WATCH OUT FOR OVER CHARGERS We have stopped here many times…read moreout of convenience. The donuts are good but the service in most cases is rude. The thing that always bothered me was I always felt like they were over charging me. Today I went in and bought 6 donuts, 4 glazed at $1.00 ea. and 1 cinnamon roll, 1 filled bar at $1.95 ea. I come upright $7.90 plus tax. I got charged $11.44 after tax. When I asked why it was over $3.00 more than it should be, I was told I got a half dozen donuts. A half dozen large donuts. I didn't get large donuts again I got 4 small a 2 large $3.00 less. She took the box back and gave me back $11.00 and walked. I asked to help me and bought 4 small donuts payed for it and then bought the 2 large donuts and payed for them and it was $7.90 with out the tax.Some of you may say it's only $3.00 but its more than that don't forget the $2.00 tip. Also how many people are they overcharging each day. I believe they know people are in a hurry and they know they can get away with it. I promise I will never go back. Be careful watch what they do and make sure you don't get ripped off.

I wish I could remember her name but alas, I couldn't. This very young lady--maybe her name was Tina, or Tonya or Tanya--was exceptional. As I was approaching the door with my 90-year-old mother-in-law in tow (She has had a stroke and walks with a stick), I saw that Tina noticed us slowly walking in from the inside. Immediately, she turned to someone in the kitchen and a young gentleman rushed over to the door to hold the door open for us. Such courtesy, wow! Then, after we had ordered, she came out from behind the counter to bring our order to our table. She even politely asked if we wanted hot coffee or ice coffee (because I just ordered 'coffee'). All this time, she was smiling and very polite. If I had a business, she would be the kind of person I would love to hire and make a manager. Again, wow! She impressed me tremendously.
