Place was filthy too. read more

The manager Tam is amazing and has a wonderful team she goes above and beyond to make sure my order is correct and ready in a timely manner, if only every restaurant operated this smoothly. Most of the employees during the early mornings are absolutely terrible when it comes to interacting with customers. There is 1-2 pretty great employees, but lately the new hires really need to be trained in customer relations. Food and drinks are pushed into your car before even being able to put a drink in my cup holder. Once I say thank you have a great day, I never get nothing back, not even a simple you're welcome. When that happens I take it upon myself to announce a thank you. Guess I'm thanking myself for dealing with really rude and inconsiderate employees. 8-9 times out of 10 my order is wrong which I order through the app for quicker service, but that is somehow always incorrect when I receive what I thought I ordered. Advice...hire workers with a little enthusiasm, a little work ethic, customer/communication skills. This location has no standards when it comes to these unsatisfactory employees. Like I said there is an older gentlemen and a young lady who work there and they are amazing. Everyone else, I'm sure my toddler could do way better of a job than what I deal with 98% of the time here. For now I will take some extra time and go to the Dunkin by the QT down the road, they are exceptionally better than this location and actually sets the standard of how to run a good location. read more

The only positive was, at least at this Newnan location, the doors were unlocked and you could actually go inside to be disappointed. They had last month's promotional materials, all posted still on the counters and outside on the signs. Cleaning chemicals on top of counter. We tried to see what donuts were available for purchase that day and none of the products had any labels on the trays in the case. The donuts we did buy were dried out and tasted like day olds, who knows, maybe they were. As we waited for our Dunkin drink to be made, we saw a big McDonalds drink on top of the counter also. Several drinks were made and just sitting behind counter. As we left the store, we saw someone had parked in the drive thru and walked into the store. Unreal. The location was utterly devoid of any atmosphere or personality. This isn't like any Dunkin I'm used to frequenting. That's okay. A few more donut places just came to Newnan and Sharpsburg we will spend our money at instead. Hopefully the health department will come in and shut this one down. read more

Probably the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. The drive thru screen didn't work so you couldn't see the menu. I was fine with that except the workers were very rude and rushed you to order. So I ordered quickly and forgot to order my coffee. At the window I said "could I please add a coffee?" And that was a hard no. So I had to drive back around and sit in the drive thru again just for my coffee. Don't go here. There are plenty of breakfast places within a mile. read more

Tried to go through the drive-thru and was so excited to get a refresher. Sat and waited for a solid 5 minutes and no one answered the intercom. There was no one in line, it was not busy on the inside... so we left cause clearly they didn't want my business ‍ wouldn't recommend wasting your time going here, just go to a Starbucks or downtown Newnan has plenty of better options. read more

Very slow service. Waited 30 minutes for an order already placed online and was supposed to be ready when I got there but wasn't even started. They kept saying it was coming but it never did. Couldn't wait any longer had to go to work. I would highly advise against going to this Dunkin Donuts. read more

When approaching the drive-thru i saw that they were busy, but i took a chance at fate. Had i read the reviews on this store i would have not visited. The drive thru was moving pretty steady for the amount of business they had. They had to pull me forward for a iced vanilla latte which i was fine with. I have worked fast food before and i know how it works. I sat there for TEN(10) minutes when a young lady came out and asked me "what are you waiting for?". I told her and she started getting an attitude. When she brought the iced latte out to me i noticed that there as very little ice but before i could stop her she was gone. So i pulled around to the front and walked in to get a cup ice. I was told they needed to charge me for that, and i told them that i had been waiting so long that the ice melted. The girl behind the counter said something under her breath and i said lightly that they shouldn't pull people forward if they cant remember to run their orders out. To which she replied " There are a couple Dunkin' stores down the road. Go there next time.". I will not be back to this store and it should seriously be shut down due to the previous reviews I've read. When I got to work to enjoy my food, the doughnuts were extremely dry, iced latte was extremely watered down, and my sandwich was not even luke warm. Zero out of zero. Stay away! This is the worst Dunkin I've ever been to.. Sat in a line for over 20 minutes waiting to order and there were only two cars ahead of me. Ordered three simple donuts and told to drive around, which took another 10 minutes waiting for the car ahead of me when I get to the window they tell me they don't have any of the donuts that I ordered . When I inquired at the window why they didn't tell me that when I ordered the donuts, he said that's not the way they do things? Another ridiculous answer to a ridiculous experience. Very similar experience when we walked in and did this two weeks ago and should've realized there were a bunch of kids running around behind the counter. Not sure that there is anyone in control although the kid at the window said somebody name Cheryl is a manager, but she is not around . I would love to be able to tell you how there donuts are but I have not be able to get anything I have ordered, I paid $11.34 to get 8 donuts and I was told they didn't have any and they did t have anything that I wanted but then I was told they could t do anything to give me my mo way back so I said I would come back the next morning, still no donuts and I did this for the next 2 days and I have yet to get anything and now I feel like I can't get my money back either. I find out this particular Dunkin donut's manager doesn't hire bakers, she just goes and buys what she sales for the day from other Dunkin' Donuts that's absolutely ridiculous, my job is no more than a mile down from this location but I would rather go to the other newnan location before I would ever go to this one! read more
