Really good it has the best donuts and really good drinks and we love getting breakfast there and when we need a pick me up snack/drink

We stopped at this Dunkin for breakfast and I tried the new Wicked matcha drink and Wicked donut holes. I know it's a little gimmicky but they were actually both pretty good. We also grabbed a vanilla cream donut and a jelly donut as well as some loaded hashbrowns and a bacon jam grilled cheese. I felt like we got so much food for $20 and good value always makes me feel better about a place. The hashbrowns were (and always are) our favorite. We even got a few extra orders of plain hashbrowns to mix in because the loaded hashbrowns are so loaded. So much cheese and bacon! If you can only get one thing here, that's what I recommend, and honestly the matcha drink is probably the best one I've had here, too bad that's for a limited time. read more

I have finally learned my lesson to never go to this place again. The manager is so so rude. I ordered two coffees and two breakfast wraps. My number was called and I went to to counter. There were two coffees then the lady put out a small bag which I thought was my wraps. The manager grabbed it from me and said , that's not yours in a gruff voice. I said sorry I thought it was. I have been going to this Dunkin' Donuts for the last 9 years 3-4 times a week. But it has really gone down hill in the last 3 months. I guess someone good left. My coffee is continually wrong now. I ask (drive thru)for regular sugar not liquid sugar and every time in the last 3 months they will make it with liquid sugar. I have thrown away a lot of coffees. Today I decided to go in and order. I order it with regular sugar. I watch her make it with liquid sugar! She hands it to me I say is it with regular sugar. She turns around and empties it in the sink. Washes the cup out in the sink makes my coffee in that cup with water still in it then hands it to me. I just threw it out. I will not be back to the Dunkin' Donuts and will tell everyone else not to. read more

On my way from marco island back to Miami and needed the extra umph. The drive through attendant was nice and serviceable. We ordered a matcha latte and vanilla coolata. The coolata was delicious (a bit on the sweet side) and almost frozen. The matcha latte needed more matcha and better mixing though, I was a little disappointed. Super busy lunch rush at the drive-thru, so I decided to go inside. Place was clean with a couple of customers. Staff immediately acknowledged me and took my order. Had my drink and warmed donut under 3 mins. Staff member Liz had a wonderful attitude and just a fantastic manager all around! Was just here: Monday, August 12th, 2019 3:20pm. Cashier was very welcoming and friendly! The drink came out perfect! We've been here before and customer service was just subpar. One time the doors were even locked half an hour before closing time... This location is the closest and most convenient for us but because of the service, we usually drive a bit further. I pulled up at the drive thru window and the lady gives me my coffee and the lid was not on all the way and leaked all over the car as I brought it in and tried to take a sip. When I asked to speak with a a manager about getting this cleaned out of my car she told me no. I said excuse me and she said no manager come back tomorrow. I asked for the managers number to corporate and she refused to give me it. I had to demand a receipt and she wrote a website on it. When I asked for corporates number again she called the cops and came outside to get my plate number. I then left and went to the other location on 41 and airport where they did give me Linas number, i have called and left her a message and am awaiting a call back. Before I post the video of these woman refusing to let me speak to management after asking a number of times. When I went to the other store to get the number I found out that this store on collier is known for this. They will call the cops on anyone who asks for the manager and make it seem like your wrong for complaining. I will not let this go until i get an apology from her ir she is let go from dunkin. I will absolutely call corporate everyday as this is wrong and she is not qualified to deal with the public. read more

We renamed this location"you decide". It seems that what we order and what we get are the decision of the staff. So we want to just say when they ask what we would like, "you decide". We have been Dunkin customers for years. This is an example of management not spending the time to train and retrain staff. Your staff is your front line. Without exaggerating almost every time i go my order needs to be redone and i need to lie and say im allergic to an ingredient so they actually take it serious. I woke up New Year's Day 2017 and decided I didn't feel like making Sunday breakfast or getting all dolled up to go out, wouldn't something quick be tasty? Some people I know said Duncan Donuts was surprisingly good and we have one close by so that's where I went. I looked at the menu online first to see the options. I'll load up some pictures of those....Yum! Right? I know, there's no gluten free and I was willing to suffer with that, no dairy free, willing to suffer there too, and sugar again, willing to suck it up. Unbelievable to me that people eat this let alone recommend it. I refused to even taste it, I could look at it and tell you I wasn't putting that in my body, no way! Wanna know why people are sick? This is it folks! And when we don't demand better, we'll keep getting it. Even a chemical sandwich from Perkins would look better than this nastiness. The Dunkalatte or whatever it's called tasted like barely flavored water and coated my mouth with this sticky nastiness I spit it out and poured it down the sink. My company ordered an apple fritter; I took a bite and spit that out too - tasted and smelled like some nasty cleaning agent and a pure bottle of corn syrup. I didn't embarrass my company by taking it back and demanding a refund but I can't just do nothing, thus this review. Really, this is disgusting!!! Never again. To pay for this is a crime! I went to this place this morning and ordered a bagel with cheese bacon and egg and I can't possibly imagine how that can get screwed up but the bagel was like a rock and the rest the sandwich taste like shit. The hashbrowns were so greasy I had to throw them out. The service was lousy and the place was somewhat dirty. I will never go there again and I don't recommend it to anyone else. This Dunkin went from bad two years ago to great and then worse. I'm standing behind a guy and his wife and they were told they couldn't use two coupons at the same time. Rather than being a good customer service person and suggesting they split the orders, the customer had suggest it and she never smiled once! We are no longer greeted at this location. We are so happy to be moving back home where multiple Dunkins are way more awesome. And one last note is that this Dunkin had a large Hispanic workforce when it did well. Suddenly it became very caucasian and some black and every other order is screwed up. I don't know what corporate honcho thought was a "good idea", but they got it dead wrong. read more

They continue to mess up my orders, give me attitude when I ask what exactly they have for donuts or breakfast since they ran out of a product, which is no problem to me. But the eye rolling and attitude for asking a simple question since I can't see it (drive-thru). Can't ever get ahold of the manager to say something, and when I call to get something I missed on my order before I head to my job, I get attitude for that. This Dunkin donuts location is complete garbage. There is always very rude workers there. They have no clue about coffee especially the coffee they sell!!! I've tried ordering a latte and the workers say what is that? Seriously it's one of the most basic coffee orders I could have. Imagine if I wanted something more complicated. Ive been Dunkin many times, but due to repetitive mistakes I longer choose to come. Ive ordered the same thing everytime- three large french vanilla ice coffees with cream and sugar. Despite the multiple negative reviews, our party of four took a chance. Our coffee and donuts were superb. The staff was young, friendly and energetic. Though a mistake with our order was almost made, it was caught and rectified with a smile. We found nothing wrong with this DD. read more
