I have been here several times to pick up food, but this was my first time actually going inside to order. The line was long around lunchtime, but it moved quickly. It is fast casual style, so you walk down the line choosing what you want and then pay at the register. I honestly had no idea that was how it worked before, so I was prepared to wait a while. I was pleasantly surprised at how efficient everything was. I was in and out much faster than expected. While putting my order together, the man helping me handed me a sample rib over the counter. I am a very socially awkward person and do not handle unexpected moments very gracefully, so I probably reacted a little awkwardly. That part was on me. The rib was GOOD though. He was very kind about my reaction and even handed me a napkin. The whole staff was friendly, asking how my week was going and checking in to make sure everyone was happy. Even though it was busy, they clearly care about customer service. The food was great. The garlic and green onion sausage had so much flavor, and the bananamisu was the perfect sweet finish. I originally went in hoping to order the BBQ oxtail, but they were sold out within two hours of opening, which honestly says a lot about how good they must be. I had also gone the day before around 7 PM and they had already closed because they were sold out for the day. Just a heads up that they do close early if they run out of food. Overall, great food, friendly staff, and quick service. I will definitely be back and hopefully I will finally catch the oxtail next time.

Grandma was taking orders and shes so sweet and patient!! I ordered the cheesesteak eggrolls for $11 and the Keona patty melt for $13+ $1 for lettuce and tomato. The order was up in about 6 minutes. The owner is very nice. He found me a box for togo since i wasn't eating there. So i greatly appreciated that. The eggrolls were very tasty and they came with a yummy dipping sauce. They were hot and fresh and came with 2 in an order with seasoned fries... I so appreciated the seasoning!! The fries were crispy and delicious. The burger was also good with all the fixings... This saved me from cooking dinner, so that was a plus!!! At their actual restaurant they have collard green and black eye peas egg rolls and Keona makes her own juices. Which I'd like to try. Shes a very sweet young lady whose always smiling and very helpful... I've tried J &K at their Providence Rd location and they're always very nice. They also sell good cake. On both occasions, I was really underwhelmed by the food. So many people were raving about it, I thought maybe it was just me. But I got the sliders and fries, and I mean, they were *fine* - totally edible - but nothing special. And for $11 I was expecting something mind-blowing since that price tag would land me a full sized burger and sides most places. Wasn't thrilled with the service either time either. In the future, I'll probably be passing on this truck.
