Love the people....warm and freindly and just wonderful. That said...Jve been drinking DD for longer than the age of a fine wine...I'm SICK.....SICK and tired of spending 5 dollars on a coffee that is maybe amazing but also more often than not a cold brew that tastes like it's watered down...no flavor....like how hard is it to make coffee. I get people are newbut it's been like this for weeks now. I work hard for my money. Time to find a new place or make it at home to go....because I've wasted enough of my money. I am a regular customer at DD in Montpelier and spend 35:00 dollars week, 140.00 dollars a month and I will now be bringing my business to Berlin. A man in front of me (the line was out to the highway) he took literally 8 minutes to make an order, changing his mind and kept adding to his order. I became inpatient and beeped my horn. Ok probably not the best thing to do and impatient for sure, but he didn't seem to care that the line was blocking traffic on the highway. It's not like the menu changes everyday. But the main reason I'm not going back is I was harshly reprimanded by a cashier, who yelled and told me to never do that again and then yelled again and walked away. She should have said nothing......or been polite at the very least. read more

Came here because it was pretty conveniently placed on our trip. Decided to dine in because we had been driving for some time and figured it would be nice to stretch amour legs and get some caffeine. The customer service wasn't bad. Fairly polite and pleasant. But... the food and beverages were very much below par. Even for a Dunkin' Donuts whatcha i didn't expect much from. The drinks had an awful mix. Wayyy too much milk. The tater tots were soggy, and the grilled cheese tastes like card board. Had to drive to the nearest Starbucks to wash down the experience. The pastries were decent. And the facilities were par. I won't be coming back though. read more

Apparently the drive through attendee has speech/hearing problems so my order took 3 times to repeat. We got to the window and we're handed the wrong order, asked for the right one and we were met with a blank stare. Through her 5 minutes of slurred speech and wonky eye contact we eventually got our drinks. They were both terrible and something was off about each. As we were fueling up in Montpelier, we decided to hit up this Dunkin Donuts for a road trip coffee. This particular location is conveniently located between the highway and town which was nice since we didn't want to travel through Montpelier on a busy fall day. The drive-thru set up here is awkward and signs point to poor planning before building. That being said, the staff here was very pleasant but a bit on the slow side when it came to ordering inside. We ended up also using the restrooms here which were fairly clean and I enjoyed the fact that they have two bathrooms which any gender can use. This was nice because we didn't have to wait for the pile up to clear on the women's bathroom. Overall, not a bad cup of coffee and I hope that their service time improves. read more

This morning on my way to a very important commitment I ordered 2 iced coffees and one glazed donut from this horrendous Dunkin'. The line was long which is expected for 7:30am, HOWEVER, they completely messed up my order and when I asked for the correct order that I PAID FOR they told me the line was too long and that I'd have to go around the drive-thru again and re-order. Disappointing. 0/10. read more

Do NOT waste your time coming here! The employees in there are rude, their customer service is terrible. They will throw your food on the counter & ignore you when the food falls out the bag. The service after 2pm everyday is so bad! The coffee is almost always burned and does not come as ordered. Today we went at noon and waited behind another car and the ordering board for 20 mins, the other car ended up driving away and we ordered 1 large regular hot (regular cream(4) & sugar(4)) & 1 large regular hot (2 milks, 5 sugars) we got 1 large with milk and no sugar and 1 large with cream and no sugar. The one with milk was marked on the cup 5 cream 5 sugar, the other was not marked at all. I tired of giving my money to a location that can not keep help and not deliver a simple order. Be a while before I go back witch is a shame cause it's less than 2 miles from my house. Guess I'll just use my Keurig more at home! read more

It feels like some developer decided they could just shove a Dunkin Donuts in this small lot. So the place has to do what they can with the space given. I pulled in hoping to park and sit to enjoy my coffee inside but the way they built the drive thru you have to drive against drive thru traffic to get to available parking or just do what I ended up doing and get in the drive thru line. The speed of the drive thru is somewhat efficient but because of the limited car space they seem to channel every car that pulls in here into the drive thru! I wanted to order the new croissant donuts but they explained that "they didn't deliver any to us". Huh?? My coffee to was handed to me fresh and hot but the donuts I relented to order came in just the paper bag, no wax paper or any napkins. I wasn't real impressed. read more

I'm a tea drinker. I am very glad that Dunkin Donuts has improved their selection of teas, but their service is in much need of improvement. I always order a large tea, and with it should come two tea bags. Sometimes I am asked if I want one or two, but to automatically give me one tea bag without asking is stealing from customers. I paid for a full cup of tea and they didn't even bother to fill the cup within an inch of the top. I did not get good service, and I did not get my money's worth. I would call them and give them direct feedback, but they do not answer their phone or provide and an answering service. read more

Get service, friendly staff, and great coffee. I love their blueberry dark roast ice coffee. I will most defiantly come here again! :)

Drive thru is quick and curteous! My review is of the new Steak Breakfast Burrito. It tastes like a hot dog and not like a Burrito or anything close to it. read more
