First I would like to say it was a really smart move to put a Dunkin Donuts at this intersection. For the longest time the McDonald's across the street was the only place people working at the local businesses could stop for coffee or a quick breakfast. Ordered three drinks at the drive through after waiting far too long to get acknowledged. Got to the window and the first drink and third drink ordered was given. After asking if they were going to correct the error with the second drink we were told that it could not be done because she was being timed. When we told her we would wait she advised us that she could refuse service because we were upset at not getting our entire order. So, I always try to hit Dunkin' Donuts on the road. The coffee is usually generally good; much better than many other places. However this one in Melbourne has the absolute worst drive-through. I don't think it's the drivers or customers, it appears to be the level of service and support they're giving the drive-through window. Obviously a lot of people want to use it, and they're not staffed correctly I've heard multiple voices request orders, and a lot of repeats and a lot of we don't have that anymore. The parking lot is just absolute chaos. Most unfortunate. They could learn a lot from Chick-fil-A how run to drive-through. It just can't be that hard in this age of technology. Well, at least the coffee was hot in the orange juice was cold. The donuts were the real downside. I miss the days when Duncan would make the donuts in the store. I was trying to give the benefit of the doubt after I read all the reviews that are going on here, and now here I am at 5:25 AM and I experienced it from the start for myself I arrive to a beautiful Dunkin' Donuts with a wonderful Plaza clean it's on independent area to find route staff doors close especially when the times on all the doors are a match somebody shouting at me through windows and doors to tell me to go through the drive-through when I'm simply just trying to say your sign says you're open in five different places!!! Health warning at this store! After walking in and placing an order for a decaf coffee. I watch the young girl pour me a regular coffee and hand it to me after which I said is that decaf she says oh no! so she Brews a pot And puts a courtesy cup under it instead of waiting for the pot to fill and fills my cup a little bit at a time while she's picking her eye boogers over my cup! needless to say on the way out I threw the cup of coffee in the garbage after tipping her a dollar and paying $2.33 for the coffee I decided never to step foot in that store again! I understand staff is busy in the morning. BUT you need to listen to an individual when they place their order. They cut you off and then screw up the order. Last week they completely forgot half my order and acted so confused and shut the window- I drove off because I had to get to work. If I could give zero stars I would. This has to be the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been too. The employees have the most attitudes in the world. I normally order online for pick up on my way to work. For the past 3 times I've done this they did not have my order ready. I had a valid receipt on my phone but they insisted they never got me order. So when I asked them why they don't have my order ready or why they didn't receive it after showing my receipt they proceeded to get my order ready but gave me such a fight to get what I paid for. I ordered a cappuccino and the manager literally handed me a cup of milk: I added an extra shot of espresso and literally got a cup of milk. Now I'm late to work when I asked her to fix it she laughed in my face and I just left cuz I was so frustrated and late to work. They are consistently messing my orders up. When I order for multiple employees to bring it to work I ALWAYS am missing stuff I never been here where they got my order and 100% correct and I come here pretty much every day because it's right beside my job. I have to start positive and say of all the Dunkin Donuts around they always have fresh food and quick service. I personally, except for coffee, do not really indulge in "fast food" but sometimes with a toddler you have to make exceptions. The store was very clean and like I said the food was good. My only issue is the staff walking around in there. They seem very friendly and scary at the same time. Loud and singing rap songs. I grew up in North New Jersey and it sort of reminds me of the staff at the Dunkin' Donuts in the middle of Newark or Jersey City. I think I will stick with the drive-through since I am sort of hesitant to bring my son in there again. read more

The worst. I used the drive thru. They didn't have enough bread to make 2 of the same sandwich at 8 in the morning. I substituted for bagels instead they still got my order wrong. I had to remind the staff of my order or else they would not have given me my second coffee.
