OK DO NOT GO HERE!!! If you worry about what is actually in your food then stay away from here! On December 16 2017 at 10 am we pulled in before heading another 12 hours on the road for Xmas break. We ordered a bagel w/ extra butter thinking we would get a little plastic patty. We got a slab of orange lard slapped on top which smeared all over everyone's order then the bacon & egg croissant was a burned sausage bagel. The people working were incredibly high, rude and looked like they would pee in your coffee if you tried to go back together what you wanted! There is another Dunkies in Madison. The manager of this location should really check on the reviews given on yelp, I went today and also experienced awful service in the drive-thru. I ordered a 1/2 dozen donuts, breakfast sandwich and a couple beverages. She asked me to pull around to the window for the total. I got up there and a different guy read back my order, but forgot the last beverage I ordered. When I told him the beverage he forgot - the one advertised in their commercials and has a huge display on their menu - he acted like he had no clue what I was talking about. When he finally figured it out, he ran my card and gave me the receipt. A couple items were entered incorrectly on the receipt, so I pointed that out to make sure they're actually giving us the correct items. They had some strange explanation, that they substituted a small hot chocolate and a single donut for a small dunkacinno. How confusing is that for the customer?? Also - they should realize there is a window cling stating if your receipt has incorrect prices, your entire order is free. I didn't feel like fighting with them over this, so I just took the dollar they offered back for charging me for a single donut. After all the confusion, I drive off. 30 seconds later I realize they didn't give me the breakfast sandwich...ARGHH! I was hungry, so I turned around to get it. They made the sandwich and offered me a couple free donuts too. That was nice, but seriously they need to get their act together in the drive thru, it shouldn't be this difficult. Being a chain restaurant, you expect the experience to be fairly consistent at all locations. This has to be the worst DD experience I've had, the Waunakee and Wis Dells locations have always been great! read more

Why can't I get a decaf iced coffee here?! I've been able to at other DD's, so I'm not sure what the deal is, but I was told they don't do decaf iced coffee. So....I'm assuming the iced coffee is premade? Blarg. read more

Geez Dunkin' Donuts. Is it me? Or is putting a blaze orange sticker that won't come off a bit extreme. I parked there for all of 10 minutes to grab a naked burrito. I was in front of a vacant store, where they had plenty of open spots. No need to get your undies in such a bunch. People park in my salons designated two spots all the time. The staff is more concerned with talking about their weekend and the drive thru customers than to be concerned about walk in customers. I stood there waiting for service and nobody acknowledge me. I understand they were busy but, they could at least say hi and they would be right with me. After 10 minutes I just left. i used to go to this place for my bagel and coffee,until about two days ago i ordered from the drive through and gave my order and noticed that the employee was sick,just by her voice. i pull up to the window to wait for my order and notice the employee was making my bagel with no gloves..remind you she is sick. i informed the manager that i cannot take the order because the employee is sick and handling my food with no gloves. the manager basically called me a liar. the manager closed the window with an ATTITUDE. Nothing too special their breakfast egg white sandwich was decent and quick. I really enjoy DD's coffee they just have so few locations around here. They were playing some weird music felt like I time traveled back to mid 90's pop culture. The workers were really nice though so I think 3 stars is fair. read more

I've only dealt with this location a handful of times via the drive thru late at night. They've always been prompt and friendly with suggesting drinks. They are glad to accept my emails/coupon offers too! Plus the drinks are actually pretty good. read more

Good service and tasty, made-to-order sandwiches. The store was a little dingy with some dusty surfaces, noticeably dirty table legs and storefront window showing the outline of leaf stickers that had long been removed. Tabletops and chairs were clean. Waited until I got home to eat a doughnut and, unfortunately, it was extremely stale. I tried one of a different variety (for science, people) and found it to be more stale than the last. I've had two-day-old doughnuts that tasted fresher. read more

Was really impressed with the customer service at this location! My family and I always loves Dunkin. Back in October, we had a lovely cashier named Angelique give us an entire dozen of donuts free of charge because a donation didn't pick up. They could have thrown them out - but instead they made a family of four very happy after spending an entire 4hrs in the car. Funky donut shop for sure, their coffee is pretty great though, but I will not be getting any of the donuts again. The lady working the counter sorta has the personality of a heroine addict. The counter is all messy too, but anyway,got the regular glazed donut and was underwhelmed to say the least. But like I said, the coffee was pretty good. read more

Decent food. Awful service. They had approximately six employees working, only four orders inside and a couple in the drive through. It took us 20 minutes to get our food, and they got our order wrong multiple times even though it was entered correctly by the cashier. Once we finally received our correct order, the food was generally good except for the wake up wrap, which consisted of an open face tortilla with cheese and bacon (they couldn't even wrap the wrap). read more

not sure what her name was but she was completely rude. She cut me off multiple times while I was giving my order in the drive through and being very short with me while I was trying to say my very simple order as if she was rushing me to finish talking. Mind you I was the only person in drive through and the store was not busy. When I went up to the window she dropped my large coffee down hard on the counter with force and when I opened my bag with my apple fritter inside it was just in the bag with 2 crumpled up napkins. There should be paper in the bag for the donuts in order to hold it and there no need for new napkins to be crumpled up in a customers bag as if they were used. I also asked for my fritter warmed, and bc she cut me off or just ignored me she gave it to me cold. I know this lady has better training than that, she had a complete attitude and was rude. Being from the east coast, I was so excited when a DD opened up. I would stop by every morning, and get the same thing. Everyone there was always so nice, and remembered who I was after 2 visits. I bring my dogs in the morning, and everyone always took a few seconds to say hi to them, and would notice if they weren't with me. I appreciate the kindness and expected great food/drinks! I had an awful experience at Dunkin. A man claiming to work for Dunkin yelled at me for parking in their empty parking lot when I went to a local Mexican restaurant next to Dunkin after getting my coffee. Mind you, this parking lot was completely empty. He was overly aggressive, physically intimidating, and threatened to tow my car. I'm not sure if this man actually worked for Dunkin as he was not in uniform. Regardless of if this man works for Dunkin, something needs to be done. I have never seen such unprofessional behavior in my life. read more
