To who this may concern. America runs on Dunkin. With that being said... Can you stop placing donuts in the bag upside down, I'd like my frosting on my donut and not on the bottom of the bag. Have some respect for people's breakfast or find a different job that suits your manors. read more

Jackie is a rude and unpleasant person. I asked for a large iced chai with skim milk and 2 extra pumps of chai with light ice. She looked me and rolled her eyes as if she didnt like my order. Then proceeded to charge me a whole ass extra 3 dollars for the extra chai, light ice, and skim milk. Then i saw her fill up the cup with ice and i pointed it out and she said "thats gonna be an extra charge." I said nvm. Then i tasted the drink and it tasted like straight up mold. I went back in and asked for more milk and this hoe jackie turns around and says "thats gonna be an extra charge." The nice white lady ended up doing it for free but jackie just rolled her eyes again. Also not to mention, she walked away in the middle of taking my order. Worst 9 dollars ive ever spent. read more

The initial contact was an accident. What followed was intentional. Cashier handled money, pressed his thumb into my avocado toast. I asked for a remake. I was handed the same item back as if it were new. The thumbprint was still there. That is a food safety issue. It was ignored. Staff saw it. No one corrected it. No manager available. Customer care said the store contacted me. Twice. That is not true. No call. No voicemail. No email. That is the standard here. Do with that what you will. read more

Absolutely refreshing! What a lovely flavor combination! Remember, when ordering you may choose to have tea or lemonade as a base. I chose lemonade for this one. 2 down, 1 to go. read more

They are still remodeling it looks like, drive thur was goofing up order. Owner was there and gave some free items and asked use to come back. Newer staff, but really nice. Donuts were very fresh for late n the day. Will definitely give another try- but they seem to be working on things. read more

If I give a negative zero I would. The employees in this restaurant are super rude! If you want to have PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE WITHOUT NASTY ATTITUDES visit the one on Sauk Trail in Richton Park. Plus, they are often out of items you request. I will NEVER visit or give this one another chance. The girl there today was so rude and nasty... Oh, & when I asked her who her manager was... she said, "I don't know my manager's name, I'm just here for a check." I found her manager though, the same person owns 8 other Dunkins in the area. I went to the one on Sauk and received the proper service and items that I wanted. I don't care if I'm spending $1, customer service is important. read more

Go inside and see who making your food and make interaction and I bet you will never comeback . Everyone is super passive aggressive I had to talk to a manager at 7 am smh . She already knows they are rude and not smart in there . Maybe bc I'm a young black man with dreadlocs. I waited for a receipt after paying and instead of giving me a receipt she just starts talking to the customer standing behind me . Me and the customer are confused . I say you never gave me a receipt . Then they sit my sandwhixh in the drive thru line basket for 15 minutes . Then give it to me like I didn't just watch it sit there for 15 minutes read more

Every morning on the way into work, I stop here. Other than the occasional hiccup, I am in, and I am out with my cup of hot coffee. It is always too hot to drink right away. The staff has changed several times over the years, but they still seem to keep people up to speed. I miss the one girl that had an angelic voice and looked forward to getting up to go to work just so I could hear her say good morning. I'll never do Starbucks. Dunkin Donuts coffee has always been the best! read more

WORST Dunkin' I have ever dealt with! I ordered grub hub from this location they messed my order up then he wants to say they don't do grub hub but on my receipt it says Matteson and the same phone number 708-248-6918 ( might I add I had to call 10 times before I got an answer) on the receipt! Don't play dumb with me and act like you can't speak English! read more

Drive thru was backed up and they weren't taking orders. I was waiting for 10 minutes and I finally drove up and they took the order of the person behind me. I even tried getting their attention by saying "hello" a couple times into the speaker. I left the line in frustration and went inside. The line was short, but they were taking forever. The lady in front of me was paying more attention to her phone call then taking her order and the cashier didn't care. I'm getting visibly upset at this point, and it's finally my turn. I order my drink, and a man in front of me said he has been waiting for his drink for 5 minutes and it's just a plain coffee with sugar and a doughnut. Now not only have I been waiting for too long, but I am now late for school. Poor excuse for a Dunkin read more

I just came through the drive thru with my family and they got our order wrong & when we told them it was wrong the lady in the window got a attitude! Customer service is everything I hope they get better! read more

