7 AM on a summer Friday. Even with 2 cars in front of me, I literally had my 6 donuts paid for, and back out to 168 in under a minute! And I guess it's been a minute since I've had Dunkin...these are way bigger, shinier and fresher looking than I remember! 5 stars for drive-thru! read more

They never get my order right. Even my online orders have been either wrong or they're unable to make it because now it's not available. My spouse does like them personally which is why I have them 3 stars instead of 2. read more

I stopped by around 7am on a Sunday morning. I ordered a maple donut and a black coffee. The lady behind the counter was nice enough. My donut was not super fresh like I would have hoped for early in the morning. They did not have the middle stand ready with any cream, sugar, and stir straws. The store was clean. Plenty of parking....just your usual Dunkin' in the Yock. Ehh. read more

Was just there got 2 muffins warmed, AFTER we paid she told us they "can't warm" them.. no explanation or nothing. Like I done been working at Dunkin, I know damn well your lazy and don't want to do it. Anyways hope everyone's having a good day except for dodo bird from the drive thru. read more

Management is terrible. What's worse than bad coffee? Hiring pedos to work alongside with teenagers. This location is the worst. Hot coffee is cold and cold. Coffee is hot. Hash brown browns taste like freezer burn. Oh yeah and did I mention there is a predator that works there read more

2nd visit in 2 days. Yesterday my coffee was warm, not hot, and burned. Today, there are 4 people working, more like playing on phones, laughing and joking. Waited 10 minutes in drive through for pick up oder. When we finally got to the speaker, we heard laughing and screeching in the background and couldn'tunderstandwhat was being said as a result. . Coffee was fresh. Out of donuts for the day. When I asked how to get the refund, she had no idea. Another employee came over when we didn't leave until it was resolved. She gave me a cash refund with a whole lot of attitude. This is not what we expect when we go to Dunkin. read more

Quick and efficient staff on busy Wednesday morning. Order came out perfect. I appreciate my avocado toast actually being well toasted (I've gotten it soft elsewhere). Staff was very kind and fast to respond to any needs (water, napkins, etc.). We dined in and the establishment as a whole was clean. read more

Cute new, little Dunkin' right here in Moyock. I'm loving their frozen butter pecan iced coffee! For some reason, my app kept glitching, but the cashier was still nice and patient! It's a small store, so there's not much room for sitting and hanging out. But the drive through is very quick and clean. And all of these are plenty of good reasons why I just spent almost $7 on an iced coffee! So may the fourth be with us! read more

I am a regular local customer who has had the 2 med iced drink order with 2 artificial sugars and 2 creams and have been getting them served super extra sweet and super creamy now for 2 days in a row, seems like they are trying to tell me something - I called the manager and said she would comp me those tomorrow - i think not...thinking the employee's like screwing around read more

Today, 5-24-26 approximately 10 am tried to order a small iced oat milk latte with vanilla syrup, no swirl as it contains milk. I specifically advised NO SWIRL only Syrup! Mentioned this twice. Consuming any dairy products would cause a anaphylactic shock. Returned home and discovered vanilla swirl in my drink. Returned and ordered again the same order via drive thru. The young girl answered saying no milk. Yet again Vanilla Swirl containing milk was added after several times asking no Vanilla Swirl made of milk. Returned inside the store this time and explained the problem. The drinks were remade, BUT all the young girls were rude in that they could be heard complaining of making the drinks right not giving any care as to what could have happened had just one drink would have caused. I wonder if they have any family members who have severe allergies that could cause anaphylactic shock? I hope they never have to witness this medical emergency. The manager, who looked young, did not do her job! Too inexperienced to have been placed in that position as a person with knowledge and experience would not have allowed the employees to shame a customer for returning a drink or food item that, by their refusal to get it right would cause a medical emergency. I suggest anyone with allergies to stay away from this Dunkin Donuts! read more

A few minutes ago we stopped there. The coffee they served me was scalding hot. Abnormally hot, dangerously hot. The lid wasn't even put on right and the cup burned my hand. It's a good thing I'm not old with sensory perception issues. Ridiculous! read more

Be cautious when you order at the speaker the price showed one price I get to the window it was more. The drink ordered was an iced cappuccino I was handed a hot cappuccino. The place looked empty inside and there was no one behind me not sure how that was messed up. For a newer business they do still have a 100% heath score which is great hopefully they will get it right the next time the first time. read more

This Dunkin is very inconsistent. I have gone here twice a week for a couple months. Once I received a coffee cup of warm milk when I ordered a hot coffee. There was no coffee in it. Another time I got a coffee with none of the simple additions to it. This morning, I was in the drive through for 20 min and received a little over half full large cup of coffee that was half creamer. It tasted like warm water barely any coffee in it. I will be getting coffee from gas stations from now on. There needs to be new management or some kind of quality review. read more

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT SOMETHING FROM THE MENU. Sounds stupid right? Every time I go here they let me order whatever I want, at the sign or on the app and when I get to the window, they end up telling me they're actually out of this, this, and this. Every single time. Why advertise that you have something that you're out of? Minor inconvenience but it's very annoying read more

Used to be great but lately it's long waits and inconsistent quality. Seems like they need to train the new people they keep hiring better.

We went through the drive thru Friday October 20th and had a mixup with donuts, this not being the first time we started to limit coming to this dunkin' location. But we stopped by today October 21st to fix the donut issue and get the correct donuts we ordered and we were greeted by Kay the night manager and she was absolutely amazing and more than willing to give us the original donuts we had ordered. read more
