One of the most crack headed lady WHO WORKED THERE was literally tweaking out from meth or something in her car and was backing up and going forward about ten times, i'm not exaggerating . so i pull in next to her bc it's the only spot available, for som reason the cracked out lady got so angry, threw her cigarette at my damn car. and once i came inside she refused to take my order and than when someone did she made my coffee of course and messed it up so horribly. so i kindly asked if i could get another one and she says "you can pay for that shit than yes you can" I have never been in any of this type of situation before so i was baffled. all because i parked beside her while she was tweaking out. all i gotta say is do better. this is just so sad. ill pray for that lady...she needs God more than anything. Anyways, that sums up this whole dunkin. read more

While it is a Dunkin' more than anything, this location is a double branded store that also features Baskin Robbins. I was on my way to Piedmont to visit family and decided to stop in this Dunkin' before heading across the street. I hit the the drive thru, which was easy to navigate to from the rear entry. My go to at Dunkin' is usually an Iced Mocha Latte with Almond Milk, and that is exactly what I got today. I made it "signature", which is the addition of whipped cream and chocolate drizzle. It was a nice little treat-myself moment. The drink was excellent and super tasty! Service at the speaker was friendly and the helpful, along with the service from the associate who handed me my beverage. I assume them to be same person, and she was pleasant. However, the gentleman that "greeted" me at the window was far less friendly and welcoming, not speaking one word beyond the total for my drink. If it was not for him, this would have been a five star experience for sure. Overall, solid experience for the most part at the Dunkin' location.

I must say that I was super impressed when we walked in and immediately wanted to buy all the sweet treats! There were donut pool floats around the door which my daughter loved and a set of table and chairs out front if you wanted to sit and enjoy your treat outdoors. It is a super cute little shop with huge framed prints of donuts on the wall, inspirational messages, and it was very inviting. Just know that there is a lot of messages surrounding the good Lord and they sell mini Jesus figurines for (75 cents) so if that's not your thing, just know it's part of the layout. My tiny tot loveddddd being able to see allll the donuts in the display case and it was pretty cool how the glass case was from the counter all the way to just above the floor so we were able to get a full view of all the donuts that were available. The young lady working had such a warm smile and friendly attitude. She asked if we had been there before and when I said it was our first visit, she explained their options and was just kind. They have glazed donuts, specialty donuts (apple fritters, etc), cake donuts (blueberry, red velvet - the thicker donut variety), topped donuts (frosted donuts with fruity pebbles or sprinkles), and they also have an option for you to build your own donut. The prices were very reasonable and I ended up with half a dozen. We decided to get a variety of donuts... *cookies n cream *original glazed *strawberry sprinkle *chocolate sprinkle *apple fritter *blueberry cake My daughter wanted to sit down and enjoy her donut so we sat and split the chocolate sprinkle. It was super light and not too sweet. We both really enjoyed it and took the rest home for the rest of the family to enjoy. We've had everything in the box but the blueberry cake donut and apple fritter as of today. Each donut we've tried has been fresh as the first donut we tried two days ago. The chocolate macaron was hard as a rock. We went across the street to the bookstore after and got macarons that were delicate, soft, and melted in our mouths, and the difference was striking. The gf pop tart was the best of the three, but even that was doughy and falling apart so that's not saying a lot! Overall, for a bakery, I was really disappointed.
