I visited this location this morning to pick up a mobile order with my toddler. We were there to grab a treat for my child's daycare teacher on her last day. Upon arrival, we received no greeting at the counter. When the staff member finally addressed us, he asked for the name I gave him my name then realized he may be having a hard time finding it because my order sometimes appears under my initial. Despite showing the employee my phone to clarify my order, the service remained dismissive. After retrieving my two boxes of munchkins, the staff member dropped them on the counter with a throwing motion and walked away with a dismissive hand gesture, all without further acknowledgment. I walked away stating how rude they were. What stood out most was the stark contrast in treatment moments later. When a different customer (a white woman) arrived immediately after us, a staff member greeted her warmly with a loud, polite "hello" and attentively asked what she needed. This marked difference in demeanor based solely on our arrival before any interaction occurred was unprofessional and deeply concerning. We were simply walking in to pick up an order we'd already paid for to get a gift for a teacher, yet we were treated with clear disrespect while the next customer received courteous service. We were dressed appropriately, walked in quietly what would've been the issue? This location needs to address staff training on customer service consistency and respect for all patrons. read more

Very disappointed. I was craving a sweet treat this Friday afternoon and ordered a medium iced coffee. When I got to the window, to both my surprise & shock, they handed me a small iced coffee. I politely corrected them and said "I ordered a medium iced coffee". Moments later the guy came back with a medium cup bursting at the seams with ice. I could barely fit my straw into the cup because it was so full of ice. After forcing my straw in, I drank two sips and this is what my cup currently looks like. Unacceptable. Despite all this, this is the best iced coffee I've ever had. It's obvious they just poured the small into a medium cup and added more ice. What a joke. read more

This Dunkin' is new and comes with a sleek, clean interior to show for it. The staff was still working out the kinks a little as far as efficiency goes, but overall a good experience. The seasonal donuts are delicious and I'll be happy to come back again. read more

If I could put zero stars I would. The service was trash. They made me pay more because apparently my Dunkin gift card didn't have enough balance on it. It was on my Apple wallet so I could see the balance and I even showed the cashier. She told me that I still had to pay more. And my drink was only half full with the rest of it being foam. Mishawaka Grape Rd Dunkin store, visited mid morning today, 3 people working inside and I had to wait to get service with no one ahead of me! no one said good morning or Hi I'll be with you in a minute, no acknowledgment. All 3 seemed to be unhappy and annoyed. Store was semi dirty and not well stocked. If you have time to lean, you have time to clean! Providing an update during Covid times: This place is absolutely brutal to go to. Yesterday I waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes with only one car ahead of me. If I was able to order ahead and walk in to pick it up I'm sure this Dunkin' would be fine, but the only way you can order ahead is using the drive thru, which entirely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. I think it's pretty clear that this place is poorly managed and understaffed. I guess there was a good excuse when the place first opened, but holy cow, how are they STILL having all these issues? I've driven over there twice in the past few months, only to find out that machines were "down." I feel bad for the employees who have to profusely apologize for long wait times when it's most likely not even their fault. Don't waste your time here. Donuts are not made on site and very poor quality. I went through drive through asked for a particular donut advised they did not have cinnamon. Mind you I did not ask for cinnamon. The store manager hen began to run down a list of donuts they did carry very sarcastically. Ok..not so how I wanted to start my morning. Got to the window and handed me my donut and coffee. Donut partially frozen. Coffee barely warm. I asked if they have Bavarian creme and they said yes, I asked with chocolate frosting, to my total disappointment when I opened my bag I had Bavarian creme doughnuts that were covered in powdered sugar. Terrible donuts! They were definitely not fresh $15 wasted. 3 of the donuts were rock hard, 4 were crunchy but not quite stale, the other 5 were edible but the donuts at the gas station taste better than these. They won't last long with KrispieKreme and Rise n Roll both nearby. read more

The one star I'm giving goes to the sweet drive thru lady. However, the manager was absolutely rude and horrible. Let me start by saying I stopped by for national nurses day where they were offering a free coffee for nurses. I had arrived alone in my car but asked in the drive thru (before ordering) if I was able to get two free coffees if I had two badges (one for my sweet cousin who I was planning on bringing the coffee to at the hospital because she just had a baby) and I was told I absolutely could since we were both nurses and I had proof. Upon payment, I had cash in my hand ready to tip for the two free coffees. The drive thru lady stated she thinks they have to be two separate transactions but it would be no problem. The manager then came and was so extremely rude to me and told me I had to pay for one of them because I was the only one in the car (even though I explained the circumstances AND was told a minute ago I could have them both for free). After I paid and drove away, I noticed my coffees were ordered in the system/made incorrectly. I came back only because since I had to pay, I wanted the coffees correct. They were ordered as a plain coffee when I ordered it flavored. The manager was again extremely rude to me and did not re-make my coffees as I had nicely asked. She instead tried to hand me a cup full of syrup to do myself as if I know how to make a Dunkin coffee correctly. I asked if they could re-make them completely and instead she ignored me and just added the syrup to the half-melted coffee and handed them to me. Happy nurses week to me. What a mess this place is. They let you place an order on line but the doors are locked so you end up waiting in line anyway. Other places have figured out pick up. Two times I have been there the doughnuts were pretty much emptied out in the display case. The line for the drive through was longer then Starbucks. There was one red head girl working her butt off while the others moved the speed of a snail. My coffee was overloaded with cream and sugar to where it was a terrible taste. what a morning here, first us i always have to have my morning coffee so i went ordered my usual for me and my mother and that includes whipped cream, the employee hands me a drink and i tell her i asked for whipped cream and there was none, she proceeded to hand the drinks to her manger who proceeded to through the drinks in the trash! so i'm still waiting and the line is getting longer so i honk and she opens up the window and has such a disgusting attitude about everything.. so i'm just looking through the window and another employee grabs the drinks from the trash, YES FROM THE TRASH. he then proceeds to wipe it down and put whipped cream on it HOW DISGUSTING AND VILE, i honked and the lady comes back and i told her i'm not accepting those drinks.. she then slams the window.. there were about 5 employees who line up and just stand there talking.. i finally see someone making fresh drinks and there was still no whipped cream.. i just take the drinks because i have already paid. this place is so unprofessional on so many levels, never will be returning after this experience, just terrible. read more
