Amazing 10/10! Efficient consistent service! So good! Fast and an actually staffed location. Clean store! Best Dunkin location I've ever been to! Great work! read more

Once again I am really disappointed in a Dunkin' Doughnuts shop. It's too bad they ever steered away from just being a nice small family friendly coffee shop like they were back in the day. This one is in the middle of a construction zone. The employees are rude and don't seem trained in Federal ADA rules for service animals. ‍ Giving general grief to the disabled. If you're going to be a national fast food Chain please have your employees read ADA guidelines so that you're in compliance with federal law. read more

Dunkin' - Dun - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Mansfield, Pennsylvania

I'm honestly surprised by the low reviews for this Dunkin'. I've been coming here for four years, and the owners are always so kind and welcoming. My order is never wrong, the prices are great, and the shop is always clean. I've been to a lot of Dunkin' locations over the years, and this one is by far one of the best -- plus, it's the closest to me in a rural area. Don't let the star rating fool you -- take my word for it, this is a great Dunkin'! read more

Nothing very special. Coffee cake was good as other branches. staff was very friendly. I was traveling back from Harrisburg to Buffalo amd stopped there. We picked a good stop, I would say. read more

I came here on 7/8/2017 at 6:02:34AM Order 302 Manish P. Was the person working the drive thru. He was rude and his had no rush to his service as all. He was not friendly. I read the reviews about this place and I should have listen. I order a Hot Latte and receive a cold. I told him I didn't want this he said that is what I want and he wouldn't change it. However he was going to try to charge me for the Hot I originally wanted on top of the cold he card and I had already paid for. The food I got was cold and tastes weird, uncooked and like rubber. This place need to be audited and employees heavily evaluated. I will rather go to Tim Hortons or Starbucks from now on read more

Never have expresso machines working don't stop here ever. 1 mile for shitty coffee! Why stay open if you can't serve expresso to drivers??? Staff is also very rude no bathroom use read more

Stopped here for a caffeine break. Typical Dunking location except that its smaller, less of seating and not very neat looking- the floor was like slippery. Ordered hot coffee and bagel- both were good. Staff at the register were also friendly and asked us for different add on options. This exit doesn't have many food choices, will stop by again to give it another try. read more

Dunkin' - Inside - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Mansfield, Pennsylvania

Stopped here for some caffeine on our way home from vacation. I liked that it wasn't TOO FAR off the highway. (I hate when you have to drive a mile plus off the highway to get to the posted restaurant). Main road was under construction so we sat there waiting as a single lane of traffic was allowed to pass at a time. I almost threw in the towel bc of the wait. This DD location looked like it was a new building. I have to say, I do love new builds! Very clean and modern. Went inside for our joe. Just a note, the restroom is a single. Staff was friendly and quick. Answered my questions about different donuts. (I don't get donuts often so I had many questions. Haha). LOVE DD! We only buy DD ground coffee to make at home. read more

A frozen jimmydean breakfast sandwich blows their breakfast sandwich out of the water. Their sandwiches are bland, dry and honestly just taste like crap. That was the worst $20 I've ever spent would not recommend. read more

Everytime I come here the staff is so incredibly kind. They always have an upbeat attitude. I have not once waited longer than a few minutes for my order. They are very quick and it always tastes great. read more

I am a very loyal customer to Dunkin' Donuts (I have the app and loyalty program, etc.). However, our trip to this Dunkin' Donuts has forever changed my view on Dunkin' Donuts. The employee told me her name was "ooshka" or something similar. She was the most rude employee I have ever met or ran into at any place of business ever. She basically was yelling at us when we were ordering food. we spent about $17 at 7:05AM this morning and I will not spend another penny at a Dunkin' Donuts until I know how this is going to be resolved. It ruined our trip and mood for the day. I am infuriated at this! She was rude, mean, and downright nasty. I refuse to put up with bad service and mean people when I am paying for a service. Dunkin' has lost my business forever until I hear of a resolution to my satisfaction. It is sickening to know that customers before and after me may be treated with the same disrespect. read more

First off all I'm a strict Dunkin Donut fan and would pick a DD over a Starbucks or Tim Horton any day. Tried to go here at 11am on a Saturday. They advertise they are open "24 hours". Once we walked in they told us they were closed....even though there were people inside earong and workers behind the counter. Guess they just don't want to make money?? Also, we were dressed up on a way to a wedding so it's not like we looked homeless or anything. So can't give them a higher score since they refused to give the service they promised (open 24 hours). Would not attempt again. read more

I would give this place zero stars if I could. The only ok thing is the staff is pretty friendly. Every time I order an iced coffee I get served with warm coffee over ice, leaving NO ice. I'm pretty sure that's not how that works. I was even told that's why there's no ice in my coffee. One time is ok I understand you could run out but now it has turned into every time. read more

I came to Dunkin tonight and asked if there espresso machine was open. It was 8:00 p.m. . They close at 10:00 p.m. and they close their espresso machine down at 8:00 p.m. I asked them why they closed it down at 8:00 and they said that's what we're told to do and every Dunkin is different. I don't think that is the case because they're supposed to close down everything whenever they close the store in general. After that I said okay so I ordered a cold brew I repeated my order twice and they still got it wrong. I paid almost a dollar extra for something that I did not even want. I asked for whipped cream and got sweet cream cold foam. I'm pretty frustrated because this is not the first time. I know I can always go back and get a refund but that's not the point. read more

The food here was absolutely disgusting. I ordered a steak and cheese sandwich, tuna melt, and iced coffee. The food was horrible. The steak tasted like dog food and the tuna wasn't fresh either. The only thing they got right was the coffee. Would not recommend this dunkin donuts to anyone. read more

young cashier girl, think her name was Sarah? Very polite and friendly!!! Love coming here. Unfortunate they have all the bad reviews, the new change of ownership has made a difference in the past year. Love the family that works here currently they are all so polite and nice!!!! A younger lady with glasses usually takes my order in the morning, she is so kind and sweet. The place is kept very clean and the whole staff is very friendly. Don't mind spending $3 most days to get a coffeee here. Right off the main highway too which is nice. read more

They should stick to racing camels instead of selling donuts. Couldn't get an order right or even understand how to get an order right. They overcharged, wrong order, tea tasted like coffee beans. This place sucks! If the camel racing doesn't work out, maybe open a uni-mart. Wish there was an option to put 0 stars... read more

It is hard to understand the employees who are taking your order and they are not very friendly. I tried using the coupon that they give you when you complete a survey and they didn't want to accept it saying it was only for coffee even though it plainly says medium "beverage." You also have to wait pretty long at the drive through window. read more