BUYER BEWARE!!!+ We brought two croissant and egg sandwiches for $5, into small Frozen coffees that were $2 each, which meant our bill should be $9 plus tax. THEN WHY WAS I CHARGED $13.08??! I stopped here to get some breakfast on my way to work. I wanted to try the new Maple breakfast sandwich and the maple pecan drink. I told the woman my order in the drive-thru and she read it back to me. When I got handed my order it was just a regular iced coffee. I don't have time to get her to go back and correct it because the drive-thru was not quick. I am really disappointed that I didn't get to try the new drink today. Also, I didn't get a total until I pulled up to the window and what she handed me my receipt in my car she just said here and then turned around and got ready for the next order. read more

This store deserve zero stars. I placed a order via the drive thru for a medium hot caramel macchiato. When I tasted the coffee it was sugarless. I went inside the store informed them that my coffee had no sugar. They told me I have to ask for sugar. They said there was a Bill passed if you order coffee with espresso now you have to request sugar that's extra. I told them I've never heard of such a thing in my life especially since I frequent different Dunkin Doughnuts throughout the week. I was even at this very location a few days ago and my coffee had sugar in it. I didn't have to ask. The customer service was horrible. I have since sent a complaint to corporate. read more

Absolutely the worse! How hard is it to make a cup of black coffee with mocha and no cheese on my croissants? this DD charged my friend $750 for her $16 coffe order and then the owner refused to refund her the money he that he stole from her

Had to wait a tad for my breakfast sandwich but overall great customer experience. And appeared clean inside.

I'm not sure what is going on with staffing, but they need to hire more people. For the last 2 weeks they have had the inside closed forcing cars to go through extremely long drive thru lanes. If you cant keep up with the demand either hite more people or close. read more

Go there 3 to 4 times a day service just keeps going down coffee is watered down like they double brew it and when I say 3 to 4 times a day it more than one coffee it's for several people. Good way to lose a good customer keep serving that watered down coffee read more

I placed an order for medium coffee doughnut and I had a coupon for free hash browns.I gave the cashier a twenty dollar bill and before giving me my change she instructed me to go to end of counter to get hash browns after giving me the coffee and doughnut. I forgot she hadn't given me the change after going home.i went back to get change and was told the cashier register was closed out and the shortage or overage did not add up to 15.80 which was my change from the twenty ..I was told to come back after the manager talked to the cashier that had handled my order. I came back next day and was told to come back again on another day because they were trying to find out what happened...I will take it further but just be careful when you go there...Something is not right read more

Dunkin locations are pretty generic so the only thing that would make one different from another would be the customer service. And that is where this location, by Firestone, stands out. Employees demeanor that screams "I hate my job" is reflective in a very monotone attitude. read more

Definitely check your receipt. Happy Hour, which offers selected large drinks for $1.50 are often overcharged. My guess would be that the price is adjusted after the customer leaves but that is just speculation. The wait time is unbelievable; one car ahead of me in the drive thru and I waited over 8 minutes for a large coffee. The staff seems unprofessional. I heard a personal conversation over the intercom while trying to order. Someone needs a visit from Undercover Boss. read more

I stopped coming here because the management is always arguing with the customer. 1. I was in there 1 day & manager was on phone with the customer that complained that the apple fritter was very doughy on the inside. they went back& forth a few minutes and she told the customer to bring it back. she got off the phone & pulled one off the shelf and broke it apart and the the customer was right. It was a BAD batch. 2. I went in there this past Sunday order a coffee cake muffin and coffee. well I like me cup filled & the manager argued that they couldnt fill to the line anymore. Really. Then I got my coffee cake muffin home and it was HARD as a brick. was at LEAST 2 days old. NEVER coming back to this one. they cut too many corners!!! &management SUX read more

I Was looking forward to ordering a latte as they were on special from 12-6 , but wait not at this location! This lazy ghetto establishment told me sorry the espresso machine was down . Then the story changed to down for cleaning if I wanted to wait 5 minutes . Sorry don't let me interrupt you chill status . Lucky there is a Starbucks down the street . I can have my coffee made right by a barista and not a hood rat in a apron that I have to repeat my order to three timesTo get right. Ironically as I am writing this review I get to watch the employees take smoke brakes one by one out side the front door .
