There were so many cool options in the menu like the Red Bean Matcha Latte, the Fig Apple Chaider or the Ca Phe Sua Da. But of course, I had to order the Pandan Iced Latte. I absolutely loved the nuttiness of the Pandan in a latte - I'm just surprised more coffee shops don't offer it. And the perfect offset to it was the Ca Phe Sua Da, or Vietnamese Iced Coffee. It wasn't as mind blowing, but still tasty. Next time I'm in Madison, I'm definitely stopping through for some cocktails!

Not only were the donuts seriously decorated, they also went above and beyond and decorated the box with stickers and a birthday message. These touches made such a difference. I am writing to express my concern about an incident that occurred at the Dunkin' Donuts location in Madison off County Line. I recently visited this store and experienced unprofessional behavior from the employees, which I feel needs to be addressed. When I pulled up to the drive-thru window, the staff began by asking, "Did you have donuts?" to which I politely responded, "No, sir. I had a coffee and a sandwich." After this, I was unexpectedly called "ugly" by one of the employees, and then told to "get the fuck out of here." I was completely taken aback by this rude and hostile treatment, especially when I had been nothing but polite and respectful. I understand that the staff may have been busy, but I do not believe that should excuse such behavior. I did not say anything rude, give anyone a dirty look, or escalate the situation in any way. I was simply answering their questions. Yet, I was treated as though I was the problem when it was clear that the issue stemmed from their own mistakes and frustrations with managing orders. I find this level of hostility and unprofessionalism unacceptable, especially at a business I frequent. I am confident there may be security cameras that captured the interaction, which would show that I remained calm and polite throughout. I hope that you will take this matter seriously and address the behavior of the employees at this location. No customer should have to experience such rudeness, and I trust that Dunkin' Donuts will ensure a more professional and respectful atmosphere moving forward. read more

This is the worst coffee available on Park street. You are much better off going to cargo coffee, or any gas station for that matter. I once overheard their manager refer to a customer that complained as a "butch queer". They have lost my business at this location and every other. read more

All the donuts are cake style donuts (as opposed to raised/yeast, which I tend to prefer) and they're made to order. The made to order is a pro and a con as you don't have to stress that they will sell out, but you might have to wait a bit for your order. You can also order ahead, but at this time there is no app and I had issues (which were resolved) with placing an order on their website. Being October and a lover of pumpkin desserts, I had to try the Glazed Pumpkin Spice Donut. It comes glazed with cinnamon sugar and pumpkin spice buttercream. The body of the donut was heavy, dense, and pleasantly chewing with just the right amount of moistness and not too dry and cakey. Flavor was sweet, buttery, and of course pumpkin with hints of cinnamon. I loved the gritty sugar granules, but they were sadly confined to just the pumpkin buttercream island in the center. I'm always a little anxious that a pumpkin spice dessert will be too spicy or a burning spice, but this was sweet, not overpowering, and delicious.
