I am not sure if they produce mass quantities of products. Some of the parties were pretty to look at. I didn't buy any because it was so late in the day and I know it's would be a little stale by then. So it looks nice, clean, hospitable staff, not really knowledgeable. They do offer cappuccinos and espressos in addition to fresh brewed coffees. Gonna have to set my alarm to get out earlier to try one of these pastries fresh!
