Every morning on the way into work, I stop here. Other than the occasional hiccup, I am in, and I am out with my cup of hot coffee. It is always too hot to drink right away. The staff has changed several times over the years, but they still seem to keep people up to speed. I miss the one girl that had an angelic voice and looked forward to getting up to go to work just so I could hear her say good morning. I'll never do Starbucks. Drive thru was backed up and they weren't taking orders. I was waiting for 10 minutes and I finally drove up and they took the order of the person behind me. I even tried getting their attention by saying "hello" a couple times into the speaker. I left the line in frustration and went inside. The line was short, but they were taking forever. The lady in front of me was paying more attention to her phone call then taking her order and the cashier didn't care. I'm getting visibly upset at this point, and it's finally my turn. I stopped here to get some breakfast on my way to work. I wanted to try the new Maple breakfast sandwich and the maple pecan drink. I told the woman my order in the drive-thru and she read it back to me. When I got handed my order it was just a regular iced coffee. I don't have time to get her to go back and correct it because the drive-thru was not quick. I am really disappointed that I didn't get to try the new drink today. This store deserve zero stars. I placed a order via the drive thru for a medium hot caramel macchiato. When I tasted the coffee it was sugarless. I went inside the store informed them that my coffee had no sugar. They told me I have to ask for sugar. They said there was a Bill passed if you order coffee with espresso now you have to request sugar that's extra. I told them I've never heard of such a thing in my life especially since I frequent different Dunkin Doughnuts throughout the week. Go there 3 to 4 times a day service just keeps going down coffee is watered down like they double brew it and when I say 3 to 4 times a day it more than one coffee it's for several people. I placed an order for medium coffee doughnut and I had a coupon for free hash browns.I gave the cashier a twenty dollar bill and before giving me my change she instructed me to go to end of counter to get hash browns after giving me the coffee and doughnut. I forgot she hadn't given me the change after going home.i went back to get change and was told the cashier register was closed out and the shortage or overage did not add up to 15.80 which was my change from the twenty ..I was told to come back after the manager talked to the cashier that had handled my order. My guess would be that the price is adjusted after the customer leaves but that is just speculation.
